AMAZING results in only 20 minutes 2x per week. Love it and will continue to come! Only irritates me that AARP will no longer support this gym. They promoted them during open enrollment and then when I enrolled....said, "This gym is not longer covered by AARP supplemental insurance. I think that is called, "Bait and Switch!"

This is really a great program for those of us who don't want to spend hours at the gym. You will 100% lock out with your muscles feeling fatigued, but in a good way. Coaches are Super friendly and very competent

Love this place for several reasons, One being the small size- I do not feel comfortable in a big gym. Also, I love the 20 minute workout and 5 min of cardio. I can truly tell I have had a great workout in 20 minutes. My stamina and numbers have improved greatly over the past 3 months. The staff is amazing, and so friendly and knowledgeable, and alway very encouraging and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I like that the studio is appointment-only and I donβt feel like Iβm going to injure myself. The duration of the sessions are convenient for my work schedule. Additionally, my trainer, Edwin is awesome and I really enjoy my sessions with him.

I have been going to Exercise Coach for seven months now, and am very impressed with the program, my trainer (Kristen), the staff and the results! The program of 20 minutes 2X a week seems improbable to produce noticeable results, but my upper body, arms and legs are significantly stronger and more toned. The workout is hard, but the trainer is knowledgeable and keeps me on track to continue improvement. The facility is clean, the equipment is state-of-the-art and the owner and staff are always welcoming and helpful. Without the distraction of a noisy gym, this is the perfect place for me to continue my my efforts of attaining and maintaining a better and more healthy physique. (...and by the way, I drive 75 miles roundtrip for each session with no hesitation at all!)

As an avid daily walker, I was getting plenty of cardio, but I was missing strength exercise. My decision to train with Exercise Coach has definitely been the best one. I have not been disappointed. I was hesitant at first but with a few workouts, I saw that their interest in you is genuine regardless of fitness level. So far, I train 2x a week and find the trainers positive encouragement, well encouraging. I do not respond well to tough love and their "whispers" at my side while training actually make me want to try harder and keep going even when my body is hurting. I love the small and private environment it promotes. The diligent notes they take of me each workout make it truly personal. I do truly recommend Exercise Coach whether you have short or long term weight loss/strength training goals at any fitness level. Kristin and Edwin at the Lake Mary location are simply, hands down the best trainers. From the start, both made me feel comfortable and provided the motivation needed to get me through my workout and make me want to keep coming back!

Signing up at The Exercise Coach in Lake Mary was the best decision I have recently made for my health and well-being. In the past few years I have tried exercising on my own at home, and frustratingly, I didn't make much progress. I saw the Exercise Coach's ad on FB and was intrigued by the idea of a fast workout with proven results. I wasn't disappointed! I signed up just over 5 weeks ago, and I am ASTOUNDED by my results. Gone is my lower back and hip pain, which have plagued me for years and have persisted despite stretching, chiropractic and physical therapy. Waking up pain-free is priceless - by which I mean that The Exercise Coach is pricey but worth every cent! I have become stronger and happier in this short period of time and I will definitely continue. I encourage anyone who is short on time but wants instant feedback and quick results to check them out. I am very happy with joining the Exercise Coach. Blanca is an exceptional trainer who has been tremendous assisting and encouraging me to reach my goal. I love that the program is 20 mins per session twice weekly, which is all I can do right now with my recent osteoarthritis diagnosis. The facility is super clean and everyone is attentive and friendly. My investment with this program is already paying off. My legs feel stronger and I am very motivated to continue improving my fitness level.

The Exercise coach has exceeded my expectations in every way. When I first started, I was not sure I would βfeelβ the workout as it is only 20 minutes. I was definitely wrong. I enjoy that it is targeted and focuses on increasing strength. The staff are also top notch! Blanca is fabulous! Would definitely recommend to anyone...especially those that do not enjoy the big box gym experience.
