New equipment, all of the machines you can think of and some, it’s clean as heck & then there isn’t a time of day where it’s “too crowded” To top it off, the owners Sammy & Liz are cool as heck & very helpful. Gym is great except the owners insist on blasting the music, 24/7. I know several members who have mentioned it to the owners. It's so loud you can hear it outside, 24/7. I just don't get it. Love the gym, but forget trying to listen to your own device. Far too loud to hear anything but the gym's music.

This gym atmosphere is the best everyone involved with it are so supportive of everyone ! The enthusiasm from all is so motivating it’s like stepping into your happy place and leaving who you are on the daily at the door ! Then you work to make a difference in yourself! I've only been going here a short while but I love it so much! The owners are wonderful and always say hi. It's also never busy when I go. Busy gyms give me severe anxiety! No more Crunch gym ever for me! As a former powerlifter, they have everything you could want. Their cardio machines are great (hello theater room!). They also gave me a military/veteran discount which I ALWAYS appreciate! ❤️❤️ this place rocks!

Sammy and Liz are two of the best people you will ever meet! Their commitment and dedication to this community is tenfold. They know every member personally and they genuinely want to see you succeed in your personal fitness goals. They go above and beyond to make themselves available either as your trainer or if you need a quick demo on a machine. They go out of their way to greet you when you come in. I've been with Suda Fit now for right around a year and there are so many positives to this gym but I will focus on the top 3. There is a ton of equipment and plenty of variety and everything inside the gym is always clean. Samy and Liz the owners are always very welcoming and take a personable approach to each of their members. It definitely feels like they have a vested interest in everyone achieving their personal goals. My wife and I have both had personal training from Samy and Liz and both have a great knowledge base and are capable of working with all levels of fitness. Samy has helped me achieve fitness goals and coached me on my first cut. Liz is currently in the process of transforming my wife and the ammount of gains she has made under her guide has been truly amazing.

I can't say enough good things about Suda Fit. Samy and Liz work very hard to make this gym a step above all else.

My husband and I have been at our fair share of gyms in our time, there are very few that make you feel the way this gym does. The atmoshpere is incredible, extremely inviting! The enviroment just makes you want to workout and become the best version of yourself. And I love the fact that it is never overcrowded and you never feel like the background of someone elses selfies or videos. When I went to Sudafit for the first time I was a guest. Before I left, I joined this gym. First, it was clean, not crowded, people were friendly and welcoming (not just the owners). Secondly, the owners then asked for my stage shot. I was blown away, I am not a pro bodybuilder and I was just honored to be asked to be on the wall. Third, this gym became more than just a gym, it became a space that felt like home and family.
I promise you that if you go to any other gym, the owners or staff will not remember your name or treat you as amazing like the Sudafit team! You will not just have a great gym to go to but you will also have a family that supports you. I always see the Sudafit team greet every person by name and ask how they are doing.

If you are looking for a gym that supports you and will make you feel like family, this is your gym!

I do powerlifting and normally go to a powerlifting gym, but it’s a little out of the way from home. Because of the distance, I wanted to join a 2nd gym nearby to get my basic workouts done on days that I’m not doing my heavy powerlifting lifts. I was looking for something that wasn’t a typical, overly crowded, and commercial like most gyms are. I had no idea this gym was only 10 minutes away from home and decided to check it out. I’m glad that I did because this is probably the best gym in town, and the best gym I have been to. The gym is really nice, clean and has every piece of equipment you could think of. The owners are very friendly and always make it a point to say hello and ask if you need anything. What I really love is that the owners are Hispanic, because it’s always very special to see our Hispanic community starting their own business and succeeding in what they do. My family is Dominican and I know what it means to come to the US to make something of yourself and accomplish your goals. It’s truly the American Dream. If you haven’t checked out Suda fit, you should definitely stop by and get a work out in. You won’t be disappointed! Oh and if you’re lucky, you might see Chloe running around the gym. She’s the most adorable and precious puppy you will ever see!

Just started working out here and it's awesome! My first day one of their trainers Samy, did some one on one training with me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Even though I haven't been in a gym for years everyone made me feel welcome. Their equipment is top of the line and I never had to wait for a machine. Cant wait for my next work out with Samy!

Sudafit was recommended by a trainer (Ose, go see him! *shameless plug*). Liz took me on a tour of the gym and I instantly felt comfortable and at home. The vibe is peaceful. Hands-down this is one of the best gyms in the area and beyond. I am so happy I discovered it. It was recommended by a friend so I have to recommend it to everyone as well.

I had the benefit of having a tour of their fitness studio with the owners followed by an incredible training session. They’ve done an excellent job selecting great equipment for all types of fitness training and all levels of fitness. Everything is perfectly arranged with a great open area in the center for a functional, rope, sled and other types of training. If you are into boxing or fighting they have that equipment too.

The owners are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable.

One of my favorite parts is the cardio theater - filled with three types of equipment including stairmasters, elliptical and treadmills with a huge screen TV.
