I just joined this gym a few days ago and already love it. I prefer to work out on off hours because I’m very new to gym going and am learning as I go with research and instructional videos. Pretty self conscious about it lol
I was able to join The Body Factory online and after watching a very helpful video posted by Debbie, fetched my key card out of a lock box by the front door and walked right in the 24 hour entrance. Loved it!
Also really enjoy the QR codes. As I mentioned, I’m learning as I go and they’re really helpful.

Personal Trainer opinion: I've been in quite a few gyms in the span of 30 years, and I can say that THIS gym, not only has unique equipment meant to target muscles that most gyms don't even consider, but-- there is room to do sleds and walking lunges and tire flips!!! Additionally: it's 24 hours!! Cherry on top: Infra red Sauna and showers. Elite!!

Facility looked good in the pictures, but decided not to go check it out.
Called just now to inquire how late the staff will be there and got 2 very short answers. '4pm' and 'bye'. Her tone was also very unwelcoming. I will pass.

LOVE this gym. Great space, has everything you need. VERY CLEAN. I signed up online, it was so easy, there’s after hours access to get your key fob, an intro video to explain everything super simple. I def see new machines, idk how to use them all, but I do really like the scan codes on the machines. It was nice to see how to use them but also the proper form. I recommend this gym to anyone in any stage of their fitness journey. But for beginners, this is an amazing place to start!

A WORD OF CAUTION: if you’re looking for a gym with ‘state of the art’ over-engineered $100k machines, this is not the place for you. I absolutely love The Body Factory Gym! I’ve been a member since 2021 and can confidently say I don’t see myself going to any other gym. The gym is equipped with plenty of treadmills, weights, and machines that are easy to use, making it perfect for any fitness journey.

During my journey, I became pregnant and was able to work out throughout my entire pregnancy. Thanks to staying active, I had a smooth labor experience—laboring at home until 4 cm, and once I got to the hospital, I progressed to 9 cm within an hour. My baby was born in less than 5 hours!

I’m so grateful to Debbie for creating such a supportive environment and making me feel safe while working out. She always motivated me, and the 24-hour access made it so convenient to stay consistent. Now, 4 months postpartum, I’m still working out and thankful I was able to maintain my fitness throughout my pregnancy. I’m excited to continue my progress here!

I’m giving this gym 5 out of 5 stars. I had a physical and when they weighed me I was 216lbs! I was in disbelief. I started looking for a gym where the hours worked for me. I was not going to join a gym where I have to rush and get there before it closes. I found this gym and I loved it right away because it was 24hrs and they had lots of equipment and space to workout. You don’t get the hassle to have a personal trainer. You work out privately and at your own pace. So far I lost 10lbs and I been going there for 1 month. Debbie is part of the staff and she is awesome. She will help you and will answer any questions you may have regarding the equipment or anything about the gym. I recommend this gym. I also want to mention that Debbie keeps the gym nice and clean. She sanitized it all the time and if the equipment breaks down it get fixed right away. She also helped me with an ab equipment by having a seat made so I and other short people like me can work out our abs better. Thank you Debbie!

I went inside the gym to see what kind of equipment they had to see if it was suited for my needs to become a member. There was no one at the front desk, and I saw only one person working out, so I just went around and started looking at the equipment after about five minutes a worker comes out and sees me and throws a fit. She asked me what I’m doing there so I told her she proceeded to ask me if she could get the door for me I asked her do you want me to leave? I asked her if she was the owner. She replied she was so I told her I will definitely be leaving and I would never join her gym or recommend it to anyone she was the rudest person ever.

I used to live in the Gainesville area working out at Gainesville health and fitness. This gym is amazing here at the body factory. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I have been going to this gym for almost two years now and highly recommend it! Debbie, the owner, takes pride in her business and it shows! The gym is open 24/7(cameras everywhere) and has everything you could possibly need for a great workout. It has free weights, cardio(spin cycles too), showers with soap and towels provided, tanning, sauna, two personal workout rooms, a boxing room, and so many weight machines. A very clean and very friendly atmosphere. Too much to list, but it has everything you could possibly want for a great full body workout. You will feel comfortable working out here. 5 stars plus!! As a young female this is the first gym that I have ever felt comfortable in!! I just started going to this gym the last couple of months and I’m so glad I joined! I’m new to the area and I haven’t worked out for the past 2/3 years. I was so nervous to restart my fitness journey due to experiences at past gyms. PAST gyms were too crowded/couldn’t get to the equipment I wanted… or the gym was filled with members that made me feel unwelcome… I haven’t had any of those issues here! Its a nice size where u can spread out and not be by anyone if u don’t want to. There’s rooms you can use to do abs or stuff u don’t want to do in the open. And if I have a question or need help with equipment Deb is right there to help

I have been coming here for over 20 years, and Debby has to be one of the best trainers ever!. Over the last year my doctor found a mild afib, and recommended a heart doctor, who was very nice, but wanted to do a procedure I didn't want to do. I decided to see if I could help myself by getting more physically fit. I kept taking my meds and made changes in my diet.
I started on the treadmill,and Deb was with me all the way. I worked little by little and could go farther and farther until finally I was able to do a 20 minute mile ! I won't be doing any more 20 minute miles very often. But at least I proved to myself that, with an extra bit of effort, and a great trainer and doctor who are on my side, I can keep myself from becoming that little old lady watching soap operas with her cat.

Glad to see great reviews on here, sorry that I can't say the same. To begin, I felt the young guy that was at the desk when I walked in for information either didn't understand me or wasn't knowledgeable. I told him I was looking for group workouts to which he said yes they were available. So I signed up. Two weeks and visiting 3 times they won't let me out of the contract I do not want an on demand training, I can do that at home. Had he explained I would not have signed up. So now I'm paying 12 months for what should have really been a free week., Deb said she teaches some of the classes but nothing is available when I am since most of what look to be group classes are in the morning when I'm at work. Tried having them cancel my membership but they refuse even only after two weeks and using the gym total of 3 times. What a waste!

Good gym. Much better than anytime fitness. That gym is near walmart in lady lake and looks like a gym for kindergarten students.

This gym is good since its 24 hours and there's always paper towels when ur sweating. I've been to other gyms who don't always restock those.

The Body Factory is a great place. It's clean, has a variety of equipment for all levels, and the cost is more than fair. Any negative reviews on here are a ridiculous. Either they have an agenda or they are simply clueless. I have been coaching high school football and weightlifting for 20 years as well as having a B.S. Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Florida. Believe me when I say this gym can and will meet anyone's needs. I highly recommend it.

I've been going to this gym,for about 11 year's. And I feel like everyone here is part of a big family, never once has the owner ever said anything about deadlift or noise. I've been to other gyms and not once have I actually seen the owners on the floor, i don't even know who they are. Not at the body factory,here you will see debbie. Either working out or fixing something,let me tell you something that happened a while ago. I didn't have enough money to cover my monthly gym membership. And what did Debbie say... Go ahead and workout pay me whenever you can. You see this gym is in the people business. You may think you're joining a gym. Nope,you're joining a family. In conclusion,you want to work out in a clean,24 facility. Were The staff is friendly family and actually care about. The body factory is the place to go.

Just to clear up some of these negative post on here. I have been going to the Body Factory for a little over 5 months, if you like power lifting, circuit training, 100lbs and up dumbells, wide variety of cable and cardio machines, and not having to worry about judgemental people then this is a gym for you. There have been some employees that have been let go, for the fact of not doing their job as a personal trainer and not being professional while representing the gym, being rude to volunteers and complaining about them. Hence the same consistent negative comments by the same person with different names that have never even had contracts with the gym. Since then there have been new employees brought on with great attitudes and sincere love for the gym life. The only gym I'll go to to get my work out on. Before you knock it try it. Come on in get a day pass and try it out yourself.

I am not a typical gym type person but I knew I needed to do something so I tried it out. What an amazing experience!! Deb, the owner, has gone far beyond any expectations to help keep me motivated. In 5 months I have lost over 11 inches even through the holidays! I have had my struggles and the staff is always there to motivate and pep me up.
