Beautiful yoga studio in The COVE of Hillsboro Beach. Dark wood flooring with mirrors and stone brick wall. Lavender wall coloring is welcoming and calming. Various yoga classes with times and days. A definite must for yoga students. Special...all classes are $13.00 for a class. Highly recommended as a yoga lover.

very pretty, spacious , great vibes, inviting yoga studio. smart schedule with lots of options and different teachers. Heard they will offer reiki circles and tai chi too. It's hidden in the cove mall if you can't find it call for directions . I'ts so worth the effort.

Since I found out that my yoga place is closing I've been looking for a good and affordable yoga studio. I saw American yoga on Google maps before but didn't really bother to check it out since it only had couple reviews and I figured it was probably not very good. After I looked everywhere in the area and I couldn't find anything else I decided I should go to American yoga website and I found their promotion of 3 wks unlimited yoga for $30.
Great didnt, why not try it, right?

Tammy was the teacher that day, she wear very helpful and welcoming. My neighbor came with me and she never tried yoga before and Tammy assisted her through the new positions but also keeping an eye on the more advanced students.

Really happy I found the studio. Will definitely keep going.

Great studio overall but the Monday 5:15 PM class is supposed to be 1 hour and it never starts on time and finishes early. Kinda sucks!
