The Apex Training Compound is hands down the most thoughtfully designed, laid out and functional gym. Scott has implemented years of industry knowledge to put together a facility using the best equipment to gain optimal results for each individual.
Scott has helped me significantly in my training. He watches every rep for form and function to prevent injury and maximize results. Scott has helped me to increase the intensity of my training to progressively become stronger. In addition to training, he has put together a personalized meal plan and supplementation to achieve the best possible results.
I cannot recommend Scott enough!!
