Been going for about 10 months and it's great! The staff is helpful and I've even seen her help some people with their lifting form! Really great atmosphere in comparison to most gyms!

Always clean!!! Has supper nice people. If you don't know how to use the machine they will teach you. The sauna is always clean. The owners are super friendly. And I love this gym. Love they have a stepper machine, sauna, space, floor workout room, kid room and new machines they add.

Cleanest gym I’ve ever been into! The equipment is all top of the line and the set up is perfect/convenient. They even have a safe room for kids so your little one can play while you work out! Carolina was so respectful and kind to me and speaking with her I could tell she is passionate about what she is doing and takes a lot of pride in her business and it definitely shows!! Keep it up!! Will recommend to everyone!!
