I started taking the classes because of my mother, who has health issues and deals with a lot of pain. At first, I joined just to support her — but I ended up falling in love with the classes myself! Every session leaves me calmer, more relaxed, and in a much better mood. Even in my daily life, especially with my son, I’ve noticed that I’m more patient and balanced.

Chair yoga has been a blessing for both me and my mother. The classes are well-guided, welcoming, and truly transformative. I’m very grateful to have found this studio. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Finding Suchi as my yoga instructor is an answer to prayer. I had been wanting to increase both my health and my spiritual connection. I found that with Suchi. She is nothing short of amazing - in her knowledge of yoga and the science behind it; in her compassion and encouragement; in her belief in and devotion to her students and her 'dharma'. I had never done a yoga class in my life, because I thought it wasn't for me. I enrolled my children in the kids' yoga class at Suchi's Yoga Studio, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The instructor, Suchi Biswas, has a unique ability to connect with the kids, making them feel comfortable and engaged right from the start.

The class structure strikes a perfect balance between fun and mindfulness. Suchi incorporates theory and story telling also into the yoga practice, keeping the kids entertained while seamlessly introducing them to important concepts of mindfulness and relaxation. My daughter took yoga classes with Miss Suchi for six months. My daughter loved going to her yoga classes. She liked the short meditations led by Suchi after the yoga poses (asanas). My daughter said the yoga class was very fun. Kids got to choose one yoga pose (Asana) of their choice. Miss Suchi also taught pranayams( brearhing exercises) to kids and also gave them knowledge behind yoga to make it more interesting for all kids. Moreover she took very good care of the kids . She also offered kids complimentary healthy snacks when they were hungry after the class. Overall it was a very happy safe and fun based learning environment for kids. We are thankful to miss Suchi for all her kindness, sincerity, towards all her students.

Sucharita is one of the best yoga teachers anyone could have. Her understanding of yoga is immense, and she has a gift for explaining yoga skills. Her guidance was essential in my yog journey.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition, with my level at almost three times the maximum it should be. However, I found that with Sucharita’s support, and by applying the skills she guided me through, I was able to get it down to a safe level within a couple months.

I have known Suchi for last couple of years. I feel really privileged to personally know her. Whenever I have reached out to her regarding mine or my family members' health, each time, she has selflessly talked at length and guided us with various healing practices (like yoga, pranayama, and others). Specifically, I contacted her for my close relative who has Parkinsonism. Suchi guided her with specific exercises as well as pranayama practices that has helped very much with stopping the progression of the condition. I also contacted her again with another relative's health condition of lung fibrosis when he was about to be put on external oxygen. And again, she selflessly guided him with specific pranayama practice that helped him control, and somewhat improve his health condition.

I belong to her WhatsApp group where she shares the yogic wisdom on regular basis. I look forward to reading her messages about methods for prevention and healing of various diseases. Suchi, our yoga instructor is very knowledgeable, and passionate about yoga, she is a certified instructor and always strives to push and encourage her students to stay fit and healthy through daily yoga practice, she shares all her knowledge by painstakingly writing descriptions of all the asanas through our WhatsApp group, it has helped me to understand the purpose and significance of so many aspects of Yoga, and appreciate it truly.

She starts the class with a beautiful Sanskrit chant, followed by Pranayama and breathing exercises, after which we do our asanas, and end the class with a beautiful chant again and shavasana.
Every class a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience, I highly recommend her class to everyone.
