Both Coach Dean and Coach Derek bring a wealth of knowledge to helping upcoming athletes train. They work the kids hard all while they are having the best time! My son leaves there sweaty and smiling ear to ear! Thank you, Dean, for all that you do! We have been going for quite some time, and we will keep coming back!!

Coach Higgins is awesome ! I have a middle school age kid that has gone and he is awesome with the kids. Great energy , tough but fun. It’s still early but already seems to have some results. Great place !

Coach Higgins is amazing, and will work on improving any skill you want to improve. He motivates the athletes like no one I've ever encountered, and my daughter loves every minute of his training, no matter how challenging. In only a few training sessions he improved her jump height 6", which is incredible.
