Casey is awesome! I’ve only ever been able to do FaceTime sessions since we began a little after the pandemic and they’re always great. I've done a couple of sessions with Casey so far and both times has been extremely beneficial. First off, Casey caters the session to what each individual needs. Casey pushes you to work out hard in a calm and respectful manner, yet very encouraging manner. He also explains why certain body forms are important and the rewards or consequences of exercising with incorrect form. I have no doubt that rewards are right around the corner! He is definitely the best personal trainer I've had!

Battalion built really knows what they’re doing when it comes to health and fitness. Casey helped me lose 15 pounds that I couldn’t seem to get rid of on my own. Really helped me dial in my nutrition and I can’t stress enough that the ACCOUNTABILITY he provided me is what set his coaching far above anything else I’ve ever done.

First time doing CrossFit type exercises and first time with a trainer. Used to exclusively run, but getting older and not putting in the mileage wasn’t getting it done. Wanted to work out more of the upper body and core. Casey mixes up individual exercises so no workout is identical and hence all the sessions are exciting and go fast. After a few weeks I noted a significant improvement in strength and upper body tone. I still run on off days or when I’m out if town so Casey’s workouts are a perfect compliment. Casey monitors you closely to ensure proper form and knows just how to get that final rep out of you. Were I to try this alone I would a: hurt myself b: get only 70% of the reps done and c: take three times as long. If you want an intense 30 minute workout or, as my wife prefers, a less intense long term conditioning program or anything or in between; Casey is your guy. Five Stars!

I started training with Casey a little over three months ago having never had a personal trainer. I was a little bit fearful at the outset that I might get hurt from overtraining or poor form. No need. Casey is great. He’s a terrific instructor. What I like best about him, though, is that he tailors your workout to your fitness level overall AND every time you come in. He has great judgment about what you need to be doing that day and really listens when you tell him something hurts or that you are having an off day. There are some horror stories out there about bad trainers, but I can’t say enough good things about Casey. Sign up—you won’t regret it!

I started personal training with Casey a few months ago. I was very skeptical at first because I have never used a personal trainer before, but Casey has been amazing. He makes me feel comfortable, pushes me to do my best, mixes up my workouts each session so I am never bored, and within the short few months I have been going I can tell a difference in how my body feels and looks. It's great to have someone holding you accountable and pushing you a little more than what you would probably push yourself at the gym alone. I have never been a gym person, but the workouts with Casey have been fun and challenging and keep me coming back for more. I highly recommend giving him a try!

I have been working out with Casey consistently now for about 3.5 years. I started with him regularly following knee replacement surgery. This is the longest I have ever stuck with anything fitness related. Casey challenges me to do more than I ever thought I could do. He can be tough, but also has a big heart, and is witty and funny. He helps each of his clients progress irrespective of where they start. 30 minutes with Casey will get you further along towards your goals than hours alone in the gym. Casey has helped me improve strength, cardio capacity, flexibility, endurance, and balance.

Casey is awesome! My son (10 years old), daughter (4 years old) and I have been coming to Casey for several months and it is honestly my favorite activity to do with my kids! I always felt guilty to leave my kids at home with my husband to go to the gym or to put them in childcare at a gym. Thank goodness for Casey! Initially, my son and I were coming together but after the first session my daughter tagged along to, she wanted to participate. I was very nervous because of her age, but she honestly has better form and stamina than me! Casey customizes our workouts where I am challenged and working towards my fitness goals, but also teaches my kids proper form and keeps the workouts fun for them too. He will help with meal plans (if you desire) and is very good to follow up before, during and after workouts to make sure that we are feeling ok and that our bodies aren’t sore or hurting. My husband has even attended a few sessions and Casey really gave him a great workout too! I would highly recommend Casey for your personal training needs. And, if you are a mom that wants to spend some good, quality time with your kids that will help build the foundation for lifelong, healthy habits, this is a GREAT place for you!!

When I was younger I was in good shape and quite athletic. Then life happened and before I knew it Simple tasks became a challenge. I worked with Casey for 11 months and absolutely loved it! I've never been physically fit, and honestly I was quite nervous to start the journey! I have to say I don't regret it one bit! Casey is a great motivator when I didn't think I could go on. He was always accessible outside of the gym when I had a questions or just needed to talk... I was quite needy on my weight loss journey! I have been doing Crossfit for a couple of years. In April I had a double mastectomy and Casey has been working with me to get not only my strength but stamina back.
