Troy is an absolute gem of a find. I've barely begun my work out journey, and I'm already noticing improvements in my skating.
He's especially great about modifying things for my unique mobility needs. I have arthritis and other issues due to surgeries, and he pays attention to and works with that instead of against it. I've had trainers in the past push me beyond what my body is capable of, vs working on strengthening the muscles I need to make my body capable of certain movements. It's been defeating and made me want to give up. Troy is not like that at all. He pushes you to do what you can do, and works to level you up in a proper way. It's a great workout without being mentally draining.
I almost look forward to being there 7am on a Monday. Almost.

In October 2024, I tore my ACL. The recovery journey has taken both a physical and emotional toll on me, but that’s where Troy has made all the difference. Troy is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable trainer who knows how to challenge his clients in ways that lead to real growth. Despite my injury, he has an understanding of my physical limits and I’ve continued to see improvement in my strength. On the tough days, when the mental side of recovery feels overwhelming, Troy has shown me what resilience looks like for athletes dealing with similar challenges. Troy is the best. I came to Troy in December of 2023 looking for a personal trainer that can help me get back to doing the thing I love most- playing my sport, roller derby.

I stopped all contact practices in April of 2023 after herniating a disc in my low back. I waited some time to recover, then decided to find a personal trainer to help me become stronger and resilient; Troy has done just that.

I’m gearing up to my play my first set of games back and I can’t thank Troy enough. I’ve become a better player after my injury because of him. As an athlete, I couldn’t recommend him more.

I must give Troy a huge thank you for playing a big part in my health and fitness recovery journey. I was hurting just to step off a curb and was walking down stairs one at a time from multiple patella dislocations (on BOTH knees). He was kind enough to address the issues I had day one and has continued to work with me on strengthening and flexibility to prevent any further issues. Happy to say I have been training with Troy for 15 months now and I have had no problems with my knees, and no dislocations! I was so happy after getting back from a recent hiking trip in Yellowstone for a week and had absolutely no pain.
