I am noticeably gaining muscle and strength and I'm only at the gym 1 hour per week. The machines at Exercise Coach really focus on resistance training the muscle while avoiding stress on my already arthritic joints. All the coaches really know how to adjust the machines to my benefit. I do not miss the crowded gym scene I've experienced at the Y and Planet Fitness!

Very happy with my experience with the Exercise Coat in Ponte Vedra Beach. The workouts are structured and intense. The sessions are twenty minutes which on the surface doesnβt seem like it would be enough, but let me tell you your muscles are contracted virtually the entire time. At the end of each session, I am spent. During the work out there is a trainer by your side the entire time, ensuring you are using correct form and offering encouragement. The staff are very knowledgeable and truly nice people. There is so much to "The Exercise Coach"! They are not just a gym. They offer assistance with life-style changes (food intake) for weight loss. The staff are very knowledgeable about the equipment and it's purpose. I was a little intimidated when I first started but they helped me quickly to understand and feel comfortable with what I had to do with each piece of equipment.
