Hi, this place looks really interesting. I’m trying to find a martial art that can teach me mental toughness, calmness in hardship, inner peace, and balance. I’m studying Zen Buddhism and stoicism and would like to complement it with a martial art.

Del maestro Guzmán es una excelente persona humana y agradezco la paciencia que le otorgó a mi hijo, pero lamentablemente aveces tenía a cargo a otros maestros que por x razón tenían a sus mismos hijos en las clases lo cual era inadmisible tener a niños de 6 años con niños con niños mayores en cintas obligando hacer 100 sentadas a principiantes niños de cinta blanca después de una jornada larga de clases, entiendo la disciplina pero son diferentes niveles….
Otra cosa los niños hay técnicas que hay golpes entre ellos cinta blanca y quizás dos niveles altos me paso a mi….. le agradezco a Guzmán pero debe de tener más conocimiento y dedicación en elegir a maestros no a cualquiera se le asigna niños y peor trabajando con los propios….

Super nice gym, great teachers & very friendly atmosphere. I love it, totally recommend it both for adults and kids. I went to try karate (beginning as and adult) with a friend one year ago and stayed. Space is also bigger than your usual martial arts place around Miami

Great place to get in shape and learn a new discipline. Kancho Guzman is an 8th degree black belt in kyokushin karate and has over 40 years experience and it definitely shows! I recommend 100%

This is a great gym/dojo for any one interested in REAL combat ethics. I was looking for a place to prepare me for Military training, in the fighting aspect. This place certainly did the trick, although my time with them was limited the experienced i got from them was more than enough to impress my Sgt. I am definitely going back and i highly recommend this place to any one interested in receiving real training and not point that bs of point sparring.

I've been thinking about learning Kyokushin Karate, since it looks so amazing, but even though I'm not out of shape at all, I wonder if since I'm 42 years old its a little too late to start or If I just need to lower my speciation (meaning I will not be able to do a high kick for sure..)

Great classes, professionals budokas, friendly environment to learn Karate, Jiu Jistsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Taekwondo and MMA.
This place is huge, they have a boxing ring 24X24!!!!.
They have a lot of tournaments during the year plus beach training, etc...
I recommend this place to anyone that wants to train and have fun and the same time, get fit and learn self defend or better "become a great fighter".
