Overall, it’s a good place for your child to be trained for a gymnastics however they need to get their system together. My child has been. In rec 3 for some months now and I was even told and handed a paper when they moved my daughter up now that she’s still going to practice they keep flip-flopping her to a lower class, which makes no sense the girl upfront Star Has an attitude She may be pleasant with her words, but her tone and delivery is very unacceptable. If she’s constantly bothered then that is not the right job for her, This is ridiculous They are not very well organized with their system. If you tell a parent something then you need to update things in the system So that the child isn’t confused and the parent isn’t confused, too much money is paid out monthly for this nonsense.

Went for a trial. They didn’t have AC I couldn’t even sit and watch it was so hot. Coaches weren’t super attentive or helpful. It’s a shame this is one of the only gyms in the area because it’s really not good

Star gymnastics has great instructors but they need to change the carpet. It is moldy and not good for the occupants. The cleanliness of the place is abysmal. The customers and the staff deserves a cleaner and safer environment.

I didn't have a good experience. Booked for a trial class for my 3 year old. The person I spoke with was very informative and we were excited. We went early on a Saturday morning and there was no one at the reception desk. Which was okay because the students got an adult for me. There weren't any students there her age so the person asked if she wanted to warm up with the older students. Which was kind of awkward because my child didn't have a clue of what she was doing. I pulled her to the side and we watched the older girls warm up. They were great! And the male Coach seemed very knowledgeable. About 20 MIN later another male showed up and asked my daughter if she wanted to warm up. By then she was over it and in shut down mode. We ended up leaving. This seems like a great gym for older students or maybe younger ones. But I don't think they are really concerned about gaining new clients. UPDATE: we came back now that she is older. It's unfortunate that we didn't have the same experience that we are having now. Because she is years behind her age group. But, the coaches are very patient and helpful. I think it pays to come during a weekday.

Hello! I am one of the students at stars. I see that so many people think lowly of this place and I want to tell you about my experience. Ever since I was 6 years old, the awesome coaches with great skill, drive, and experience push us to work hard and stretch our muscles out. They might not act like it, but they welcome new kids to the group with open arms and they always teach them what to do if they’re unaware. The AC there doesn’t work, but the reason you sweat is because of the workout and they have fans everywhere in the building (including the parent seating area). I’m so glad that my dad enrolled me here
I hope you give this place a try!!!

Was a little hesitant to give this place a shot due to some of the bad reviews but I’m glad I went in. Yes admittedly they don’t have a receptionist or sales person on the floor ( as someone pointed below) but in good reason, because they are all coaches staffed and are all attending the kids and giving them all their full paid for session time. The kids are the stars of the show and parents are rarely addressed unless coaches would like the kids to work on something at home & honestly I feel that dynamic is perfect. It empowers the child . They also don’t have much time to chat with families because the classes are typically back to back and as mentioned they teach from start to finish. Coaches are friendly & make every child from beginner to expert feel included. They are very affordable. I was almost shocked at how affordable given the talent and techniques taught. I registered two of my children and they’ve been attending for a month now. They love it, are learning , thriving , and we are pleased. I say go in with an open mind. Be proactive in your questions , understand they are a busy facility that wants to threat their kids as priority, and let your child thrive and you’ll enjoy it.

I was so excited to take my daughter in for a trial class. We get there, I sign a waiver and she's off to join in. I understand there isn't a lot of time for conversation but no one said a word to me after the class. No one asked my daughter did she enjoy it or anything. She never attended gymnastics class before so I didn't know what to expect. But common courtesy and human interaction is expected at any time when you're trusting someone to help your child. No one asked was I coming back. I had to ask for the registration info but something in me said don't pay. Then I read these reviews and I see that they just don't seem to care about earning new clients or treating people equally. I'll take my daughter to a place that they're actually excited to have her and interested in her actually learning what gymnastics entails. I even called back to inquire if the classes were usually like that and all I got in return was "we will repeat a lot of things." Okay, I get it. You clearly didn't care if we came back. Good luck with that demeanor in today's world. Things are closing down by the minute...

Great gym. Daughter loves it. People are very nice. Could use better parent seating but that's hardly a down point.

We’ve been a part of this gym for almost 5 years and feel so blessed for the friendships and coaching experiences thus far. The environment is a perfect blend of fun and competitive spirit. The coaches bring amazing energy and creativity. Thank you Stars!

This place is a joke! Don't spend your money of energy even checking it out...its a dump, stinks, filthy, the owner is horrible, arrogant, obnoxious, the "staff" are a bunch of kids with equally bad attitudes...lets not even the front desk staff a hot mess super disorganized...this place offers absolutely NOTHING they should close it down!

I would not recommend this place if you wish to be treated professionally, want to ask questions to ensure your child’s needs are being met, or want to make sure the gym’s goals and your childs’ goals align. The first, and only, conversation I had with the owner consisted of him getting in my face; he was very unruly, disrespectful, capricious, and temperamental. You would be treated better anywhere else. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars

This place is terrible and the owner is a coward. I would recommend military members take their business elsewhere. It doesn’t deserve a single star.

Do not recommend as the owner is very rude and not personable. He comes off overly dramatic and erratic when speaking with individuals. If I could I would give this place zero stars because of the owner.

After attending another gym that made her feel more discouraged than 'encouraged', we enrolled our daughter at Stars. Thanks to the amazing staff and coaches, she has flourished and jumped up two levels in a matter of months. The coaches pour so much of themselves into these kids and we know they are 1000% committed to the success of their athletes. We drive all the way to the gym from another county because they are just that good. Put Stars on your short list, check them out and you'll see the difference. They make working hard fun and the kids love to push themselves because they trust and believe in their coaches. These are very serious people but they know how to have a good time and keep the atmosphere super positive.

call to make a appointment for a trial class and they book my appointment on a holiday and failed to tell me it was closed that day, I tried to call to make sure the class was still on that day and I didn't get any answers I left 2 messages, per Google it stated they were still open but the hours was cut short due to the holiday but when I got there the was a sign on the door stating they were closed. I was confused because this was the day they booked for me so I would have assumed they would have known that. I called two more times to rescheduled and left a voice mail but still no response from them as of today. such horrible communication. I will just look else where for a gymnastics class that would like to have my daughter to attend.

Called twice to enroll my 3 yr old in classes, they never returned my call. After I finally got a hold of them, we came in for a trial class and they didn't acknowledge us at the desk, the teens running the place were on the phone, I walked my son into the floor myself. The teacher never said hi to him or encouraged him to be there and we ended up leaving after 5 min. Horribly run business.
