This gymnastics studio is terrible. I read all the negative reviews before signing up for their paid trial class, but I decided to give it a chance anyway. Shame on me for not listening, because every single bad review was spot on.

New kids get completely ignored by the instructor, and the class was a total disappointment the “warm-up” was literally just a random YouTube video. The instructor made no effort to keep the kids engaged or motivated.

Overall, it was boring, unprofessional, and not worth the time or money. The Little Gym is so much better. I went there before moving to Florida, and I truly regret wasting my time trying this studio.

Have had my son going since he was 20 months old and Coach Elizabeth is amazing letting him explore and teaching me how to spot correctly. His grandmother takes him most of the time and she is also very happy when she goes with him. He has grow in gymnastics so much! Love the facility!

I signed my 4 year old daughter for a free trial class in their shinning star class, and let me say I was nervous going in being my daughter a busy girl and often needs redirection to focus and listen. And I have to say the coaches were so kind and patient with her, she was trying to leave the area and they kindly kept trying to keep her focus and after a while my daughter was ready to go home, the coaches were so sweet, im sure they seen I was visibly overwhelmed that she wasn't behaving as well as the others and two of the coaches (im not good at remembering names) tell me not to give up and to try out the parent and tots class to get her use to the class and comfortable! Long story short, we did just that, even though she 4 we gave parent and tots class a try and my daughter still as busy as can be, the coach was awesome and embraced each kid and made sure I knew she looking forward to her coming back! I appreciate how reassuring you'll are and told me not to give up! 5 shinning stars 🌟

Our daughter was 2.5 years old when she started attending the toddler gymnastics class with Coach Liz. She has had so much fun with these classes. The different stations that are set up are diverse and help the kids learn different skills and build strength, while having a lot of fun. Coach Liz is so sweet, loving and encouraging with the little ones and we adore her!

Took my daughter for a trial and it was a waste of time . The coach was a white skinny girl she didn’t even pay attention to my daughter neo ask what she can do or cannot do , She only told her to jump and left us on our own like it was our responsibility “ Mind you it was our first time there “ How Am I supposed to sign up to something ridiculous like that? I’m not sure if it’s because we were people of color because she was more focus on the white kids than even looking or helping us…I was going to sign up but I didn’t because of that unprofessional coach ..I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone;( #Thank you for the opportunity-.-

I had high hopes for this kids’ gymnastics school, but our experience was incredibly disappointing. The teacher showed a complete lack of care or enthusiasm for teaching, often seeming distracted or uninterested. Our 3-year-old, along with other young kids, received little to no individual attention, leaving them confused and disengaged. The classes lacked any clear structure or methodology suited for such young children, with no apparent effort to manage their energy or keep them focused. It felt chaotic, with the teacher failing to maintain control or provide meaningful guidance. We expected a nurturing, skill-building environment, but this was far from it. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a gymnastics program that actually prioritizes young kids’ development.

Good place, but I don’t understand the attitude.
The group contained 3 trainers and 4 children, the children did an exercises incorrectly and no one helped them or explained, the trainers are not interested in teaching the children at all (they were standing and talking about their own things). We were here for the first time and got a bad expression. In my opinion, that’s lack of professional skills. I think that a trainer should pay attention to children and help them do the exercises correctly. Thank you for the opportunity.

My daughter has been here since 2 years now and she didn’t improve a thing she is still a beginner!!!!!!! Though she is super good and talented ! I am thinking of leaving i am just wasting my money here . if i put a personal trainer and give her that money it would be much worth it .Besides they are raising the money a dollar every once and and a while 😁good strategy for rip off

We are from out of town and contacted the gym to set up privates for my daughter to stay on top of her training while we were on vacation. The gym was very friendly when we called and a coach got back to us that day to set the privates up. Liza was AMAZING! My daughter loved her and she really knows her stuff. We highly recommend this gym and will be back the next time we are in town! Thank you for having us!

My daughter has been going for a little over two months now and absolutely loves it.
She looks forward to going every weekend and it's been a great experience for her to practice routine things like waiting for her turn, listening to her coach, and getting used to being around other kids before getting into preschool.

Amazing gym with all levels from preschool up to competitive team available. Everyone is friendly and I've had the pleasure of getting to know many staff members. My kids love it there and can't wait to go each week. They have both significantly improved and learned a ton of skills. Their dance school was amazed at the skills they have. Took my daughter for their trial class. Her 1st time there and within 15 mi uses ignored while the coach taught others. There was no attempt to ask my daughter what she can do just a focus on the other students. 30 minute's later we left.minutes

I had my 3 year old in this, I was very disappointed with how much you pay for it monthly and how much interaction the kids get. It is a free for all for 45 minutes, he didn't learn any gymnastics and the teacher didn't pay much attention to him. It got to the point that he was fighting us because he wasn't interested in going. We put him in this to help him interact with other kids, but he doesn't interact with them. Waste of time and money

Go back. She was going about 2-3 times every week. For school break I took her once and she loved it. Obviously they are not going to train for 8 hours straight. Lol but she learned so much during her stay. She liked being teamed up with other girls more advanced because it motivates her to go on. They are so helpful. They are very understanding about days you can’t go. They are very detailed about the rules like water bottles and what to do and not do. I also liked the fact they sell outfit for them there too. My daughter is doing summer camp at SportsRock Gymnastics and she loves it. They have a amezing plan for thr summerThe service is exceptional. Liz from the front desk is very attentive to detail with her front desk duties but also maintain the common areas clean, after the kids have done snack and lunch, she wipes the surface clean and clean the restrooms. Everyone here is very nice , the coaches are also very good. I will definitely come back if my daughter decides to be a regular student during the school time. My children began attending SportsRock Gymnastics about 3 month ago. The once a week practices were perfect for our schedule and the opportunity to have all three kids practice at the same time was a huge benefit to me as a parent. The coaches are engaging, kind, and encouraging. I would highly recommend weekly classes.

As we were discussing camp options with our kids one of my children decided he would like to attend summer camp at SportsRock. (For reference, my eldest is at soccer camp and my youngest is not yet old enough for camp here) In the two weeks my son has been in attendance he has come home enthusiastic and ready to share with me all that he has done throughout the day. He loves to tell me about his different coaches, and the skills and apparatus that he practiced on that day. He has grown tremendously as an athlete and as an independent sibling from his brother and sister in these last few weeks. It's only the middle of the week and he is already asking when his next week will be at gymnastics camp. I couldn't be happier that SportsRock allowed him to find his athletic confidence and individuality amongst his siblings!

The lady at the front desk is amazing. She’s very polite and kind. She deserves 5 stars, as an individual. I spoke with her and she said they do have a couple of autism kids that come in so I gave it a shot. This comment isn’t for her how ever, we took our autism non verbal child here 4/23/2022 she likes gymnastics. Unfortunately the male coach doesn’t know what “ autism “ is and expected our child to follow his commands and rules when it supposed to be “ free time “ for the children to have fun on a Saturday. He ended up removing her from the floor because she didn’t want to follow his rules in her conditions. Autism parents know how autism works, without trust the kids aren’t going to follow your rules because you feel like being in control. All she wanted to do was fit in and have fun, clearly this ignorance of a male doesn’t have any sympathy or humility for children. Neither common sense. He also has some favoritism going on with the other kids that he knows. Letting them do what they want and skipping everyone. My girls won’t be coming back here. If you want your children to have fun, I suggest you take them else where. This is definitely not it. #AutismAwareness - Da Great

As a father I appreciate the intentionality on what they teach, the patience and kindness of the staff and the persue of excellence in what they are doing. I had a trial class today and it was horrible.My daughter is 5 years old and she wanted to go to gymnastics course after she watched a video on youtube.So I searched the courses near me and found this trial class.She was very excited today but left very disappointed.After filling the forms I sat and waited.Class time started and nobody called her name.Then I asked and they sent her to a coach.She wasn’t kid friendly and didn’t even smile for an hour.She didn’t show anything herself but just asked other two kids to show how to do whatever she wants.My daughter is a beginner and she doesn’t know anyhing.It was her first day and hasn’t been on a course yet.But she was put in a group who already knows what to do.After 10 min.my daughter and another kid wanted to drink water and she sent them to the front desk.Then I went and was told to buy a water bottle from vending machine which doesn’t accept cards but the cash.I spent 10 min to find exact cash to put in the machine because it didn’t accept dollar bills,too.My daughter just spent her time by watching others and trying to do something.She felt that she was not good enough to learn it.I had to explain that it wasn’t first day for others.I wish I wouldn’t go there.They see our kids just $$.

This place is absolutely phenomenal!! ALL of the girls and coaches work so hard, and it clearly shows in their talent. My daughter participates on a gymnastics team in Ohio. Her and I were visiting Orlando for two weeks and she has a competition scheduled for the weekend of our return. Missing two weeks of practice was critical just before a competition so Debbie allowed for her to come and practice here. Solange and another young lady were her coaches and she worked harder for them then she works at her home gym! They challenged her, encouraged her and made her better in two practices!! She loved it so much she didn't want to leave ❤️. If we ever moved to Orlando, without a doubt we would be members here. Thank you so much ladies for welcoming us during our stay!! During summer camp. The teachers are busy talking, and let the kids have 8 or more hours of free time. Kids do not learn anything about gymnastics. You expect your kids to learn at least some of the basics; however, when you ask them what did they learn. The say that their friends were giving them tips on how to do little things about gymnastics because the teachers were busy talking. This place is a joke!

I used to go here when I was like 8 and my mom took me out when I was 12 so I never really learned much but all I have to say is I really miss being there I had an amazing experience and my fav coach was coach Ariana I miss her so much she was the best coach I could ever ask for I’m 15 now I remember when I was in the older building there was a pizzeria next to it and I would remember going there after practice my dad like around 10 pm it was the best times ever if u ever see this coach just know I miss u and I hope ur doing good♥️
