I hate exercise - I mean I truly hate it. So far, this is the first thing Iβve done that gives me hope that Iβll stick to it. And Iβve been going strong for a year! The customized program with personalized attention is perfect for me. I also love the fact that the atmosphere is more homey than gym-like. Jak and Joe are fantastic!

Sure recommend it as a senior citizen. Never had pain as your individual trainer knows how far to move ahead. Fun to see how your regime began and your strength level by twice a week...six months later. 20 minute sessions ..believe me, it's worth it to maintain your health.

The personal coaching workouts keep me focused on form to make sure Iβm getting the best results possible during the 20 minute workout. The equipment shows my previous results which always motivates me to work harder. Iβve gained so much more strength from these 20 minute sessions than I did when I went to the gym on my own. The Exercise Coach is the perfect solution to my exercise needs! I have been going twice a week for over a year. Each session fits into my daily lunchtime break and I still have time to eat my lunch! Jak, Joe, and Matt are all excellent coaches and I thoroughly enjoy this mid-day break from work. A comfortable environment with great fitness coaches! In 20 minutes twice a week I am getting 2 full body weight workouts. The best part is that Iβm seeing results. Of course that requires a little effort on my part by eating a healthy lower calorie diet. Iβm pretty good at that π€ sometimes π

Great targeted one on one training in a small setting. Ultra clean and continuous sanitation in effect. Real time tracking of progress and feedback from Jak the trainer makes it easy to get motivated. Great place if you hate the crowded meat market big gyms . Coming up on my 3rd year. Jak and his team at Exercise Coach are wonderful and filled the void I had for strength training in my regular workout routine. Really knowledgeable, friendly and receptive group of trainers who listen and adjust my routine to what I want/need. Historically I've never worked with a trainer 1:1 or in a professional gym specifically for strength training. Exercise Coach was the perfect fit for me to get introduced to something more formal and structured. Price point is fair and they offer different packages to work with your schedule and budget. After 20-22 minutes there I leave with a nice "burn" and looking forward to my next visit. If you're considering them, go through the consultation and give a session a try!

I love the team at Exercise Coach - St Pete! Jak, Joe and Matt all have such different personalities, but they are all so motivating and positive. The biggest thing for me is how flexible they have been with me. My schedule is a bit erratic and I told them that was one of my biggest issues with committing to a workout routine and why other things had failed for me. They have been so receptive and I feel like they always bend over backwards to make it work for my schedule. I also have to say the biggest thing I like about my studio is that I am seeing results. I feel healthier, stronger and better about myself.

I have really enjoyed my experience with the exercise coach. As I have aged, I discovered that nothing that I had done previously to keep myself in shape was working. I was very discouraged and sort of gave up on the whole idea of being in shape. I discovered the exercise coach and gave it a try. The combination of the exercise and the personal attention was the combination that I needed. What was important for me was to understand why I was doing what I was doing and how it was going to benefit me. The trainers always explained how the exercises would help, they help me with my form so I get maximum benefit and sometimes helped me get beyond what I thought I could do. I look forward to my time there and when I'm not able to make it due to other obligations such as work I really miss it. This has helped my physical and mental wellbeing incredibly! If you're thinking about engaging with the exercise coach do it because you won't be disappointed. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

I love the fact that in 20 min I can get a total body workout which promises to build my strength. I enjoy going to exercise. The space is well organized and decorated with unique things to look at while I'm exercing. I've gotten some great education about my body and nutrition. I'm committed to doing this for 6 months and I hope to see increased muscle mass.

Jak is awesome! This exercise studio provides shorter, targeted workouts focused on strengthening Type 2 muscles. Each client will have individual attention from the coach, or work in a very small group setting (whichever they prefer). It is immaculate and adheres very strictly to CDC standards. Great for folks who need a different approach to fitness, have mobility limitations and/or are looking for a new challenge.
