A legit old school boxing club. Come here to learn and perfect your skillset. Much better then the fake pseudo franchise places like Title Boxing, 9Rounds or Rumble. That is fitness, this place is boxing.

Coach Carlos runs a good training facility that educates the students on the fundamentals of boxing. The students embrace the challenge of the conditioning and get over the fear of facing an opponent in the ring. Safety and defense is the focus overall. My son has been under coach Carlos now for about 5 months. I noticed a marked improvement in my sons physical appearance/prowess as well as his demeanor. Carlos is an excellent coach that leads by example, very mild mannered and even keeled. He also delivers a positive message (no drugs, show respect etc...) This coach cares about the well being of his fighters.

If you want to learn how to box, this is the place to come to. This isn't a "boxercise" gym, if you really want to learn how to box like a pro, this is the place to learn. I've lost 20lbs, made a ton of friends and learned new skills as well as new self defense tricks!! Carlos is the BEST coach you can have in your corner. Check out those wraps!!
