Very dishonest company they told me that they weren't going to charge me for the month of May Also as you see the owner said if i return the fab he would credit me my money back. I returrn it on that day and he hasnt credited me my money back.Its like he just wabted jis fab back.like i said before very dishonest!YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY from them they don't know how to do business correctly also there was never anybody there to help me with the equipment .

The gym is great, pretty clean, has everything you would need, and isn't usually too busy.

Communication is a clear issue. Send an email, you're not likely to get anyone on the phone.

Visiting family and needed a gym for the day. The owner Mike was very helpful, and quick to answer any questions I asked. Facility had everything I needed to get a great pump. Highly recommend!!

This gym was perfect for my needs. It is small, but it has everything that you need in it. I was able to do a complete cardio warmup, followed by weight lifting, and ab exercises after. The facilities are clean, and I saw the owner personally cleaning the gym floors and machines. The owner, Mike, provided feedback on my workouts and was very personable! Great spot! I'll be back.

I’m glad to have a gym in Williston at least someone was willing to take the risk though I wish there was a little more for the price but I’d still rather pay for what I’m getting than to have nothing so again thanks. The owner can be undesirable, that's putting it professionally as a courtesy.

Edit/update: The owner is great and is very professional and personable in person. The site error was fixed as well. :)

As far as the gym goes it definitely has the basic necessities. I wish it had a couple of machines that are more female oriented. Is kept pretty clean as well and seems to be cleaned daily. Sometimes there’s no toilet paper in the bathrooms however! I’m not sure if maybe that gets overlooked sometimes but it’s a nightmare for any female gym goers! >_<

Some of the men there are a bit creepy/impolite especially to younger women. I’m not sure if anything can be done about that since it’s not technically anything ‘illegal’ although I do feel quite uncomfortable especially going by myself. I wish there was more I could do about it but I guess that’s anywhere!

Looks like a nice place though maybe a bit small for the price but will suit my needs when I’m able to sign up! When you call their number it redirects you to their site or email to sign up. when you go to their site it says ‘yes, we are open!’ In bold and you are even able to schedule an appointment to sign up.

I guess it’s automatic and they didn’t edit it to suit their business hours. I booked an appointment at three, which said it went through and when I got there... no one there. I was dressed for the gym money ready to go. There was a member outside and I felt dumb trying to see if there was anyone in the main entrance because maybe I had gotten the wrong address and the sign up is in a separate office building or something. No lights or any other cars so I call the number back and ask what’s going on.

A little more digging and their office hours are only a few days a week. Their gym is open 24 hrs and it says that everywhere. Sucks because weekends are pretty much the only days my fiancé has off so not sure when he’s even going to be able to sign up to start using it.

Again, the gym seems nice and the people seem nice and act professional as well. Maybe lacking a bit of organization though. I hope we can work something out with getting my fiancé signed up- maybe offering a way to sign up online would be a good idea since your business hours are so little! Most other gyms I’ve been to don’t offer a way to sign up online but they’re also open 6-7 days a week from 7am to 5pm so I think an online sign up option would suit this place well.

This is one of the best small town gyms I have ever been too! It has plenty of weight equipment and space to do what you want to do that day. Being in the military I need to focus on certian weight training and it had above and beyond what I needed.

This place is run down, with no recent investments to the betterment of the facility. Ad the front door was unlocked again leaving women unknowingly at risk and or feeling vulnerable. Oh, the treadmills have the same channel playing with no choice or ability to change them and a rude sticker stating DO NOT CHANGE CHANNEL. The tvs don't work or are never turned on for customers, hmm. I truly think this place has not had a thorough cleaning in a very, very long time. No showers, and the machines and floor have caked on something looking like dried bodily fluids mixed with dirt, dust, germs. No one wipes down there equipment when I am there, and yes, it smells like a typical wrestling arena or boys locker room. This is the only choice in Williston, sadly.

I was visiting the area from Canada for the week and wanted to find some place to work out in the morning while I was on vacation. I inquired at a couple gyms in the area via email about a week pass and Michael was quick to respond. Once I arrived at the gym, I met with Michael who was extremely nice and set me up with a 24 hour access week pass. The gym itself was very clean and had all the necessary equipment you would need for your work out. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting the area or those who are from the area looking to get a gym membership. Thanks again Michael!

This gym is a great addition to our small town. It is a safe, clean , and well maintained place to work out. I met Mike (the owner) and started a workout program about four and a half weeks ago. In this short time I have made tremendous progress. Mike is hard working, dedicated and knows how to push you to your limit. For someone like me who has not worked out in almost twenty years this has been life changing!!
I would and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

Yes it is a bit small but that doesn't stop it from being a great gym, there is plenty of equipment to get a great workout. The owner is very nice and willing to help you better yourself. This gym is also extremely clean. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

I am at this gym almost everyday and I have never seen a laptop. Are you sure you were at the gym or did you visit one of those internet cafe's ? Gyms have weight's .

To be serious for a moment... SMALL TOWN ? YES. FRIENDLY STAFF ? YES. GREAT PLACE TO WORKOUT ? YES. Friends ? YES. FAMILY ? ABSOLUTELY !

I am not a friend nor a family member of the owner of the gym. The owner Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been working out in the gym for about six weeks and Mike has helped me achieve goals I didn’t know were possible. He cares about his members and his facilty. The gym has top notch equipment and I would recommend joining and training with Mike to all who want to achieve better health and fitness.

Small gym that's way too crowded, with limited equipment and space, and doesn't have a professional atmosphere. Every staff member that I encountered was so laid back to the point that they were unhelpful, and unaccessible. Staff were hanging out with friends/family, talking on the phone, playing on laptops... just wasn't professional. And I'm sure all the glowing reviews about this gym are from family/friends of the owner and staff because I personally heard them talking about it and if you look on their site, it's pretty obvious. I definitely would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I have family that lives in Williston so I stopped by this gym on one of my visits. The gym needs top update its address as it is no longer on US 27(main street) its across from the police station.
Cool little place, if you know what you're doing you can get a good workout it despite its limited equipment.
