Mackenzie is simply the best. She always remembers my name, makes me feel seen, plays the best music, and has the best energy, even at 7:30pm on a Thursday. Taking her class is what keeps me coming back every week. Highly recommend her as an instructor!

The absolute best, hardest workout class. The teachers are amazing! They give really excellent cues, form corrections, and Hands-On corrections. They are also super encouraging and motivating.

Side rant (not the studio's fault at all, thus, the five-star review): my only problem is most of the other students: snobby, young students who don't follow the teacher's clear instructions to acknowledge the people to your left and right sometimes before and always after class Anyway, this is something the teachers can't really control but it's super annoying to people who follow said instructions. Definitely feels like high school gym class and probably not as much of a problem outside of South Florida.

Students aside, this place is terrific. Don't believe the poor reviews on here. Most of them are about people wanting to come late to class and not being let in for very good reason. It's super disruptive, rude to the teachers and unsafe. I'm glad they don't let in these people who are late because they almost surely wouldn't want to acknowledge their neighbors who they don't have any regard for.

They lock the doors to class so you can’t in if you’re even minute late, so rude!

Took my first Solidcore class this morning — Focus 50 with Rachel — and got a much-needed glute whoopin’ to kick off the day. Rachel was incredibly welcoming and made sure I knew how to use the equipment before class started. She guided me throughout the class and gave great pointers (so for anyone saying instructors leave you on your own — not my experience at all!). Highly recommend if you’re ready to shake, sweat, and maybe question your life choices halfway through. 💪🔥

Was super excited to find out what this workout was about. Call several times mi answer. Got there , never was able to see workout area. She stated that she told me that I wouldn’t be able to see workout. That part was very misleading . Didn’t ask if I needed an appointment or anything . I had to leave without seeking the workout area. My question is how did the others get in studio to workout. I called back when I reached home and till receptionist how I felt. She accused me of yelled . Never raised my voice once. She is a liar . I told her I never raised my voice . There is not reason to yell at anyone . When she accused me of that. I ask her for the CEO of company . She then stated that I could email her manager. However I was unable to find car. I was totally turn off from this place . I pray that someone finds out about how nasty this place is you have someone on the front line with these horrible
tactics . I am definitely going to contact manager and possibly CEO. I read further on reviews and found out how nasty they were to other people.

Clean studio, good classes. Challenging workouts! The instructors are a bit too hands off for my liking, though.

Solid location but parking is tough.

I signed up for the 9 AM class and called several times beforehand to ask about the best place to park, but unfortunately, no one answered. After eventually finding parking and paying for it, I arrived at exactly 9:06 AM. I was met outside and informed that I couldn’t join the class because I was one minute past the 5-minute grace period.

While I understand that policies exist for a reason, I was really disappointed by the lack of communication and flexibility—especially as it was my first time attending, and I had already paid for both the class and parking. I made a sincere effort to arrive on time and felt this could’ve been handled with a bit more understanding. I will not be returning!

TLDR: BUYER BEWARE! KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR—SOLIDCORE LAS OLAS WOULD RATHER TEACH 2 STUDENTS AND HAVE 20 EMPTY REFORMERS IN THE STUDIO THAN ALLOW 1 INDIVIDUAL TO COME INTO CLASS 7 MINUTES LATE. If anything in life happens, this studio is not for you. I arrived 2 minutes after the “five minute grace period” to a 4:30PM Monday class, after trapped in a school zone with a standstill traffic light. I was looking forward to this class all day, rushing straight from work to make the class. When I arrived at 4:37, Melissa (the door manager) came up with ridiculous excuses as to why it was unsafe and therefore too late to enter class. Her first reason was that I would get injured and not be properly warmed up for class. As someone who ran an Ironman 140.6 last year I think I know what it takes to warm up my body before a workout and would have been fine missing 7 minutes of abs to then go into an outer glutes, tricep, and oblique (surprise! more abs!) workout. Never mind the liability waiver signed during membership registration. Melissa also said it was unsafe for other class participants to have me enter and walk straight to my reformer and jump into the workout. This might make sense to me if all 22 reformers in the class were full but there were only 3 people registered for the class (myself and 2 others) leaving 19 empty reformers in the studio! I responded by asking “what happens if you need to go to the bathroom during class and have to leave and re-enter”? She said this is not possible and you would not be allowed back in the studio. Speaking from first hand experience as someone who has gone to the bathroom during a FULL class in multiple Solidcore studios (both in FL and different states) this is simply untrue. It was at this point I realized Solidcore Las Olas door managers are on a power trip and this business would rather deny entry to someone who was less than 10 minutes late to a class with 20 open reformers than treat customers with grace when life happens to them. I would have been understanding if the class was full and there were other patrons on a waitlist that had been let into class in my place. But I am simply incredulous at the lack of empathy and the rigid “policy” that really makes no sense in this scenario. To my dismay, one of my 12 class credits for the month, for which I pay a hefty premium, and an hour of commute time to class were both wasted. I will be canceling my membership after this experience, taking my money elsewhere, and highly caution those thinking about patronizing this business.

I’m so happy they opened in Las Olas since I live here! My first class was amazing—it was really challenging for me, which gave me the motivation to start doing Pilates here. I didn’t expect it to be so intense! My whole body was burning during and after the workout. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The first impression largely depends on the coach, and we were lucky to have Andy. He is very professional and, if it’s your first time, he will definitely help, check on you, and keep you motivated.

Solidcore Las Olas is amazing! The instructors and staff are super friendly, and the studio is spotless with new equipment and a great aesthetic. The workout is intense, but in the best way. In my opinion, it’s great for every fitness level. It does take a bit to adjust if you’re used to other types of training or Pilates, but as long as you listen to your body, it’s absolutely doable and so rewarding. I’d recommend booking ahead, but even if you’re waitlisted, there’s still a chance you can get in. Highly recommend!

I was super nervous to go for my first time as I do Pilates 2 times per week but I know every studio can be very different. I loved the class I went to Emily was my instructor on a Friday night and there was only 4 people in the class including myself and 3 of us were new. She did awesome at helping everyone get comfortable and making sure our form was good and adjusting us when needed. I felt very welcomed and motivated by her positive upbeat energy! I felt that it was an amazing work out and I would say that they focus more on core then other studios I have been to which was great. I love the lights and darker room my studio is bright and lower music so this was a vibe and I felt less distracted from people around me. Parking you pay $8 in the parking garage and then walk over to studio no validation but that would be nice if they offer that in the future. Also code for the door to get in only works 10 min before class but the front desk employee helped me which was awesome. Also no towels or paper towels complimentary so if you sweat a lot which I do you have to buy washcloth for $8, washcloths would be nice to offer complimentary. Overall super fun spot I would highly recommend.

Last night I had an amazing experience at Solidcore Las Olas! It was my first time, and Emily, our instructor, was incredible. She was super patient with me and my friend, guiding us through every move and making sure we felt comfortable and confident. Emily’s energy made the class exciting, and her encouragement really helped us push through the workout. Melissa at the front desk was also super welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks to Emily and Melissa, I can’t wait to come back for more! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a supportive, fun, and challenging workout.”
