Best conditioning program by far, I have noticable strength, mobility, flexibility and posture. Thomas and Anastasia are well educated and experienced. They will always modify a movement based on your skill level and needs. I look forward to the feeling I get after every class.

This gym and more importantly, Anastasia and Thomas, have truly been such a blessing! I had very limited experience and participated in a free trial at another gym, but within that first week I had already injured myself. I realized I needed a place that was educational, hands-on, and slower paced but would still challenge me and drive results. Thrive Fit Training is exactly that and more! The care that Anastasia and Thomas have for their members' overall health well-being is evident. Every session they're attentive, always looking to correct poor form to ensure there's no injury. I've had 2 c-sections within the past 2 years, and they're very mindful of that and provide alternative work outs to accommodate me. Beyond the gym, Anastasia encourages me to build good habits at home, sending me reminders to log my meals and providing resources for clean, sustainable eating. I can go on and on about how amazing my experience has been, but I'll end my rave here. If you're looking for a gym to call home, look no further!

Love this place! Fun and challenging workouts which can be completely adapted to suit everyone. It’s been 6 months since joining Thrive and I am so pleased with the results so far, and more to come! They also have an InBody machine so if you’re into the details, you can track your progress through there. The coaches are great, super knowledgable and know when to push you just that little bit further.

ThriveFit is the best workout program I've ever done. They use a structured program in a small group personal training setting to help you succeed in your goals. They start off by meeting you where you are and then over time you realize you are suddenly stronger. However, what I love even more, is the sense of community ThriveFit builds. On days I might not feel like going to the gym, I want to go just to see the people which is great motivation to get there.

As a woman in her sixties I can’t say enough about how much Thrive has improved my everyday life. It has changed my ability to be stronger and more stable on my feet than I was ten years ago. Ladies don’t be afraid to try it. You’ll be amazed at how much stronger your hands get and how much you can do like get up off a low couch without using your arms to hoist you up. My husband often will ask “Can you help with… or is it too much?” and then tells me he can’t believe how strong I am. Give it a try… it’s for all ages of men or women and helps everyone! The trainers are attentive, informative and fun!
