My daughter was with Ultimate for several years. She truly did enjoy the experience. This last year, I had several concerns. I brought up these concerns with the coaches and owners. We chose to take a break and take the year off with the possibility of returning. We have since, decided that we would rather not return to Ultimate. If you choose to leave, they treat you with hate and eschew you. As a business, you should always treat all of your customers with respect and kindness. Your kindness and respect as a business owner is what keeps your customers coming back.

Pros
-They try to treat your kids with love and kindness
-Staff is dedicated
-Information on app is communicated well.

Cons
-When problems arise, they avoid things instead of addressing them.
-They need to address parent concerns and ensure to build positive relationships between parents and coaches. (The atmosphere can be toxic)
-Your child may not build on skills without privates (Tumbling program does not meet the needs of its students and it is very disorganized.)
-Tumbling program does not teach proper form with the possible consequence of injury.

Best cheer facility we have found for my 5 year old cheer baby! The coaches are so patient and we’re so impressed with how well they work with girls even at such a young age! My daughter is excelling in her cheer life and she is OBSESSED with her ultimate team and coaches. The facility is always clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The owner (sherry) is very involved and always open to answering any questions I’ve had. The pricing is VERY reasonable especially for the amazing coaching the girls get. We will always be an ultimate all stars family !!! ❤️🖤

Don't recommend this gym ! The coaches have their favorite. They make clear that those girls are their favorite. They post them all
Over their social media , and on their flyers ! When there are other girls there that cheer their butts off !

This gym is definitely under rated! Hidden GEM in Port St Lucie! We started with the gym almost 4 years ago and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience! The coaches are fully supportive of your child’s success! When we first started, I vividly remember how welcomed Coach Brittany made my daughter feel. You truly joined the “ultimate” family when becoming part of the team. The confidence created within my daughter’s energy of being on this team is absolutely priceless! She has an extra curricular activity that excels as far as you’re willing to put into it. She just absolutely loves going day in and day out. Go UA! 🖤❤️🖤❤️

My daughter came from a horrible gym , where they had no confidence in her or anything. My daughter went from not learning anything to learning back walk over , cartwheels , etc . The coaches are amazing ! They truly care about their athletes and helping them succeed in cheerleading ❤️

Absolutely love it here. We did 2 seasons in another gym and my daughter barley learned a cartwheel. HERE in 2 weeks she got her cartwheel down. Now several months later she has all her level 1 skills, still mastering a few but has them all. Not even 1 season finished and she has leveled up this much. It's is because of the professionalism of the owners and coaches that take the time to develop ALL the athletes. It don't matter the age or the skill level. They make sure everyone is comfortable and knows how to do the skills they are working on. They pour into every athlete and don't tolerate gossip. Hands down the best in this area. I was looking for a gym to raise my daughter in and I have found it. ❤️🖤❤️🖤

Both of my daughters have been at this gym for 4 years now. My oldest daughter started with only level 1 skills and is now working on level 6 tumbling and is also a part of their dance studio. My girls love their teammates and coaches so much. Highly recommend!

Ultimate Allstars is my daughter second family and a place she has grown to love the past 12 years. The coaches have been such wonderful role models for her, now she is a junior coach. It’s amazing to see all the younger athletes look up to her and when they see her on stage it’s even more amazing ❤️. The owners are wonderful people who have put their heart and soul into a safe place to give children a great opportunity to build their skills and develop a love for cheer and dance!

I brought my daughter here after multiple horrible experiences at another gym down in Palm City. Ultimate saw her talent immediately.

The coaches are fantastic. Tough, but that’s what I was looking for. Don’t expect to be coddled, your athlete will always be held accountable.

If you’re looking for something slower paced, and less serious, go somewhere else. If you’re looking for a real cheer gym, Ultimate is legit.

My daughter has been here for half of her life now and is excelling in both cheer and dance! The amazing family that owns Ultimate and their employees are a huge part of my daughter's accomplishments! They are some of the kindest, most talented people I know! So proud to be apart of such an amazing team! The knowledge, dedication, leadership, and heart put in by the owners and the coaches is truly one-of-a-kind! Thank you Ultimate for creating an amazing little family for us to be apart of!

Please whatever you do, there are better businesses in the area. This is my story and my personal review/opinion/personal experience at Ultimate Allstars.

I had been an athlete at this business from around 2021-2023. I had done 2 seasons at this cheerleading gym and I participated in the Cheerleading and Dance studio. This onset me having to go to therapy to deal with everything to be processed.

During my second season, the entire staff had become uncomfortably invested in my personal life to where it affected me as an athlete. They had became key members in my personal life and it actively affected my time as an athlete. They had contacted family members of mine with issues that WERE NOT ON ATHLETE-COACH BASIS. I had siblings here also and this also affected them also. I felt it was extremely not appropriate. My own mother was contacted by STAFF members of this establishment with vulgar words, phrases and STAFF members had gone to my HOUSE with personal issues that were becoming apparent in the gym also.

I felt as though there was blatant favoritism, with coaches facetiming athletes talking about personal athlete issues including relationships, etc. To me, this was NOT worth getting 12th place (at cheersport twice) OR crying every single day begging to not go here because I was anxious about being there. This personal issue that affected me inside the gym and out, had actually made me go to THERAPY.

My sister had seizures and was airlifted into the hospital and diagnosed with epilepsy she takes a seizure medication with the name of Kepra (unsure of the spelling professional name you can look it up) , she was kicked out of the gym. the owner messaged our mother saying the reason she was kicked out was because of said mother AND there was text messages from the STAFF allegedly saying that my mother had caused seizures?

When I was an athlete in their dance studio (who also peered into my personal life) this was during my second season alongside cheer, I had auditioned for another studio because this one was too deeply invested in my personal life. One of the coaches had asked me how it was in a condescending tone, I said what? and they replied haha nothing your team is over there. She also facetimed me wondering about the whereabouts of my other (aren’t you staff member in said business?)

I am no parent myself but I would never allow my children to experience this type of behavior. I am still processing it to this day. This is my personal experience and I am in no way maliciously trying to slander this business but this is an area for a review, here is mine.

Also if you want to win please go to any other business that does cheer. This business did not Treat me like a family.

We are new to the area and to Ultimate. My daughter decided to leave her life long career in gymnastics and try something new. We went to try a few classes and fell in love. The WHOLE staff is incredible. The owners are the sweetest and answered all of our millions of questions. My daughter not only signed up for competitive cheer but is now doing dance, hip-hop, jazz and Pom jazz. We felt like family right away and love our new Ultimate family. If you’re looking for a new home, this is definitely the place!

I am saddened that our first experience being on a prep competition team was at this gym.
I only stuck the season out because my daughter loved the girls on her team.
The first red flags were on our very first day for tumbling and then again on cheer day there was zero instruction given to where she was supposed to go or what to do.
Our practice time was constantly changed the first couple months.
Coaches would straight up ignore some of the girls my daughter included.
On competition day we show up and there’s no one there to give instructions. We are very new to this and felt so lost
I shouldn’t have had to go searching for someone to figure out where we needed to be. The overall organization and communication could use serious improving.
To top it off my daughter ended up contracting MRSA and when I let her entire team parents and coaches alike know in our group chat I didn’t have a single person reach out. I thought maybe I was being a little entitled to feel like we should have had at least her coaches reach out. And maybe I am . But not even a get well soon was given & she had a life threatening infection. It just rubbed me the wrong way. She ended up having to miss the last month of cheer (which I paid because it was not their fault she couldn’t be there) due to the infection. And I guess they never even noticed she was missing because they charged my card $220 to renew her for a new season. Which they did eventually refund after multiple texts from me.
I was able to look past the many other red flags but if an athlete in your program has a life threatening infection and you are made aware of it and you don’t even reach out it shows you only care about one thing.
Overall disappointed that this had to be our first experience.

My daughters have had the most amazing experience at Ultimate All Stars! From the moment they walked in, they were welcomed by all. The coaches are knowledgeable and passionate about cheerleading, and they truly care about the growth and development of each athlete. They make sure to give individual attention to everyone, helping them to perfect their skills and reach their full potential.

The classes and practices are expertly planned to challenge all athletes in a safe and supportive setting. The coaches create a positive and energic atmosphere, making each practice both fun and productive, The athletes are encouraged to push themselves and strive for excellence, while also learning the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.

This is our 3rd year at Ultimate and I have watched my daughters grow in cheer skills and confidence. They have made life long friends and love being a part of the team. I highly recommend Ultimate to anyone looking for a positive, supportive, and challenging cheer experience. Thank you for all you do for my daughters and all athletes at the gym! -Ashley

I wish I could give no stars. They’re highly competitive. My daughter was shoved during a competition when she didn't get up fast enough, pulled around by the arm in tiny tots practices when she didn’t go to her correct place. She came in mid season, fresh to cheer and only 4 years old at the time. The coaches don’t take time for new girls to teach them the moves or get them acclimated. You can tell the coaches were frustrated when new girls didn’t get the placement or dance moves after a practice or 2. The girls are left in the dust and clueless as they have no guidance. The coaches tend to the seasoned girls and working them to get them to move up, no time for new girls.

Some of the coaches are nice and professional, but unfortunately the rude, insensitive coaches can ruin the experience. My niece LOVED cheer at the start, but after a couple of seasons she's lost her desire for it. The fun is gone from cheer - too much yelling, criticism and too much harshness. They don't rotate the girls to give them the chance to experience a different role and responsibility. Time, money, investment and dedication has been spent with her to have an experience she loved, but now its gone 💔. They are too competitive and focused only on WINNING! They forget the girls are individuals. I recommend you filter the negative NASTY, coaches or at least put them in check. And the owner needs an etiquette class on courtesy and customer service!!

Some of the coaches are absolutely amazing ❤️
The owner is awfully rude, so if you decide to sign your kid up pray you never have to speak with her 🤦
I suggest that you wait for the start of season to sign up because they don't tell you that you will be expected to pay another full registration fee for the next season even if you had only been with them for a couple of months 🤷
The competitions are pretty awesome as long as you enjoy being in over crowded chaos for hours just to see your kid on stage for a few mins😜
Be prepared to pay very large amounts of money, new fees get added out of the blue so just when you think you've paid them for the month something else is going to come up that is all of a sudden required💰💸💲💳🏧
The coaches are very talented and some of them are amazing at teaching even the little rambunctious ones 👍

Signed up my daughter and everyone was rude, completely ignored her including the dancers ...all the coaches play favorites. Poorly organized and ran. Not worth the money at all!! Be ready to up some big $$$. I took my $400 loss after being there a month. My daughters happiness is worth more.

My daughter was so excited to attend the tiny cheer class. Upon arrival she was put in a group not introduced to anyone including the coaches. Then they began a routine that they excluded her from. No but the children talked to her. They killed her sprint in minutes because they have a competition coming up. We left without any saying anything to us.
