I have always loved Pilates however had never done reformer pilates and after finding myself becoming less flexible and out of condition I decided to give this new to me form of pilates which Is actually the original practice of pilatesa try. The beauty of pilates is that it is low impact and yest still gives you a challenge and is far from boring. The options are limitless and you will not find better educated instructors nor mor encouraging and motivating. Pilates is for everyone at any skillset and can be modified to each individual and their level of ability or even modified to assist with physical limitations. I highly recommend The Training Tool Pilates Studio and all of the instructors but expedient Amanda Frank. Still not sure? Go take a free introductory class. Great classes at hours that work with your schedule! You won’t regret giving this a try!

I am loving Pilates, the instructors are great. I really like using the reformer tables. I am for sure seeing a difference in my core and balance. Highly recommend trying!

If you are looking for an excellent Pilates studio, look no further. Their equipment is excellent. Their trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. I started this journey three months ago and am very pleased with how I currently feel. I am more aware of my body placement throughout the day and feel stronger. I have no lower back pain anymore and that is a win for me. The exercises are easy to learn and the trainers guide you every step of the way. If you’re considering Pilates, this is a wonderful place to start. Highly recommend.
