I have been blessed for having found this gym. The instructors are amazing! They are professional, well trained, friendly, caring and supportive. I am very lucky to take classes with Natalie, Lien, Emilia and Elexey. They make the classes fun while encouraging us to do our very best while making sure we are careful and safe while exercising.

I am also specially lucky to be able to personally train with Natalie, She is patient and encouraging in my fitness path, while being a great role model.

The support staff, Yari, Gaby and Dianelys, are friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Another plus we experience is the social interaction with the other members. It is amazing that all the ladies are friendly and caring with each other. I have heard many members say that going to S.H.E. Fitness is like getting psychological support. I agree, we get physical, social and mental fitness at our gymnasium!

Me encanta mi gimnasio She Fitness. Todas las teachers son excelentes. Allí existe una familia, y se interactúa en otras actividades. También hacemos encuentros en las fechas festivas donde todas aportan un platillo para compartir y celebrar.
Las clases de Senior son muy buenas y ayudan a mantenerse activas. También tienen clases de Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, etc, donde puedes inscribirte.
Mi mejor momento del día es cuando estoy allí. Y tengo experiencias muy buenas con las teachers y todo el personal de allí. Yo asisto al que se encuentra en la 147 Ave y la 104 St.

Absolutely horrible service when it comes to the payments. I contacted them so many times to cancel my membership and they would never answer, when they did it was very defensive and just an overall horrible experience with them. Limited space to workout and the hours are awful. They need to get better in the payment sector of their business. Do yourself a favor and listen to the other reviews saying the same, I wish I would have. I never write negative reviews to not harm a small business but they need to improve and it wasn’t fair how they treated me.

BE CAREFUL BE VERY CAREFUL, they charge your credit card without authorization for fees that are not even part of your contract. I had to cancel my card and paid them cash which made them very upset. I got an email from them threatening me to throw my personal stuff out in the street if my locker was not paid , even when I had paid in advance with cash until September 15. Disgusting way of treating people, just like the floor where we exercise, full of hairs, dirt and unsanitary. Just look at the bathroom pictures attached, no toilet paper or paper towels. The hand soap is watery and the toilet ring doesn't fit. The inspector from the Health Department will have a field trip inspecting this gym, especially if they check the spinning room and the rusting weights that they have available. DON'T GET FOOLED by these unethical people without dignity and respect for women. SHAME on them specially Salam. The only reason many of us go every week is because NATHALIE, an amazing, certified trainer and unique human being who makes us feel empowered and capable of achieving what a gym is supposed to do. This place doesn't deserve her. She's the only star worth it.

NO LO RECOMIENDO!!! CUIDADO te hacen cargos a la tarjeta de crédito sin autorización!!! aun cuando pagas en efectivo o zelle te cargan en la tarjeta, hasta meses después de retirarte !! Me hicieron un contrato solo para zumba según de pago mes a mes , que según te retiras cuando quiera pero te comienzan a cargar un montón de penalidades y pagos mensuales aunque saben que no estes yendo al gym !! Aunque notifique personalmente , mande correos electrónicos y siguen haciendo cargos automáticos sin autorización!

I went there because a flyer delivered to my home door. Only interested in their Silver Sneakers Program. On the phone it soundedvOK so we went to check it in person. A real nightmare!!!. No social distancing, not well ventilated. Impossible to get clear information regarding how their system works. Studio Management Extremely disorganized. An ONLY WOMEN studio that will register males just to collect the money. Very disappointed.
We now take Silver Sneakers Online classes.

My mother became a contractual member of this gym two weeks before the COVID Pandemic forced all gyms in Miami, Florida to shut down by Governor's Order. Instead of suspending the monthly fees and despite having paid a deposit and her first month on the day of sign up without being reimbursed for same, East Kendall SHE Fitness Studio continued to charge her monthly premium to her bank account. My mother went to the gym personally to verify if it was still operational, despite possibly being in violation of a government order, and the gym was closed but somehow, despite a global PANDEMIC, and the loss of employment and housing security for thousands of Americans, and Miami Dade County being the global epicenter for COVID 19, this gym decided it was prudent to charge their members. Recently, my mother relocated to another city over 200 miles from the She Fitness Studio in East Kendall. When we inquired regarding canceling her membership, we were advised of various cancellations fees that were part of her contract, which we did not dispute and promptly paid. The manager, YARENIS, discussed the cancellation at length with us and confirmed that during the mandatory closure of the gym, the gym was still recklessly charging customers the monthly premium. Additionally, she VERBALLY CONFIRMED that my mother would receive a refund for the time period that the gym was closed. She advised that members were being offered additional "free" months beyond their contract (having no say in the matter, which is bizarre) but since my mother was canceling, she would get a refund for 2 months that the gym was closed. When I reached out to the corporate office, after they took her payment OF COURSE, they emailed me back with no designation of who I was speaking to or any signature block, advising that YARENIS' "suggestion" of a refund for my mother was denied. They further mentioned that she had the option of online classes during the closure but failed to point to the contract where it states that online classes are mandatory when there is a global pandemic and mandatory governmental gym closure. To be transparent, my mother is not tech savvy and does not even own a computer whereby she could have taken these "online classes" that supposedly were provided. To say that this company is unprofessional would be the understatement of the year. Additionally, they have taken it upon themselves to benefit from a global pandemic from unsuspecting customers who were not even allowed to use their facilities by order of the Governor. I would caution all current and possible future membership holders to TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Multiple gyms in Miami froze the monthly automatic deductions and made necessary accommodations for their patrons, which is the right thing to do. This company is shameful and the general public would benefit from their closure.

I had to call my bank and they charged back all the fees for the "renewal". After this, I started to get phone calls from "collectors" who would not tell me their last name, their call back number or send me an official notification by mail. Some co-workers also got incorrect e-mail addresses when they tried to cancel.

Having a membership at this gym is like signing a pact with the devil. Once you are under a contract with them, they won't let you cancel the membership, they don't care if you have a physical condition that makes you incapable of working out. They are inflexible and all they want is charging you every month. They even threaten you, saying they will send your account to collections if you try to suspend the payments. There are better gyms for the price, and they don't come with such a huge lack of human sympathy like this one.

Beware of their insistance on signing a six month contract! No free try outs to see if you like it.
Its a trap. With NO reminders or option you are automatically signed up for another 6 months and then charged for two months not just one, before they will cancel the contract you did not want to renew. They refuse to refund this extra fee.
Only one dulll seniors class each day.
THETE IS MUCH BETTER VALUE ELSEWHERE. I really recommend the Y.

I love this place. If you are looking for a "spa" experience or trying to find the love of your life while posing on exercise equipment, this is NOT the place for you. This gym is for women, by women, who want to be the best version of themselves. I love coming here because there's no BS or anything to keep you from truly enjoying a challenging, sweaty workout. The trainers are INCREDIBLE and the group classes are priceless. If you are willing to put in the time, you'll get results in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this location to any woman that is looking for a stress free and empowering environment. I have been a member at this location for roughly 3 or 4 years and the members and staff are like family to me.
