I started going to Soul Moves Yoga Studio about 3 months ago after moving from Miami and have been very happy with all the wonderful yoga teachers there. I am so grateful that Soul Moves Yoga Studio offers Hot Yoga classes. Bruna and Nadine are fabulous hot yoga teachers who understand the vinyasa flow really well. Soul Moves Yoga became such an important part of my life now. Their hot yoga classes give me the feeling of euphoria and bliss. I highly recommend this fabulous yoga studio. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been coming to this studio for close to four years and I can’t say enough good things about it. The atmosphere is welcoming and instructors are wonderful. It’s truly a place where all levels and ages are welcome.
I leave every class feeling centered and better than when I came in. Kim with her Hot Iron Yoga class is the best. Her ability to blend soul with strength training is second to none. Lacey, Dara, and Kimberly are also incredible instructors and you can’t go wrong attending any of their classes.
Highly recommend Soul Moves.

I have been a member with this studio since January of 2017, seeing it go thru a couple owners with rebrands and COVID. I cannot speak highly enough of the studio’s new owner, Carmen, and her genuine love for yoga, her yogis and the studio. The new addition of morning classes and adding her touch to the studio and classes has been fabulous. A great time to join!

I cannot say enough good things about the Soulful Sunday Slow Flow class this morning! This class is accessible to everyone at all levels of yoga, even first timers. The calm, slow pace allows for deep relaxation while still providing a wonderful stretch and strengthening experience... perfect for Sunday morning! I have practiced with Carmen for a few years now and she is absolutely my favorite! Each session leaves me feeling more centered and peaceful, a true reset of mind and body. You must check it out!

I discovered JBA on a whim. I moved to the area and had always wanted to try aerial. I googled possibilities and there was a class that night and knew I had to take it. I was instantly hooked. The class was so fun and the atmosphere was so welcoming.
Over three years I’ve gotten to know the JBA community and they have become family. I was able to take a training to become certified to teach aerial as well through the studio.
If you’re wanting to try aerial for the first time, I would HIGHLY recommend this studio, you won’t regret it. I LOVE JBA 🫶

I wanted to share my second time coming to this studio for Aerial Yoga with Amanda. Let me start off by saying how amazing and kind she is! You can tell when someone really loves what they do and shares that love and positive energy around the room for everyone to feel. I felt like I could really trust her to guide me through this class and support me 100%. There was no judgement, it was such a safe place for me. She creates such a perfect environment for relaxation and self-discovery. The aerial yoga itself was a transformative experience. It challenged my body in ways I hadn't experienced before, yet it also felt incredibly freeing and empowering. Ever since I was diagnosed with my Auto immune disease I have been finding ways to exercise in a more fun and connecting way and honestly I will be a returning customer because of her. She is a great asset to this studio and I'm so glad I was able to be apart of her teachings. <3

I had a very poor experience with this studio. I was in town to visit my elderly father for New Years. Found this studio on mind body looking to take a few classes while in town. I knew when I signed up I would only be able to attend 3 classes due to my schedule while in town. I purchased the new client unlimited month for $59 as that was the most economical way to take the 3 classes. The first class I attended, another student was coughing the entire class, and the instructor coughed several times, apologizing when she did; "please excuse my cough". I became worried about getting sick in the crowded room with very little ventilation because it's hot yoga. Sure enough that evening I started with a slight cough. The next morning since my cough was not bad I attended a second class. The classes themselves were subpar. The instructors sound robotic, and the sequence of the flows were more choppy like a fitness class VS a vinyasa flow. The second instructor confused right and left several times, and forgot asanas from one side to the next 4 separate times. The third day I was unable to attend the class I signed up for as I woke up coughing so bad, I couldn't breathe. I went on the app and canceled. I very kindly contacted the studio to let them know that I did not want to get anyone sick and that I was convinced I got sick from the other student and/ or the instructor at that first class. I additionally asked for a partial refund as I could no longer use the entire month I paid for because of the cough and just wanted to pay for the 2 classes at the drop in rate that I had already attended (it would have been a $12 difference, not that big of a deal, simply the point of expecting sympathy and their instructor should have found a sub VS coming in sick and sharing germs). The owner very rudely responded to me that: 1 They were not responsible for getting me sick, and 2 She was not only not providing a partial refund, but was also going to charge me an additional late cancellation fee as I should have come in sick to not get charged. I told her, well you can keep the money and the bad karma. I'm a better person than to risk getting others sick. As a yoga teacher myself, I would never come to work sick and risk being contagious to my students. Now I will likely have to find subs for my own classes this week because I would never risk getting my students sick. I understand germs are everywhere, and yes I could have gotten sick anywhere. However the rude nature of the owner and complete lack of sympathy whether I got the cough there or anywhere makes me never want to spend money here again, and I hope it saves someone else from supporting a business that does not represent the kindness or philosophy of yoga at all.

I found exactly what I needed in this studio when started here over a year ago. In my late 30s, I have never done any type of yoga or pilates prior to joining. At first, I got the new client one-month unlimited pass and tried all their classes. What an adventure! Aerial yoga and pilates suspended in a hammock (I've never even heard about such a thing before), traditional yoga and pilates, restorative yoga and vinyasa, strength training - this studio offers it all! Instructors offer modifications for various skill levels and physical limitations. Whether you prefer to practice in an air-conditioned studio or break a sweat in a studio warmed up for hot yoga & vinyasa, you will have that choice. Any aerial class is just the thing for people who like variety and trying new things. If you have never done aerial fitness, the Fly for $15 class is the perfect place to start. If you are looking for something more challenging, sign up for Lori's class! Her class is challenging and fun! Actually, all instructors in this studio are amazing! Kudos to Bruna G., my personal favorite yoga instructor, who creates the most perfect vinyasa and yoga flow routines to build mental and physical strength and resilience. Kudos to Kimberly C. While Kimberly teaches different classes, she is the pilates queen, in my humble opinion. Kudos to Kim N. who will spice up your yoga experience with some dumbbells, resistance bands, and words of wisdom. To join, the easiest way is to review their schedule, pick a class, and arrive 10-15 min early. They don't have a dedicated person at the front desk, which is completely understandable and reasonable for a small business. Your instructor would get you set up and answer any questions, but they must start their class on time, that's why it's best to arrive early. I found their website very informative. There is an option to create your account and register for a class in advance on the website, just remember to purchase the new client one-month unlimited pass right after your first class to get that special price. They have yoga mats to lend and to purchase if you don't own one already. The front door gets locked once a class has started, so planning to arrive on time is crucial not to miss the fun!

I did a beginners aerial yoga class with Patricia as the instructor. Let me just tell you, she was amazing! I cannot imagine taking the class as a first timer without her as the instructor. She gave verbal and visual instructions, made a HUGE deal about everyones safety, and even provided physical support for some when completely necessary. She demonstrated the perfect amount of encouragement. It was a super hard thing for me to do, yet she made it feel so possible, and I surprised myself doing some of the things she showed us how to do. All in all it was a GREAT experience! I will definitely come back and suggest to others.

Rocky Start. Let me first say that Kim is great. This was my first time doing this and she made me feel confident. Thank you.
This was a very clean and cozy environment and my class only had 5 students. That was great, too.
Being that it was my first time, I only wish that certain information is stated upfront. For example don’t be late. The doors lock and you won’t be able to get into class. I was not made aware of this. Even after speaking to someone to reschedule my original class. I found out the hard way. None the less I paid again and made it on time the 3rd time in one day.
And I will also mention that when you schedule your class on the app you will receive a confirmation text but again it doesn’t warn you to be on time or you will be locked out. Just a suggestion.
I found the class very enjoyable and had made the decision after speaking to my instructor to go ahead and sign up for the new client unlimited month special only to find out that nope I can’t do that. To be honest I still don’t understand why since I had such a time getting to the first class and immediately tried to sign up for the special that same night once I got home. I feel like it was a bate and switch type of deal and that’s why I’m giving the 3 stars.
This was my experience and I can only rate how I was treated and what has happened to me. It seems like a great place but I only wish details are made clearly and openly.

Olga and her 6am warm vinyasa class have been the most amazing start to my mornings. Just Breathe Aerials is truly wonderful! I was nervous and hesitant when my mom asked me if I’d join her for aerial yoga. First of all, I knew what yoga was but I had no idea what “aerial yoga” entailed and I felt intimidated right off the bat. Secondly, I had gained a lot of weight over the past few years and I was nervous about so many things. Would the hammock hold me? Would I be able to do the moves like everyone else? Would I feel comfortable and accepted working out in this environment?
After 3 months of going to classes at Just Breathe Aerials I can answer all of those questions. Yes, the hammock can hold all 200lbs of me (although I’ve slowly started losing weight and making healthier choices since I’ve started attending classes). The instructors are nothing short of extraordinary and they do an excellent job of breaking down the moves and offering modifications to suit your body and comfort levels - so I never feel left out. Not only do I feel comfortable and accepted at this studio, but I’ve also grown a tremendous amount personally and I have started to feel more accepting of myself and comfortable in my own skin.
If you’re considering joining this studio, don’t wait. They offer many different options and packages to suit your needs whether you want to drop in for a few classes or commit to an unlimited pass plan for several months.
I highly recommend Just Breathe Aerials based on the cozy atmosphere, compassionate and knowledgeable instructors, and the litany of different classes available. I hope to continue taking classes here for a long time to come.

Just started going here and I'm in love! Amanda & Christa both have been beyond kind to me. This is my first time ever doing yoga, so doing it upside down in the air seemed a little scary for me. Both of these ladies have been so helpful and sweet. Christa even took the time after class to show me 1 on 1 how to do a move I was struggling with. I'm beyond happy to have found this place.

Response to owner
What the owner is saying is NOT true. No I never got charged the fee but only because I agreed to not go to any classes. My month started and ended on the date in which I paid not the date of my first class I know this because I complain about it and was told “once I open the account my month starts” why would I make that up?? And that only came up because she was looking for classes 2 weeks out and I said so my month will start from the two week out point? And I was told no it would start that day. I just noticed the reply now and I am a bit insulted that she would make it out like I’m telling a lie.
I hope the policy she placed below is true because that is how it should be. I feel 100% cheated and now insulted that she would try to say that she ever offered the month to start when I took my first class. Simply not true. At least own that. I did miss a class I even wrote that in my review I never tried to say I was perfect but you will not make me out like I am not giving an honest review.
I changed my review to 1 star as my original 2 stars seems incorrect at this point.
I once recommend this place to someone recently and I will not make that mistake again.
Original review
I wanted so bad to like this place but it was a first bad step to the next. I purchased a groupon however when I went to see about using it it was already redeemed which mad me pretty upset. When I finally got a hold of someone here they said they had to do that to close out the groupon and would still give it to me. She then told me how to open an account. Here is what I do not like and think is messed up... I open the account 2/20 but was unable to use it I literally have not gone once. I stop trying after a while as if you miss a class they charge you a fee.. see some classes you have to take before others and those classes fill up fast and I can’t make it. It seems they are up and running when I’m not. This might be great for people with lots of free time.
I stop trying to go because I canceled a class it had to be a minute in the two hour window but they called to say they were going to charge me a fee... so I would pay a fee!!! After paying a month!!!! And never walking in a class!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? This happen again it was for a morning class but my job changed my hours unexpectedly and I called to no answer left a message. At this point I called it quits I figured id take my loses and stop trying as this was a bad fit for me.
I can’t say anything about the class I paid for because that never happen. I don’t like there billing method. And I didn’t want to start my month on the 20th I even said that to her but she said (after I opened the account) that once you open the account your month starts. I got cheated. But I stop trying to go anyway. But if your paying for a month be aware it starts the day you pay and you may not get to do a class for about a week... the lady who was helping me when she opened it was looking two weeks out for classes. That’s when I learned I was being billed the two weeks anyway...
Again I really really wanted to like this... I’m sure it’s great for some people

If I could give this studio zero stars, I would.
I'm new to the Port St Lucie area, having lived the majority of my life in San Francisco and New York City.
I was incredibly excited to check out Just Breathe Aerials studio last week. I was excited because I love doing yoga, aerial yoga, and antigravity. I’ve taken a half dozen classes in Manhattan and am not new to it.
I read on the website that new students to aerial need to take 3 beginner classes before taking the regular (or more advanced) aerial classes. Totally fair! Every instructor is different and skills learned from one studio don't necessarily transfer to another based on how the class is taught. And of course - safety is important!
I liked that...
- The studio looks really nice (albeit “cozy and small”)
- The website is informative
- Pricing is fair and there is a groupon out there that's a great deal, although it’s confusing as to what’s advertised vs. what’s actually offered. Also, the studio owner doesn’t remember what the groupon entails.
So to 'ease' into and learn the studio, I tried the "Yoga Shred Inspired" class taught by Kimberly. It was, as she promised, different than other yoga classes. I’ve done different kinds of yoga for over 15 years, mainly vinyasa. I’m also a certified yoga instructor. We did a tabata, she offered ways to scale the class to make it harder or easier, but it still lacked any kind of real intensity. There was an option to get weights but I never knew when we were supposed to use them. I didn't break a sweat, my apple watch said my heart rate never got anywhere near a brisk walk, and I was really ready to get my workout on when... she ended class 18 minutes early. Ending class 18 MINUTES early on a 1 hour 15 min class is A LOT. I looked around and wondered if any of the other paying customers were upset about this. I drove home and couldn’t decide if I was going to drink a glass of wine or go for a really hard run.
Also, she didn’t know how to help me pay for my drop in class (how is this possible?) so I had to wait till after class to settle my bill. She also gave me zero info on where things were located, where to put my stuff, where to leave shoes, what equipment was needed.
Later, the studio owner, Lori, arrived and said she would help me. Class ended and she proceeded to setup for the next class while I patiently waited to pay her. Class already ended 18 minutes early, why can’t I just pay and leave? I had my credit card sitting on top of her swipe machine. She spoke with members, setup for her class, then finally tended to me. I was ready to sign up for 10 classes at $130, and upon talking to her, and getting the worst vibe ever... it was almost as though the basic questions I had about the studio were the biggest inconvenience to her day. I told her I’d rather just pay for a single drop in. And I knew I’d never come back. I don’t ever want to take a class at this studio again. Yoga in my mind is about positive vibes, this studio, is exactly the opposite. BEWARE.
Days later, Rebecca called me because there was confusion over my payment. There is a lack of communication between the people working at the studio. I carefully explained what happened, and that yes.. I DID pay.. I couldn’t figure out why the customer had to bridge the gap of communication between owner and employee. She was very apologetic and assured me there are other instructors I could take class from, but I let her know that I’d never want to support Lori’s studio. So please BEWARE. I hope I had a one-off experience, because I truly believe this studio has potential.
