I help people find joy and independence by re-establishing their physical strength using pilates through effective wellness programs. Assessment screenings for personalized and tailored trainings. Training modalities include : The Oov, Konnector®, mat pilates with props, pilates equipment and cross-training forms to strengthen and balance the body. Pilates is a great form of exercise and movement integration technique. It is for everyone! Fitness enthusiasts, dancers, athletes, MS, Parkinson's disease; Pilates is for all ages and levels.

Highly recommend training with Ana! As someone who does not typically do Pilates, Ana was very patient with teaching me the basics and she also created an environment that made me feel comfortable with something that I am not use to.
As someone who's training routine typically involves just weight training. I think that Pilates provides a different training stimulus that you cannot get with traditional strength training. So if you are looking to improve your deadlift, squat, or bench press. You'll be surprised with how much Pilates can benefit you!

I can’t say enough about Ana and the impact her Pilates instruction has had on my life. Not only has she helped me discover new confidence in what my body is capable of, but my strength, flexibility, and overall wellness have all seen incredible improvements since I started working with her. I came to Ana dealing with bone spurs in both heels, and after being told by my doctor that surgery might be necessary if physical therapy didn’t work, I felt a bit discouraged. But thanks to Ana’s attentive guidance and expertise, I’m experiencing real, tangible results! My bone spurs have noticeably improved, and my ability to walk comfortably has drastically increased—without needing surgery.

I have worked with Ana for 3years through all sorts of medical issues. My goals are functional strength, dorsal flexion, and being able to do things such as getting up and down from low spaces which becomes more difficult as you get older. She continues to improve the physical quality of my life! I am much more flexible and strong and can accomplish a lot more routine movement. I am in my 60's and feel a lot stronger

I was visiting a friend in the area who is a client of Ana’s and Ana was so kind to let me drop in on their session. I am so glad I did! I had never done Pilates before but Ana was able to both plan for the two of us and improvise according to my level. She was great at explaining the exercises and how to keep good form, helping me adjust along the way. I felt like I had gotten a good workout but also relaxed and loose. Her energy is upbeat and kind. It was a great first experience and made me wish I had an Ana back home - definitely recommend!

Ms.Bolt taught me since I was in kindergarten...I danced in almost every dance camp every summer. I had her as a dance teacher in middle school as well. She has truly given me great skill and technique. I’m almost 28 now and she STILL remembers me! That is so important to me because out of the hundreds of students she has she still makes you feel like you’re the only one when she’s working with you. I will forever love you ms.bolt!

I have been seeing Ana Bolt for at least 2 years for Pilates instruction. During the Pandemic we saw each other virtually! She is highly professional and has an amazing breadth of knowledge about how the joints, bones and muscles of the body work together. And she is an excellent teacher. I can't exaggerate how much her instruction has improved my general health, flexibility, and stamina. During the time I've worked with her I've had a few unfortunate injuries which she helped me rehabilitate, I'm doing things as a 78 year old that I couldn't do in my 40s and 50s! Her workouts are charming and fun: although you are working hard, the routines are graceful and dance-like! I so enjoy our times together. I highly recommend Ana Bolt for people both new and knowledgeable about Pilates. You won't regret it!
