Exercise Coach in Jupiter is an excellent resource for getting in better physical shape! Twenty minutes twice a week may not sound like much but this is an extensive workout that will leave you drained and tone you up. The protocol uses an extensive circuit of exercises, monitored by and reported to sofware that you can follow on an app. Great trainers, smart and helpful. Nice site.

l highly recommend Exercise Coach Jupiter! I’ve been training there since the spring of 2021 and it has changed my life. Before starting I had balance issues and was diagnosed with Osteopenia. I experienced several falls over the years prior, with two resulting in fractures. Since starting I have not fallen and my bone density is normal again. I’m significantly stronger and look better. The staff at Exercise Coach is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The workout is quick but becomes increasingly challenging over time. Your progress is tracked so you can see how much your strength has improved.

I personally do not enjoy it . No atmosphere , they rush you
through your workout because they have the next person
waiting.There is no time to ask questions or help with my
app, which has not worked since I started.The tech did not
know how to fix my app ,he is to busy signing up the next
person.There is never someone at the desk to answer any
questions you may have. I think it is poorly run, I give them
one star.

This is a great studio with excellent staff. I initially signed up for in order to get strength training to help with my osteoporosis and back issues. I have continued to train at Exercise Coach for over a year because I enjoy working with the staff, the location is clean, convenient and uncrowded and I know I will always be guided to improve. The program is like nothing else and I highly recommend it!

Great place! BUT you must make yourself clear w your coach, some coaches are trying to gain points w corporate and pushing too hard. Some folks prob. like that, not me. I am in my 70s, female and had a stroke so I need guidance and you get it here! Coach is with you thru the entire (20 minutes!) work out. In and out and feel good! 2 x a week, No Problem! Highly recommend for all ages.

Fabulous concept and business. Read about the philosophy behind the program then get your 2 free sessions. Those sessions will familiarize you with the equipment and process. There is no excuse for not having 20 minutes 2x a week. The science is sound. The trainers are great! Don't think that only 2x a week is too easy. Believe me it isn't! I just renewed for another 20 sessions.
