They claim to be a 24-hour gym, but don't provide 24-hour services!!, the guy at the counter was very rude. I was a member about 3 years ago, they never provided me with a key, 3 years later, the same storyline no key to get in, so how is that providing 24-hour services??

My only qualm is that the treadmills(none of them) will elevate for incline. Yes , I spoke to an employee about it. Not sure if she notified management.

Came to Labelle to visit family want wanted to find a gym while I was here to still get my work out in this gym was great smaller than what I’m use to but I will still able to get a great routine in will be my go to gym next time I come to visit

Prices run around the average for gyms in the area with some mixed discounts available.

It offers showers, restrooms, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, weight machines, and free weights. They sell water in the fridge at the front of the establishment. The community is courteous and respectful, if not friendly, and it caters to everybody from those that are out of shape to those that could make a serious run for positions as fitness models. A big selling point is its twenty-four hour availability.

If you live in the area, it's worth considering, and you'll be happier if you go with longer membership periods on auto-pay. Just make sure to take advantage when you're a member, or you'll beat yourself up over it.

extremely rude front desk clerk. she didn't feel like working. She seemed mute and when she asked the questions she only limited herself to pointing with a gesture of her face towards the papers that contained her information. that's lousy as a business presentation. An extremely small place for the volume of people who go to the gym. she could somehow overlook that detail. but really we were a group of 7 people willing to sign up disappointed with the customer service. is the main reason for my only star

Started going to this gym about a year ago and my first reaction was that it was very small compared to my other gym but it's actually nice because everyone just let's you get your sets in with them if your doing the same workouts. You can build good gym friendships and it's all iron weights not the lame rubber ones. Love this gym no complaints.
