About the Club

Tone Boot Camp is a group fitness gym in Maitland, FL that focuses on helping people achieve their fitness goals as well as lose weight. Our group fitness style classes are great for men and women who want expert coaching in strength and core workouts, but do Necessarily want a personal trainer. We provide many types of workouts including Bands, Kettle Bells, Free Weights, HIIT, and Sleds.

Love Tone Boot Camp! I was there several days this week with Olivia as the trainer. She is always happy to see us, high energy, very motivating and if I run into an issue with an exercise, like I did yesterday, she had 3 alternatives to work the same muscle group. Thanks, Olivia!!!

Unprofessional trainers and unable to reach business! I've dealt with 3 trainers, and all were unprofessional. For my consultation, the trainer complained that doing sales is not his job, the second wasn't wearing her uniform shirt, and was complaining to other members that they said she was going to be written up for not wearing the shirt, and she was going to have a tantrum if they did. I couldn't tell if she was a trainer or not, and not 1 asked about any injuries. The third wore her uniform, and seemed more professional, but then I overheard her talk about religion to another member. I got injured during my only boot camp session, and now I cannot get in touch with the business to request that my account be cancelled and to stop the weekly withdrawals! I called the 606 number twice, left a voicemail, but the number didn't seem like it was a business, it sounded like a personal number. I messaged through their google page, their facebook page, and I even tried to call the number that's listed on my bank transactions. That was out of service. Very disappointed with these bad business practices.

You really feel a sense of community and belonging here. The trainers get to know you on a personal level and meet you where you are on your journey. They'll push you to do more and to challenge yourself but in a safe way that prevents injury and overtraining. This is awesome for a beginner just starting to work out to learn the basics of how to go about working out but it's also great for someone like me, who has been working out for a long time but needs some help with structure for my workouts. I would also say this is as close to personal training as you can get without actually hiring a 1:1 trainer--the class sizes are small and the trainers do take the time to make sure form is correct and that you're getting the most out of your time. Highly recommend coming here--not only will you build a great relationship with the trainers, but you'll build friendships with the people in your classes too!

Today was my first time setting foot in the gym. From the start I was given a tour and explained everything in depth. The trainer, Olivia not only went through everything again but checked on all of us with such positivity really pushing us to get the best out of the workout. I will be back and I’ll bring some friends. I highly recommend.

I've been a member of many gyms and I can't say enough good things about this one. The trainers are so full of energy that even if you don't feel like working out that day, you'll start the class pumped!

The small class sizes allows the trainers to go around and help everyone with form without feeling like they're neglecting anyone. It's also great for those new to a gym and get overwhelmed with large classes.

Full body day everyday means that no matter what day you come in, and how many days you can go in a week, you won't feel like you're missing on working out a muscle group. You'll walk out of class feeling accomplished!

They're only starting out and the vibe in there is great already! The owners have so much heart and care for their members. It'll only get better from here!

DSF is an incredible gym! I’ve been going for 2 weeks now and there hasn’t been a workout I haven’t felt days later. Demetrius, Jared, and John are fantastic at motivation and knowledgeable about technique helping you push yourself without injury. With small classes combing HIIT with weightlifting and options for personal training you get a complete workout.

Deep South Fitness is great gym with an incredible workout. The trainer/coaches are knowledgeable and show they care. They will make sure your form is on point to get the most out of your workout. Plus they bring high energy to the class and push you to do your best. Everyday is a full body workout. If you can only make it to the gym 3 days a week, you will always know a great workout will be planned for you. Your entire body will feel it, trust me. Love the smaller classes, a max of 20 people.
The locker room/bathrooms are clean and spacious with showers and lockers.

This gym is AMAZING! Amazing facility, great environment, friendly and super knowledgeable staff. Trainers take the time to explain all the exercises, movements and help with any modification. I am soooooo happy I came across Deep South fitness’ post on Instagram!!! I messaged them and first thing in the morning I got a call from them explaining everything down to the reason why they started this business. They offered pop up workouts since they hadn’t opened fully. It’s barely been 3 weeks and I already feel stronger, leaner and more flexible than before!!! If you contact them now, you can still get their founders rate of $79 a month I think, they’ve only been open for a week so hurry!

I’m 2 weeks in at this gym and I LOVE the workouts! The exercises are fun and I know these workouts will give me the results I need. I enjoy the small class size of up to 20 people only, they have great locker rooms, it’s clean, with nice equipment! I am not a stranger to the gym. I was at a gym previously for 4 years and this is night and day different overall. I love that each work out is full body! If I miss a day or two, I’m good! Looking forward to my new gym family !
