This is a great martial arts program. My son is 6 years old and he loves it. The sensei are amazing teachers and leaders. I would recommend this for anyone and especially for parents of younger children. They teach all the physical skills along with emotional and sspiritual principles. Super excited to watch my son learn and grow even more.

Our experience with this karate school has been amazing! My daughter absolutely loves it here. The instructors are incredibly kind and patient, making every class fun and rewarding. The owners are lovely and the staff and Dojo are great. My kids were allowed to participate in one of the classes to see if they liked it before signing them up. They were intimidated at first but Aom (I hope I spelled that correctly) helped put them at ease and they had a blast! I was initially thinking to only sign up my son but my daughter enjoyed herself so much that I ended up registering them both 😂. I look forward to seeing my kids learn something new while having a blast doing it.

Knowing nothing about Martial Arts, I took my young son to a class at Topflight Marital Arts with the goal of getting some of his energy out in a productive way. Almost two years later, we are still attending classes several days a week. Martial Arts is so much more than a physical sport. The lessons that are instilled in these young students are invaluable. Shihan Scott is an amazing instructor and makes it such fun for the students. More importantly, the students know that respect must be shown and Shihan Scott holds them to a high standard. The kids respond so well to him, even if he has to address them for misbehaving. Sensei Paul appears stoic but he is really funny and is always playfully challenging the kids to be the best they can, and they respond wanting to do better. It really is masterful how these two interact and train their students. I'd be remiss to not mention Aom, the Program Director, as she is always there ready to answer questions...and she gets a lot of them! This team has really made this an amazing experience for my son. I have watched them spend countless hours running this place and they are always welcoming and bring such a positive energy to each class. This is an amazing business, and family. I am so thankful that my son's Martial Arts journey began (and is continuing) at Topflight Martial Arts.

We love Top Flight and the entire team! Our child has been going for years and is in incredible shape becoming a strong martial artist. It is a super positive environment where they still find ways to grow students in resilience and perseverance. I signed up for the adult classes a year after my son and am in the best cardio shape of my life. Pushes me way harder than just going to the gym. We love Top Flight martial arts. Shihan Scott and all the instructors are not only very skilled but they’re warm and personable. Despite having over a hundred students, they know each student by name and instill both the art of karate and character lessons. The office is efficiently managed and Miss Aom is super attentive to each and every need or question. Top flight is the best dojo in the area and should be the only place you consider to learn karate.

An area that Sensei Scott and Sensei Paul both excel in, using their own unique methods, is with adapting their teaching to the student’s learning and ability.

Topflight Martial Arts is amazing. We have had five children attend and could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Shiohan Scott and Sensei Paul are by far the most personable instructors that you will ever have. They care about each and every child. They know every child by their first name and make every effort to keep the kids constantly engaged.

Ms. Ahom is amazing and completes the whole experience. She always makes sure that everything runs smooth and effortless.

We love Top Flight! Our twin daughters are just one belt away from their black belt training, and we couldn’t be happier. The dojo is a positive environment as Shihan Scott and his trainers teach responsibility, hard work, accountability, and other important traits in addition to physical fitness. My girls are learning self-confidence and self-defense, two skills I am very glad they will have for the rest of their lives.

Sensei Scott and Sensei Paul are remarkably talented martial arts instructors and have a great ability to bring out the best in children.
They provide an environment where kids are safe, learn discipline, self-defense, self-control and have fun. Lots and lots of fun with a great workout.
We like how the instructors combine excellent martial arts training with strong morals for daily life, friendly atmosphere, superior quality of teaching, great energy and a wonderful sense of humor.

I Came here with my kid and did not like the way these owners were treating us , my son is a very competitive kid, Very active , and they commented that my son was too violent , all my kid wanted was to talk to the black belt
Kids and wanted to know about sparring , not happy , since then we have joined American top team which now my son
Can have fun and have the right teachers , they love my kid and always call us to make sure my son is coming , they like his energy ...and to this other karate Place Maybe when kids show up with competitive a nature they should be open to all kids that want to learn , your not a therapist , your supposed to be teaching kids a art of defense and Discipline.

Topflight Martial Arts (TMA) has a beautiful and organized facility staffed with some of the best instructors. They are great with the younger and older kids, teaching discipline, responsibility, and other great qualities on top of fine martial arts into the current and next generations. TMA hosts tournaments, belt advancements and even a family/kids camps (which we can't wait to get back to) that adds tons of fun to the TMA experience. My daughter is 9 and looks forward to every class with a smile on her face. I would like to give a personal thanks to all those staffed at TMA that have made this such a wonderful experience.

We have been coming to Top Flight for about 8 or 9 years. One of my children earned a second degree black belt before retiring, and another is still in the program and has earned her first degree black belt. I HIGHLY recommend Top Flight for martial arts education. Sensei Scott is a true MENTOR for children, and I do not use that term lightly. He cares about his students, takes time to learn about them (even came to some of my kids' dance shows!), takes a genuine interest in their development, takes in interest in our family (even my not child who never did karate), and is just really a truly positive and inspiring presence in the dojo and in their lives. His approach to instruction is constructive and effective. Every time my kids are in class or in camp, I know that they are in excellent hands. Highly, highly recommend. Would add more stars if I could.

We found Topflight Martial Arts through a friend, and we are so glad that we did. I have done martial arts in the past, and the instructor had low energy and you could tell that he was not practicing what he preached. What a total difference I found at Topflight. Sensei Scott has energy that is infectious, and he and his team provide a family atmosphere. Every child gets personal attention, no matter how large the class is. He and Sensei Paul are both highly skilled and fun, and my children have learned so much about both karate and life skills since starting 3 years old. They also attend camps and night time events which they love and look forward to. In addition, my husband and I take adult classes, which we find empowering. Sensei Scott is fit and disciplined in his own life, and he really sets an example for both the children and adults. Overall, it has been a great experience going to Topflight Martial Arts for my entire family.

I've been A Student and friends of Sensi Scott for over 10years. He's was a huge inspiration and motivator in my life. Not only does he go out of his way to help his friends and students to be the better version of them selves. My son started at Topflight about 2 months ago and we all love it! Sensei Scott and the other instructors are so patient with the children, redirecting them to help correct mistakes and any misbehavior in a very effective but gentle manner. The instruction at each class teaches karate plus individual and moral lessons to help make the kids into the best people they can be. They all have a blast! Everything in the class is expertly designed to keep the children engaged. The staff are all so warm and welcoming, we immediately felt like family when we joined and each subsequent experience has reaffirmed this. I am blown away and so highly recommend Topflight!

My daughter is one of the charter members of Topflight Martial Arts. I'm excited to say she will be testing for black belt this fall as the first class to progress to this rank! Sensei Scott is amazing with his teaching and skills with children. I've been to numerous martial arts schools in my own youth and looked at several here in S. Fla for my daughter to attend and I can say whole-heartedly that Scott is the best I've seen. He teaches my kid and the other students all of the core curriculum you want from martial arts and moreover a good little citizen. I commend Sensei Scott with his patience and the virtues he's helping instill in our children.
