Currently both kids are enrolled in their strength, speed and agility class. The class so far has exceeded my expectations. They both love the class and have shown huge improvements. The flexible class times makes it easy to commit to four days a week. Looking forward to see them on the field in the fall

With Donnieβs professional rehab approach training, I was able to restore my shouldersβ mobility as well as strengthening my body in general. I came in for few sessions and ended up with 2 years and counting of excellent personal training. I also had sessions with Katie when Donnie was out and she is a great trainer as well! Highly recommend!
