Snap has been a great gym for me so far (5 months). Small space, but it's well packed with quality equipment and is never crowded. I was going to avoid leaving a review so we can keep it that way, but I realized that wasn't fair lol.

This is an awesome Gym! Has a lot of new equipment and barbells for days! Has lots of cardio equipment, treadmills, bikes, row machines, and Jacob’s ladder etc, also has a ton of assisted machines you can definitely get your sweat on. I see all gym members wipe machines down and he has great disinfectant spray and wipes and a great filter water station for free! You can also work out with a bunch of free weights light or heavy. The owner of the gym is very nice , smiles and very helpful to all his gym members . The owner is also a personal trainer, when you need a personal gym trainer he can help.

Snap Fitness in Ft. Walton is the perfect gym in my opinion! Absolutely amazing customer service from the owner and all of the workers. Any kind of gym equipment that you may need. They even have personal trainers around!

Snap is a great gym, the 24 hour access leaves me no excuse to not go lol. The gym floor, equipment, and restrooms are always clean. I have been a member for over 2 years now and have no complaints. The owner/operator is on sight and involved at every level so I know that if I did have an issue, I could let him know. He is an accomplished natural body builder and a great trainer too. Occasionally there is fruit for members to grab on the way out. There are rules in place to keep people from "parking" on the machines mindlessly scrolling which Is great. I go at night so there is normally 4-5 people training. Affordable and 24/7.

Quiet and safe gym but the owner is like a dictator. Made me very uncomfortable and there’s signs saying you can’t even check your phone or it will be taken 😂 WAY too overpriced for what they offer and it’s always like 85° in there because they’re too cheap to turn on the AC. Outdated equipment and bathrooms. No good vending machines. Owner makes you feel like he runs the place and you’re just in his way. Definitely not suited for women!

So glad I found this place! A smaller gym but very clean with most everything you need! It can get a little crowded from around 5-8pm but even then, you'll be able to find what you need! Everyone I have met there is very friendly

I've been a customer for many years. Convenient location, 24/7. Good parking. Lots of free weights, and a nice selection of machines. Monthly rates are cheap. Varied ages of people working out. The owner is a very knowledgeable trainer. Can't go wrong with this smaller gym.

I really like Snap. I have finally gotten excited about working out again and have previously even recommended to my friends. I am reconsidering renewing and recommending at this point
Unfortunately Members/ trainers leave very heavy weight racked on the machines that I am unable to remove and I often have to find another piece of equipment or ask another to remove them for me.

This place is super clean. The equipment is always maintained and taken care of. Some of the equipment is futuristic and exciting to use.
There is a lot of equipment to train every muscle group. The people here are great. I never have to wait to use what I need. All the people that come to this fun gym are courteous, respectful, and helpful.

Best little gym in town! I get an "at home" vibe which I love! Everyone there is super friendly and I love that when I go I see the same faces. It is never over crowded and I never have to wait for a machine to become available. Bathrooms, equipment, and the building itself are always clean. Prices are reasonable as well. If you're looking for a peaceful place to work out, Snap is perfect!

I love this gym. I have extreme social anxiety and this place made me feel right at home. The staff is friendly and the the gym usuals are also kind. After having several issues with this Jim from no water or cleaning supplies to wipe off equipment or even toilet paper I signed up and paid for five months but only received two months of membership. After contacting them they said they had no interest in making things right and although they sold me on a membership that is good across the country it really wasn’t good anywhere. Don’t go to this gym and warn your friends because the customer service is a total joke.

I was trying to find a new gym membership so I call to ask how much it would be just to tryout for a day and they said it will be 20 dollars! Just for one day ,I never been there but I look at the pictures of the gym and it looks pretty small for the amount they are charging

What the gym might lack in size makes up for in its members and staff personnel. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and hello from those who work there and even some of the usuals in the gym. The trainers are personable and eager to help you reach your fitness goals. I am grateful to have found such a great place to workout and pursue my fitness ambitions!

I checked out other gyms in town this week and this one for me personally is my favorite. This has a small gym feel but everything that you need and more. Not crowded, everyone is friendly. Manager/Owner is friendly. I just genuinely really like the vibe they have in there. I have heard and read some people had difficulties with still being charged after canceling their membership but so far so good I like them!

I do not go to this gym anymore since I relocated but in my opinion this is by far the best gym you can go to in Fort Walton Beach especially for the price. It is certainly not the fanciest looking gym in town and does not have every single machine that you can find in a super expensive gym but it does has everything that you need to get in amazing shape. The dumbbells go up to 100 lbs and there are plenty of areas to powerlift or perform calisthenics (my favorite way to train). Dave and the trainers working here were always very nice to me and helpful when I needed any sort of help as well.

The best thing I can say about this Snap Fitness is that it is a real gym. Not a fluff gym where people go to see and be seen. It is a gym to go and get fit and healthy. When I started at Snap 3 years ago, what impressed me most was the wide range of people that went there. They range from the 80 year old grandmother trying to stay on her feet to a 40 year old mom trying to lose her baby weight to a 1st place physique body builder. No matter what type of customer I have been along the way, the occasional cardio mom or the serious fitness addict, I have always been greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner by the staff. I can credit my addiction to working out to the encouragement of the staff and the amazing personal training from David.

David is disrespectful and has a issue with black people, he never speaks, he walks around with his little pony tail,Spandex pants and works out wherever he please but has a problem with other people that wants to do the same! The place is NEVER clean, bathrooms, trash cans, paper on the floors! I told my self a long time ago, that I was going to found another gym just wasn’t a friendly place, and the only reason why I stayed so long is because it was convenient only five minutes from my house ...but Who wants to go to a place(they pay for) and feel Uncomfortable or tension from the people that suppose to help you... if you can’t deal with people on a day to day you do not deserve the Position of a manager, supervisor or a owner!! For the money, this is as good as it gets. Owner and staff are super chill. Has everything you need for strength training and good cardio equipment. Dumbells go up to 100 pounds and you can do deadlifts on the floor mats. I had to cancel my membership one time and the owner made it really easy. Have since started back and just hit a year of membership here. Really can't say enough this place it's a great gym.

This gym has everything I need. It is accessible at all hours; it is the closest gym in proximity to Shalimar, FL; it is inexpensive; it has a variety of clean, well-maintained equipment including free weights, machines, racks, and cable pulleys. The owner and trainers are approachable and will treat you as a friend. Furthermore, the gym is sparsely populated when I attend in the evenings--I seldom have to wait on others or share equipment during my workouts. Absolutely no complaints. I have been attending for a few months and have been very pleased with my membership.

Clean and well equipped facility. It is smaller. Definitely a "David" compared to the other "Goliaths". The atmosphere is more attuned to our area. It is laid back and casual. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recently changed memberships from a larger gym because you become as personal as the little card you scan. "Hi!" [BEEP].

My daughter also has a membership. She is very happy with the location and the staff. As a dad, I feel comfortable as far as her safety is concerned.

Definitely more comfortable here and you are still tied in with a gym network providing opportunities to continue to achieve your goals when you are away from home.

Definitely a great gym. Owner is super nice and every one here is pretty chill. It isn't a big or fancy place but the equipment is clean and pretty modern. It definitely has a easygoing atmosphere unlike some of the huge corporate places. There is the basic cardiovascular equipment and lots of weight equipment. This gym may not be for those who want a huge area and tones of amenities, but as a military member with free access to huge gyms on base I still pay to come here. That should say something...
