This gym is outstanding and has everything needed for a complete Universal workout. The very best equipment and well maintained too. It is spotless clean and well managed. It is by far the best gym I have been into in Florida and been to many. Thank you Peter and Jessica

I use to go here years ago. It is an extremely small gym with limited people, which isn't a down side with all means. The main issue I encountered were the people at the front desk. Every single person from the front desk, did not have any type conversation or even said welcome in, basically there was no communication. It felt very unwelcoming. They also charge more money than planet fitness and anytime fitness considering those other gyms have more equipment and a friendly welcoming staff. There was nothing special about this gym. One bathroom, an average amount of equipment, unwelcoming staff, over priced in comparison, ext. The only upside it was near by and it was not crowded with people most of the time. I'm sure there is less people considering the new gyms that opened up somewhat recently took some of there customers, including myself. Considering there's other gyms that have a sona, an actual lockerroom, items you can purchase such as energy drinks/muscle milk, Open 24 hours. This gym is lacking so much, I'm slightly surprise some people go here when there's are so many better alternatives for a cheaper price.

I was looking for a gym since we just moved to the area, I am glad we found Universal Fitness. Pete, the owner, was very welcoming and so are all the members I've met. Great place to work out.

Rude condescending owner. Got into an argument with him regarding a month I paid and he reverted to making fun of my disability (lost leg overseas). Needless to say I wont be returning

If you like a smaller, personable gym, this is the place to go. Pete and Jessica, owners are friendly and accommodating. All the equipment you need without extra frills.
