As someone who is somewhat experienced in the gym I did not think I was going to learn much when I visit Trainers ON The Run. I can say with much confidence that I was wrong because my trainer Carsen gave me a wonderful experience. Carsen’s knowledge and experience helped me understand what muscles I was using for each exercise while having proper form so I do not injure myself. His supportive and positive attitude motivated me to complete each workout even if I was tired. I highly recommend checking this out because you will not regret it!

I had the pleasure of being trained by Carsen with Trainers On The Run, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. Milton is my trainer. He is the BEST trainer I’ve worked with, very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and full of positive energy.
Not only does he care for your health and physical but also your mental well being.
He constantly checks on you emotionally, physically, and mentally. Creating A truly well-rounded training program, From beginners to experienced athletes he can definitely help you achieve or exceed your goals.
I already see AMAZING results.
He listens to your needs, tailors your work out to achieve your personal goals. I always feel accomplished and encouraged after each session.
I would highly recommend Milton and his team especially if you have busy schedules they really work with your schedule. They are very flexible and accommodating.

I have been working with Diana Sandoval on my training. She is a great instructor, she listens to my needs and sets exercise routines that has helped me to lose weight and be healthier.

I've been working with Milton for the past month and it has been a fantastic experience. He has me doing upper body at the beginning of the week and lower body at the end of the week. He's constructed a challenging series of exercises for each workout and provides excellent coaching and feedback along the way. And at the beginning and end of each workout he communicates clearly his bigger picture thoughts and provides insights into how he plans to move the needle each time. It has been a confidence inspiring experience. Very highly recommended.

Milton and his partner Tara have been working with me for about 2 months now and I absolutely love working with them and have seen results. They are very professional and focus on helping people reach their goals not just for a special event but making it part of ones lifestyle. They are consistent, Milton sends a morning message every weekday, and we have weekly check ins, which I greatly appreciate as it helps me be accountable for my own journey. I highly recommend them - especially since they are helping me look and stay snaaatcchheed (and healthy in general) :-)

I've been training with Milton for about 6 weeks now. From the beginning he has been professional, flexible, and easy to work with. However, his workouts are not easy and I appreciate that. Every workout ends with me feeling accomplished and proud of the success of getting through it. Milt is encouraging throughout, and still pushes you to the limit. He's also very keyed into the goals you set, helps you make sure the goals are realistic and attainable, and does check-ins to see the progress (weight, tone, endurance, etc.). It's been a long time since I have looked forward to a workout, but I do look forward to training now.

I have truly enjoyed my trainings with Trainers On The Run. Milton is my trainer. He is an awesome trainer who is professional and exudes positive energy throughout our training sessions. Milton checks in with me concerning my health- emotionally, physically, and mentally. He doesn’t give up on his clients always pushing them to the maximum of their capabilities. This business really cares about their customers in all aspects of a healthy life. Milton provides nutrition plans, workout plans, and health tips. Also, affords clients an opportunity to have a productive conversations based on their personal needs as it relates to a well-rounded training program.
