I’ve been going to The Pit for 5 years now, and I can honestly say it feels like family. Coach Sean has created such a welcoming, supportive space where everyone feels seen and encouraged. He truly cares about each person’s progress — whether you’re just starting out or have been doing CrossFit for years, he meets you where you are and helps you grow.
The workouts are always challenging (in the best way!), but what keeps me coming back is the community and the positive energy Sean brings every day. He celebrates your wins, pushes you when you need it, and makes every class something to look forward to.
This isn’t just a gym — it’s a place where you get stronger, inside and out, surrounded by people who feel like family.
