The 7:45am class is perfect for our schedule and not crowded.
The trainers are very knowledgeable and make sure we are using the correct form (I’m fairly new to weight training) I like that they change the workouts daily so you don't get bored.
There’s a recurring 13 week challenge where at the end you can opt in for a body scan to see how you have progressed.

I've been searching for gyms that say they focus on weight lifting but are actually full body or HITT focused programs.
I've only been a member since Nov 17th; however within these past 90 days I've never felt stronger. The 6:30am team is always pushing me to do more and the women are some bad ass lifters and more supportive than I have ever experienced.
I'm healthier physically and emotionally- I'm never leaving this gym. (You've been warned) lol

The trainers are fantastic! They're very knowledgeable and professional. They guide you through each exercise and ensure correct execution by actively supervising.. They value form and safety over strength and speed. Working in pods allows for seamless transitions between exercises without the typical wait times to use equipment as in traditional gyms. The atmosphere is supportive and friendly, so much so that you become a little family. I look forward to my workout everyday.

Titan Up isn’t just a gym, it is also a family!! All of the trainers are super knowledgeable and care that you are doing the workouts correctly. I never worked out a day in my life, now I look forward to working out 5 times a week! If you want results, try out the full 13 weeks. You will learn how to lift weights properly, burn fat, gain knowledge on how to have a healthy relationship with food, and have the best support system out there. Shout out to Rachael who is one of the best trainers out there!!

TitanUp Fitness offers a structured strength training program designed to measure and build upon results. I joined about 6 weeks ago after several months at OT and am already seeing the impact. The instructors are knowledgeable, classes are productive, and there’s always a great group to work out with. If you’re going to put in the work, you want to see the results and have fun while doing it and TitanUp offers it all! I’m really happy with the decision to join TUF and enjoy the social component as well. If you’re looking for a great gym, check it out!
