Dominick is *beyond* knowledgeable — he actually diagnosed the root of my issue before any doctor did. He’s helped me rebuild strength, manage pain, and regain mobility I thought I’d lost for good.

Dominic is AMAZING. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough in a pre-interview, tailors very specific work out plans for each individual. I have multiple health issues- he researched them to better understand how to best help me. He really focuses on resolving pain issues, as well as areas that need to be strengthened.

Dominic is one-on-one with each person. He is driven, focused, motivating, and truly cares. He often follows up with me the day after our visits to see how I feel, and motivates me to keep coming back! He created a specific food/meal plan for me, as well as an at home exercise plan.

His work out facility is spotless. He sanitizes after each person. High-end equipment as well.

I have been going now for about six months. I feel stronger, and my clothes are fitting better!

I’ve been with Theorem for a month now and I truly could not be happier with my experience. Dominick is incredibly knowledgeable about pain management, exercise, diet, and everything in between. He not only provides expert guidance, but he also keeps me accountable (which is exactly what I needed.) Having someone to push me, educate me, and hold me responsible for my choices has made all the difference.

Because of his program, I lost 6 lbs in just the first week, and I continue to see progress each week with both weight loss and muscle gain. What I really love is how personalized the sessions are. The gym itself is spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need. UPDATE: 8/21/2025 Almost year in at Theorem Fitness and Jiu Jitsu club and I am still loving this journey. I am able to attend Jiu Jitsu classes knowing that in a semi private setting I am getting coaching specific to my needs. Additionally, the Isostrong strength training is a perfect accompaniment to my progress in martial arts and everyday activities. My body feels strong and my mind is more focused. I have been training with Dominick at Theorem Fitness for several months and during this time I have seen marked improvement in my physical health and strength. I’m a female brown belt that trains back in Boston. I attended the 7am Tuesday class. Dominic the owner was very responsive to my inquiry to drop in and he made sure he had a good class for me to go to based on my size and skill level. His gym is very clean and the training is very safe and his members are all super friendly. His teaching style is unique and allowed us to practice rather than just talk through a technique. I got a good workout in for sure and got a lot of positional drilling in. Class sizes are typically 8-10 people with a lot of space on the mats. I’ll definitely be back!

Before training at Theorem I would hurt myself training every couple of months. It made me feel so frustrated because I felt like my progress was always stagnating from injuries in my low back, hip, and knees. What I love about training here is there’s such a detailed approach to how to manage my pain short term and long term. About 2 months ago I went into the intro class (at age 41 with no previous experience). I was apprehensive, and thought I would be behind the rest of the class from the start. This wasn't true at all. Dominick, who runs the gym and trains us himself, is very easy to understand, and instructs at a pace that is easy enough to follow. This has everything you need to start and continue learning jiu jitsu!

Not only does Dominick instruct the martial art, but also he is knowledgeable about the human body and nutrition, and provides helpful resources in order to get you where you need to be to enjoy the class and have fun learning. He also offers tailored personalized workout plans(weights and isometric), nutrition, and stretches, to get/keep you fit for jiu jitsu and life.

Class size is currently 10-12 students which is the right size to give students personal attention and feedback. We are also able to communicate, track, and share content on a training app, which Dominick has provided and the class utilizes.

After some time, you begin to develop familiarity and camaraderie with Dominick and your fellow students, which makes us all trust each other and want to learn together.

The location has a full sized mat, weight machines, two full sized bathrooms with showers, cubby shelving, and drinking water. It's all updated, and very clean and comfortable.

This being my only experience, I can't fairly compare this to any other jiu jitsu program in the area. What I do know, though, is that I want for nothing while in this program, and look forward to exercising, learning, and growing.

THIS is the place to look, whether you're interested in trying it out, or wanting to further develop your skills. Highly recommend!

The jiu jitsu teaching methods that Dominick uses at his Theorem club has greatly accelerated my BJJ skills. I previous trained at a very good BJJ training center for two years.
