We loved the Destin facility and decided to try the new one, we love this one too! My daughter had a blast for Parents Night Out, she wasn’t ready to be left alone so I stayed and enjoyed some quiet time alone upstairs watching her play. She said next time she doesn’t need me to stay and she had the mostest fun! Lol

Great place for parties. Save your money from spending at the local trampoline places. This location is safe, secure, and has cameras while you can sit upstairs and finalize your setting up of the parties. The gym coach watches and ensures the kiddos are doing the right thing safely. And their additional activities are great as well.

Open gym on Fridays is so much fun for toddlers! Both of my kiddos love it. US Gold keeps it very clean, too. Which is a major plus for us.

We visited their srb gym when we first moved here and their classes were good! but then it closed down for a long while as they were building a new one. We were very excited to return as my 11 yr old son loves ninja courses. When they reopened we were so disappointed to learn that they'd only be offering classes for the 10 and under crowd.

This would have been a 5 star. Less than 5 min from our house, kids love the Kids night out on Fridays. Tonight though, one is sick and having to go to the doctor tomorrow and they couldn't even move her to next week. Out $30 bc my child is sick. If other people messed it up, give a paper voucher for another kids night. If we wait until the day before there could be no spots available. What other options can be offered.

Clean, friendly staff. Started ninja class and my 3 kids loved it. Also attended a birthday party there over the weekend and I’ll definitely be looking into having our next kids birthday party there.

It has been a wonderful experience. My daughter was timid and scared but the coaches, especially Coach Kathy have been extremely supportive and encouraging. When leaving today we all commented on how far she has come. Each week she can’t wait to go back.

My daughter has been going to US Gold for almost 7 years both in Destin and Santa Rosa. I have experienced first hand the care they put in making sure the GYM is maintained clean and sanitized. During these times that is more important than ever! The coaches and manager at the Santa Rosa gym are extremely caring and truly show how much they care about the children’s growth. My daughter can’t wait to go back and see her amazing coaches!!

I am expected to register for a class way in advance. However, it is ok to send an email less then 24 hrs of schedule class that it has been of cancelled. This is bad business and terrible marketing. I expect a full refund. Suggestion moving forward, if the enrollment was so low then pick up your business phone and contact your valued customers. It is unacceptable to send and email the day before it is rude and bad business. Thank you!
