Sydnee is amazing and an absolute life-changer for me, not just postpartum, but also through an entire subsequent pregnancy. After my first child, I was completely out of sorts. Sydnee crafted a personalized program tailored to my postpartum recovery, safely rebuilding my strength and addressing specific needs like DR. When I became pregnant again, Sydnee seamlessly adapted my workouts. Her expertise in prenatal fitness ensured exercises were safe and beneficial, helping me immensely and making recovery after the second pregnancy so much faster. And she did all of this virtually!
If you're a new mom looking to regain strength, or pregnant and wanting to stay fit, I cannot recommend Sydnee highly enough. Working with her has been one of the best investments I've made in my health!

I have been training with Sydnee virtually for years and can’t recommend her enough. She plans interesting and challenging workouts, is extremely diligent about ensuring proper form, and adapts seamlessly to her clients’ limitations and needs. I trained with her while pregnant and postpartum as well and she has significant expertise in how to best achieve fitness goals safely during those times. She is punctual and cares about providing a good experience to her clients, which makes it easier to keep coming back over and over. Whether you are just starting on your fitness journey or not, you can’t go wrong with Sydnee.

Sydnee is amazing! I came to her 6 months postpartum with severe abdominal separation. She taught me so much about my muscles and how to regain strength and muscle connection in my pelvic floor. She is a wonderful human being too and a great motivator, which makes all the difference when you are in such a vulnerable time in life!

I started working out with Sydnee a few months ago, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. She is an amazing coach and so encouraging. Sydnee is an AMAZING personal trainer. I worked with her while 7-8 months pregnant - she made sure that I was always comfortable yet working every muscle. Defiantly recommend, as I am still doing her exercise plans daily.

Via zoom - Owner/trainer Sydnee is now a vital part of this life-long journey with my body. I'm 60 and am training it hard (aerial/circus arts/dance) and am committed to staying active forever! She seems to know just what my body needs every week and works out those areas to keep me strong and flexible. Last month when I had a bike accident, I KNOW I would've been hurt worse if I weren't in such over-all good core shape due to Sydnee. She also helped me rehab quickly and checks in on me to see how I'm progressing. She customizes my work-out every time based on what my body needs that day.

A little over a year ago I was coming off my fourth shoulder surgery and entering into my late 40s. Although I was reasonably fit, I continued to have nagging shoulder pain and my gym experience consisted of piddling around, thinking I was getting in good workouts, when in reality, I was not using proper form. Then I began working with Sydnee. She has transformed my body and eliminated my shoulder pain and has me doing kettlebell exercises that I never dreamed possible. On top of that, I confidently signed up for a trip to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, knowing that with Sydnee’s training she put me through that I would be up to the task. During the trip, I experienced zero pain in my legs and when I reached the summit, I had much more energy left in the tank. I cannot recommend Sydnee strong enough.
