Hugely Overpriced for what it offers . Small crowded studio with group classes and private lessons goin on at the same time literally on top of each other in a tiny space. Would not suggest buying package or pre-paying in any way. I have “somehow” lost payments from my account when pre-paying. The woman who runs it is strictly money focussed and not very friendly. I can’t recommend this studio.

I would love to give a big Squeeze to the owner and staff of Squeeze! Located in Royal Poinciana Plaza on Palm Beach Island, lies a boutique studio with a beautiful view. I can personally recommend each of the instructors of this studio as they are highly qualified, certified instructors that are passionate about their job. They offer privates, duos, trios, small group, and large group classes in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Go treat yourself to a Pilates session today. You will leave feeling lengthened and strengthened!

All the teachers are classical trained which is really hard to find anywhere. It doesn't matter who you work with you will get a great workout and feel taller after class! The best part is water bottles and socks are free, no one does that anywhere else.

I had the greatest experience at Squeeze. The entire staff went above and beyond to cater to my specific needs. The owner, Jill, was incredible to work with. This is my favorite studio in Palm Beach!!

The owner, Jill, initially appeared to be a nice person but it became clear that she is stressed out from trying to wear too many hats and line her pockets in the process. Unfortunately, things did not work out because her daughter, who was my trainer, didn’t take her job seriously enough. When I complained, Jill gave me a hard time: she whined how she(Jill) works like a dog and bent over backwards to accommodate me.
Not true and not my problem. I never canceled, I was always on time and pre paid for all my private sessions up front. Another example of PB entitled ladies acting poorly. But thank you for my refund. Much appreciated. I have found a new studio. I should have taken heed when Jill’s friend bad mouthed Jill’s daughter to me.
