My daughter went to SSGI for only about 6 months before we moved but it was awesome. Coach Ryleigh(not sure of spelling) talked to her like a person and not a baby. She was thorough with training but still had all smiles all of class. Thank you SSGI.

Our daughter had her first night of gymnastics tonight at Stars and Stripes Gymnastics. She had so much fun. Her coach was amazing and really took the time with her to get her started. We are really looking forward to this for her. So glad we found it.

A year ago, we left Top Contenders (after being treated so horribly). Stars and Stripes has been the BEST thing for my daughter and for me. We’re treated with respect and compassion. I have never looked back! So much better! Stars and Stripes is a family- run studio that truly cares about the girls and their self confidence. The girls are so excited to come each week, are very positive to one another and are making so much progress! The coaches lead by example (Coach Nicole is my daughter’s favorite!) and are inspirations for them as they work hard each week. Many of the gymnasts qualified for the state meet and have trained so hard for the big day!

Their floor is very small and you can barely fit a routine, their bars are unsteady, the facility wreaks of garbage and their staff is nice, but if your shirt flies up, they whine about your sports bra. if your child wants to be a talented gymnast, do not come here.

i am on competition team here and the coaches are really nice and treat everyone equal and the girls on my team are really nice and supporting and we always are so positive and make things better and we help each other and if you wanna do gymnastics and get somewhere go here i give this place a 10!!!

My girls loves this family based gym and fell like part of the family here .. great place for young girls and boys to learn discipline , self confidence, team work and sportsmanship.

stars and stripes is a really cool place your kids will love it !!!!!! If my kid loves it your kid will love it to !!!!!!! If your kid loves to do splits and do the bars then that's the right place for your kid to be at. And your kid will be in stars and sripes hevan!!!!
