As a single mom who has been searching for a gym that works for me has been a struggle. After so many gyms, CrossFit, boot camps I finally found a place I feel confident and supported. Anytime Iβm at the gym any trainer is extremely encouraging and focused on form and making sure we are doing the section safe and successfully. Hitfit!! Is the gym to go to!! I really enjoy the atmosphere to be around positive people and also have support from experienced trainers as you workout. The HITFIT Gym in Winter Garden is probably the best gym Iβve ever been a member of. Iβve been a member pretty much since they opened and they just keep getting better. The owners and trainers are very personable and helpful. I recommend it to anyone looking for a solid workout without time restrictions - you can drop in anytime and do a quick 30 minute workout. 10 out of 10 - highly recommend!

Been a member of HitFit for years now and I can honestly say: this is one of the best places to workout Iβve ever experienced. Multiple stations of exercises that change daily with a combination of punching, kicking, calisthenics, core and strength training just to keep your body guessing. While it is primarily self-driven, there are coaches there to help you with your form and to add a little (a lot) of motivation for your workout. From warm up to cool down you can be done in 35-40 minutes, or you can stay longer (over-achievers) and get some extra work in. It really doesnβt matter what level you are at, just head in and give it a try. Youβll be glad you did.

Iβve been going to The Hit Fit gym since 2017, and I have to say, itβs an incredible experience every time! The recent renovations have taken the gym to a whole new level. Everything feels refreshed, modern, and clean, which makes for a much more enjoyable workout environment. Itβs got a great energy, and itβs clear theyβve put a lot of thought into upgrading the space.
Another great perk is the flexibility of the schedule. Unlike other gyms with strict class times, you can show up whenever you want during their business hours and get right into a workout. Itβs super convenient, especially with a busy lifestyle. I love that I can fit in a session whenever it works best for me. Plus, the workouts change from day to day, so itβs always something new and excitingβyou never get bored, and your body is always challenged in different ways!

I have been a member of this gym for a year now and really love it! The flexibility to work out when my schedule allows, the variety of exercises within the workout, and the visual monitors at each station make it very doable. Having a trainer on the floor to provide motivation and technique help is an added bonus. I love wearing the heart monitor belt and seeing my effort on the big screen. I found the trainer feedback so helpful, I signed up for a private session weekly with Diego. I am happy to say my lower back pain is no longer an issue and my strength and endurance has definitely improved!

I had never before joined a gym that had the coaching built into the experience, and to me that made all the difference with HitFit. The coaches were knowledgeable and encouraging, focused on helping me do the exercises with good form and to the max of my abilities. The workouts are intense and feel really productive for all skill levels. Before long you will be doing things you never thought you could! Ive been at hitfit for a few years now and I still LOVE it!! no scheduled classes, you come in whenever you want and jump right in. super quick 45 minutes with tons of support. personal trainers at specific times each day that will call you out when they see you slacking OR give you encouragement when you are struggling. I consider myself an introvert and I love that i can be as "involved" in the community as I like. IMO, these members enter with a purpose and get it done. there's no posing, no judgement (regardless of your body type, fitness level, age, etc.). Kids are welcome and have a special place to stay where you can keep your eye on them. this is NOT a big box gym!! I'm in my 50's and at my recent annual the dr said I will NEVER die from heart disease! special shout out to Amanda and Jackson for my longevity!!!

Awesome place to work out! Workouts are fast and efficient - every station is timed for intervals. When you're done at one, you move to the next with no waiting or crowding. Each station offers cardio and weights - there is a big variety from which to choose. Boxing and kickboxing are options as well. Trainers are super knowledgeable and helpful!

I just Completed the 6 week challenge at HitFit Winter Garden with Personal Trainer Diego T (who is awesome, cares about your success and highly recommended) . I needed a jump-start to getting back to healthy habits. I Lost 13 pounds and inches in waist / hips. I enjoy doing the circuit gym as well, keeps you focused and moving throughout your workout while tracking your daily success. Found my gym ! Enjoying it.

I joined The HitFit Gym in Winter Garden over 2 years ago and I am so glad that I did. I was initially drawn by the quick workout and the fact that I didn't have to think about what to do. The gym is good for everyone, beginners and experienced. There are no class times so you can workout for 30 min or however long you'd like to. The trainers are great, they help guide you and also give you an extra push when you need it. The workouts change daily which keeps things fun and makes you want to keep coming back.

I had high expectations since I came in to do the 6 week challenge. After 6 weeks, I am so happy with the results. I was able to lose 11 lbs of fat and gain almost 4 lbs of muscle. The entire staff goes above and beyond to give you the necessary motivation to finish these high intensity work outs. Even though my 6 week challenge is over, I will be coming back for more! I found the Hit Fit gym to be interesting and unique in its programs. I did the 7-day free trial and know it will be very effective in the long term once I join. I love this place. The on the floor trainers are awesome. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The environment is truly a judgment free workout area. I highly recommend Hitfit gym in Wintergarden Florida if you are serious about getting fit. The high intensity workouts are challenging but you will feel accomplished once you complete your sets and get through each workout zones. I had about 30 or so full and half marathons under my belt when I joined this gym. Needless to say, strength training was never a focus for me. Now I am mixing my long distance training with HITFIT and I am achieving my fastest paces! And to top it off, I just really like this place. I feel welcomed, encouraged and like all the trainers are invested in my experience. My favorite part about this gym is that the focus is health which a highly more motivated than trainers that are pushing you to lose a few pounds. Really love this gym. The HitFit Gym is my sweet (sweat) spot.
It is unlike any other gym Iβve tried and keeps me coming back. Iβve done marathons, bootcamp, power yoga, MMAβ¦.etc. and this place incorporates ALL of it. I no longer overexert myself, and can go at my own pace, while still holding myself accountable. The workouts are constantly switched up so you donβt get bored and you have the flexibility to hit each zone that ranges from easy to hardest. An added bonus is the heart monitor that tracks your calorie burn.
I finally found a gym that is open during lunchtime, and since I work from home, it gives me the motivation I need to get moving.
All of the trainers are fantastic, knowledgeable, and listen to your needs whether you want more strength, mobility, physical therapy, or cupping for recovery. The members and staff have truly become like family.
You get what you put into itβ¦.you can work-out for 10 minutes or two hours, do half of the circuit or in its entirety, and do it the way you want in order to get the results you want.

I am writing this review so other potential clients know how great my personal trainer Diego is and how much I appreciate all the help I got from him. Diego impressed me with his professional knowledge and positive attitude since the first time I met him at HitFit. I have been with HitFit for about 2 and half years but started to train with him since April of this year due to a shoulder injury and knee pain. I was told by a doctor and physical therapist I need to avoid doing lots of exercises that I enjoyed most. Diego did an assessment with me and made a training plan, during training he always explains proper form, why and how these moves are going to help me. My pain gets less and less, I am more confident and amazed how much I actually can do. Now I am back to my normal workout routine like I used to. I wish I would have trained with him sooner, so I might not have got injured by improper form while working out by myself. Sometimes you may think you know the proper form to do most exercises, but he will surprise you with the small details to improve your technique and avoid possible injuries. Without hesitation I would recommend Diego to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I enjoyed the gym, it's nice and does help you get into shape. When I went to cancel my membership I saw a cancelation fee, when I asked about it, I was told that the fee was for members with a yearly rate who canceled early and the fee would not apply to me. The next month I was charged the 100$ cancelation fee on top of the monthly rate. They require a 30-day notice before canceling your membership despite me not actually going to the gym for a whole month due to a work injury. Great gym, watch out for some predatory cancelation fees even when the fees donβt apply to you.

I FINALLY found my gym and tribe. The trainers are amazing and gently correct your form so you don't hurt yourself and are extremely motivating. The classes are awesome and always different so it never gets boring AND since you can go ANYTIME they are open, it works well with any schedule. I love the combination of two, weight training and kickboxing, all in a 35 minute workout. The gym is very futurist, with the countdown on the wall, the heart rate monitor screen in the front, and the music is always on key. The dark and neon lights are really complementary to the great atmosphere. To top it all off with an amazing, friendly staff always ready to help you or push you to meet your goals. I 12/10 recommend this gym, very happy with the choice:)

Went into this location after signing up for the 6 week free trial they advertise on their website. When I got there, they gave me a tour of the studio then proceeded to tell me in order to take advantage of the 6 week free trial, I would have to purchase their heart rate monitor and gloves. Which costed around $140. No where in their confirmation email or advertisement stated that this was a requirement to take advantage of this promotion. VERY MISLEADING. If I had known this previously, I would not have wasted my time coming into this location and planning on working out there. Save your time and go somewhere else. I wouldn't trust this place with their sales tactics just to get people in the door.

As a new mom of two, its hard for me to find time to work out, but with the on the floor personal trainers, easy 30-40 min workout, and overall great team I have found a great fit! I signed up for the 12 week in June. I have had memberships at other gyms, but never felt comfortable trying to figure out how to operate machines or knew what type of workout to do. At Hit Fit the workouts are easy to follow, no complicated machines and the trainers on the circuit are very helpful. I had great success with the challenge and started working with a personal trainer. I work with Michael who is very supportive but TOUGH! I highly recommend this gym and Michael.

Love HitFit! Love being able to show up and the workout is already planned. The staff is awesome too. They don't let me dog it, especially TJ. I started working out with Michael a few months back after hitting a plateau. The results have been incredible. He has helped me with more efficient workouts which have resulted in weight loss (15lbs) and strength gain. Two months ago I was struggling to run 3 miles. I found out about the Hitt Gym via Groupon. I purchased a month long voucher and converted to a membership after just two visits. I love the small family like atmosphere. I've had gym membership before but often times I didn't go due to not knowing how to work machines and not feeling challenged enough. I love that everyday at this gym it's a different work out and you have two options to choose from. I love that if you don't know how to do something they show you and it's no judgements. They even have a small kid area for your kiddos while you work out which for me makes it way more convienent. I'm so excited to start seeing results and being challenged physically here.

I LOVE HIT FIT! I've been part of several different gyms and workout places within 5 years, but Hit Fit is the place where I actually saw the results I had been going after. I signed up on the circuit side as well as the personal training side. After personal training with my trainer, Diego (who by the way is the best trainer I've ever worked with and I've worked with about four before), I'd head to the circuit for cardio. My trainer Diego always had well planned sessions for me and was always very motivating. He explained every exercise as well as the goal of the exercise. He always held me accountable, including what I was eating! The cardio side was constantly changing and I was never bored. I am a dancer and absolutely hate cardio, but I was always excited going to Hit Fit to get a great sweat in. 6/5 stars recommend!

Amazing. I worked with Diego and he is awesome. He really knows about the structure of the body and will push you past your limit while maintaining healthy body structure. This gym has everything laid out for you ansd there is a trainer on the floor to help you out with anything and to offer ecouragment. For personal training I also reccommend Diego. Like I said he is extremely aware of the functions and the structure of your body. You tell him your goals, or what muscles you want to build up or fat you want to lose and he will get you there. Now, it does take time, but he carefully crafts work out and personal training sessions to get you to where you want to be and he won't waste time but will make the most of the time you are there. Super cool guy and down to earth would reccomend this gym and Diego to anyone.

I love HitFit! It's a great blend between personal training and open gym format. There aren't any class times so you can go whenever you want, but you never have to think about what workout to do-- they always have something different for you, whether you want to focus on cardio or strength building.
I enjoyed my experience at HitFit so much that I opted for a personal trainer. Diego has been fantastic! He personalized all of our sessions to fit my goals and was always responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed working with Diego and learned a lot from him about how to exercise correctly and get the most from my workouts. He made sure I worked hard but it never felt like more than I could handle.

My husband and I have been training at the HitFit gym for 2 years this June. I just wandered in looking for a place to work out where I didn't feel overwhelmed, had guidance on how to work out, but didn't want time constraints, as I have a varied work schedule. HitFit was just that, plus, it was FUN! Since we started, we used our free trial with a personal trainer, and loved it so much we have been going back weekly for the last 1.5 years to train with Diego. I had never done weight lifting before, but have quickly discovered that I love it! Diego challenges me and continues to push my limits so I can continue improving! Worst customer service I've experienced in a LOOOOOOONG time. Like, bad-enough-to-actually-take-time-out-of-my-busy-day-to-leave-a-negative- review bad, which I never do. First, they just read off their customer agreement to me when I initially signed up, and had me initial a blank box similar to a credit card machine. They didn't mention the additional fees that I would incur the first month of membership, though. So when they emailed me my contract, my initials are next to portions of the agreement that were not discussed.
Next came the patronizing small talk from one of their trainers. Instead of just asking me my name, he starts off with, "And what does The Missus plan to work out today?" What century are we living in? Just because I'm in the gym with a man does not mean that I'm married...oh, and I have a name.
The real kicker was the incident with the gloves. They offered me loaner gloves throughout my first week, never mentioning that I would need to buy a pair for myself after my free trial week was over. That would have been no big deal if someone would have simply told me that was the case. The first day I headed in for my first official week as an actual member, the same aforementioned trainer told me that I couldn't use the loaner gloves and that I'd have to buy my own. I asked if I could use them that day since I didn't have my wallet with me and was short on time, and was told that he would need to ask the manager, but he didn't think so. Seriously?!?! So what happens if you forget your gloves one day? Do you have to wait until a manager grants you access to loaner gloves? If you're in a hurry and only have time for the allotted 35-minute workout, do you just punch the bag and hope you don't bust your hands open? What kind of place doesn't empower their employees to make simple decisions that make or break someone's workout? Anyway, I just left after that, never having actually worked out as a paying member of HitFit gym. I disputed the charges on my credit card, put a stop payment on future charges, and won't be back.
I ultimately decided to write this review because their manager, Don, just called my boyfriend (mind you, we are on separate accounts), to ask him what happened. Apparently, "The Missus" can't speak for herself. Save yourself the call, Don!

Their concept of having recorded instructional zone circuit workouts provides intense exercises to help you achieve your weight loss/tone up goals. The best part is, the exercises change every week so you don't get bored. Also, for those that have a busy schedule, the zone circuit is a convenient way of training on your own schedule.

The station videos give easy-to-follow instructions on how to execute each exercise. It's like going to kick butt class without the instructor and the dedicated start time.
