Bad experience through and through. It was unfortunate because I wanted to love it. The entire class felt like we were imposing despite the [introductory] class details stating it was suitable for children ages three to five years old. We were told that the other students had been in the class routinely and were a bit more advanced. Kind of still inexcusable to cast the new kid astray. Thankfully we learned of other gyms in the area and I can confidently say that we have not had that experience elsewhere. There were other signs too - of.. let’s call it… less than ideal.. behavior by staff on site that I overlooked because again, I really wanted this to be a fit. Bad experience, I shared it, they made no attempt to make it right, if you’re looking for a new gym for your toddler do some more research.

This is a great place for kids to get some mildly structured free play as well as get introduced to some gymnastics skills. The facility is clean and the staff is young but polite and attentive.

My daughter Jolie(8) has attended summer camp and classes here she absolutely LOVES to go, and is always looking forward to it! Im now having my little one Jahna(3) start, she did a free trial and the same response, she LOVES it! The staff is wonderful and patient with the kids and parents, also the place is immaculately clean, between every class they wipe everything down! Great place, great teachers, great overall!

We recently had my daughters birthday party (3yr old) at Twist and it was amazing! The coaches at Twist were incredible! They were so helpful with the set up (decorations, cake, etc.), clean up and everything in between. Throughout the party they were very attentive to the kids, helping them try new equipment/ activities, and ensured everyone had a great time, while also making the birthday girl feel so special. I highly recommend Twist!

I’ve been bringing my 4yo daughter here since she was 2 and she loves it every time. She wants to run and climb and jump around everywhere and there’s plenty of that but the teachers keep things safe and surprisingly orderly for a bunch of little kids. The camps are good for those school breaks that sneak up on you, and while I haven’t done one of their parents’ night out/pizza parties, it sounds like those can be a fun night out for everyone, especially when Twist does a crossover with the Off-the-Hook comedy club across the parking lot.

Coach Julie is the best coach they've ever had, even when I used to bring my daughter here back when the place was known as Tumbles. There's a balance between fun and discipline that the coaches have to strike to keep a bunch of eager little kids from landing on their heads or bouncing off each other.

Absolutely thrilled with Twist! My almost 5-year-old, Piper, has been quite selective about sports, often refusing to participate in most we've tried. However, Twist has been a game-changer for her. She absolutely loves every aspect of it, from the Ninja Warrior camp to gymnastics and the daytime camps. Seeing her so enthusiastic and engaged is truly a joy. Twist has not only captured her interest but also her heart. Highly recommend!

Best place for kids in town. My 4 yo daughter loves to come here for camps, classes, birthday parties. The staff is friendly and solution oriented, they have a multitude of activities.

Terrible experience at this place !
Staff is not friendly and do not care to keep a good relationship with families attending their sessions.
I do not recommend their classes to toddlers at all. Coach Julie is the worse person I have experienced that works with children. She will treat and train small children like in the military. She has a very negative attitude and expression towards children that dare to act like what they are , young children !
I have had this conversion with other moms that agree with my statement , of course , they also opted out !

Responding to the manipulative response and also lack of accountability.
I have checked my emails and nothing. No notice about time change . I was the first one to arrive 2 classes prior and nothing was mentioned .
I cannot take responsibility if for some reason I did not receive the email with time change. My phone number is also connected . A mass text or something , nothing.
Time consistency is important. All I asked is that for once , you make an exception and let my daughter participate in that class , which as coach Julie knows , she had improved and was following entire session.
Your so called 6-11 class that day , was only expecting 2 kids , both 6 years old . You confirmed this .
The weeks prior all the classes had kids ages 3-6. It was not a big deal then.
Only one child had arrived , 6 year old .
Having a child 4 & 6 was no different from previous sessions. However , you insisted in making it a big deal .
I was no asking to the session for free . I was a paying customer , my daughter never attended under someone else’s expense!
I did not mean to leave the review under my business , for which I deleted it , unnecessary to mention.
Of course , I understand the importance of keeping clients satisfied and cooperate when needed it . Something that you failed to do.
The only positive is that they keep it clean.

My two children (2,7) have been going to this establishment for about a year, the standard of cleanliness is exceptional, you can see the coaches clean after each and every class without fail. All coaches are incredibly attentive even considering how many children are in some of the classes. Safety has also been an obvious priority of the staff but not at the expense of the unique activities that they are given the opportunity to participate in. I definitely recommended.
