The owners and staff are excellent. It is a very friendly atmosphere to work out. My husband and I have been going almost 2 years and it has greatly improved our quality of life. My husband had both knees replaced before we started and his progress had been fantastic. We are now able to travel and enjoy seeing the world.

The Exercise Coach has been a game changer in my health and strength. From my first day five months ago when I did a free trial session until now, I have gained new strength, better health and improved muscle definition thanks to their kind and knowledgeable coaches. In just 20 minutes twice a week, you can efficiently change yourself from someone who is intimidated by weights and working out to a person who really looks forward to coming in. The coaches are great - personable, encouraging and knowledgeable. Just being about one month into the program, I feel I am making progress and am beginning to see results. It seems the science behind the system is sound and I like the fact that correct form is stressed and even required as I work through the exercises. I am looking forward to seeing my progress over the next several months.

Thanks to my Mother, the importance of exercise and keeping fit has always been a part of my life and a priority. The last year I have been experiencing some decline in mobility and it's been a challenge to accept that even going for a simple walk was frustrating with slight limping and some pain. A dear friend shared her great recent experiences going to The Exercise Coach on Airport Boulevard. At the time, my physician could not really offer any options to help reduce pain or help with the mobility limitations. After my first 2 x 20 minutes sessions at The Exercise Coach, I was able to go to Bayview Park and walk it 3 times without pain, limping or a compression ankle sock. I am not claiming I am cured but life is feeling so much more normal again and want to share my personal results.
I continue to go each week and I am enjoying my evening walks hoping one day I may be able to run again but thrilled of my results and progress! Tracy, Evan and the Coaching Staff are amazing and they are there to guide and coach you with your individual goals. Thank you to The Exercise Coach!!

This is a great program for working out and have coaches watching over you and making sure you are doing exercises correctly.. My strength level has increased more than I thought possible. Coaches are very patient and motivating to help get you to the next level of getting stronger. Highly recommend the program to increase your ability to move your body more.
