V3Perform is the kind of gym that ruins all other gyms for you—because once you’ve trained here, nothing else quite measures up. Walking into a big chain gym after V3 is like downgrading from a gourmet steakhouse to a gas station hot dog.

The trainers? Absolute legends. They don’t just know your name—they know when you’re slacking, when you’re sandbagging, and when you need that extra push that makes you question all your life choices (in a good way). They tailor every workout so it fits your body and your goals—then they make modifications that somehow still leave you sore in muscles you didn’t even know existed. It’s like personal training meets bootcamp meets therapy session.

The equipment? Spotless, sturdy, and actually works (which is more than I can say for half the treadmills I’ve met in my life). Attention to detail is everywhere—weights racked neatly, space laid out so you’re not dodging some guy curling in the squat rack, and bathrooms so clean you’d trust them for a protein shake taste test.

The vibe is where V3 really flexes. This isn’t some soulless chain where you’re just another membership number. It’s a small, locally owned business with heart. The people are friendly, the energy is contagious, and somehow you leave drenched in sweat but also weirdly happy about it.

Happy to write this review for V3P. This is my playground where there are talented people such as Michael Michel with years of experience. He is a one of a kind trainer who knows the perfect movements to keep you in shape and well fit. He also knows the corrective exercises to keep you safe from injuries and to promote the perfect recovery. Additionally we have our cardio trainers Sebastian and María Jose who add energy and enthusiasm to our daily workouts. The gym gives well structured classes for small groups, taking in consideration the special needs for every customer. This is the place in the area if you want to be healthy and fit.

Ralph is one heck of an amazing coach. Every one of us were so motivated by his teaching skills. I was so sore for 2 days. As a former performer….that’s a good thing. Having a coach that really targets your goals and caters to your needs is HARD to find, but Coach Mike is far more than just a coach, he is your guide, your motivator, your sergeant in the most positive way and most importantly a coach who becomes your friend that cares about your health. I'm so glad that I found this place. I was struggling with my weight. I injured my wrist and foot and couldn't workout how I used to. I was feeling discouraged, but my friend suggested I try this gym. Desperate for change, I decided to give this place a chance, and I'm glad I did. The coaches are very supportive and willing to work with you. They have no problem modifying a workout when needed. They'll help you build strength and endurance. I especially love working with Mike! His one-on-one sessions are fantastic. Mike has helped me recover from my injuries, lose weight, and increase my strength. I'm grateful to have such a great trainer! If you ever get a chance to come to V3P, ask for Mike! He'll help you accomplish your goals.

Feel fortunate to have found V3 Perform. My initial goals were to increase strength and flexibility. I had been having neck issues and I now have no pain when turning my head. Whatever your goals, this gym can get you there. I love coming here in the mornings after dropping my kids at school and since I have, I’m stronger and more toned. Hopefully my arms can hold my phone after Lexi’s class because she always gets them sore! Super fun and active environment. I have been going for over a year 🥳 (4 classes a week) and every class is always a new workout even after a year! both mafe (cut) and mike (strength) push me and keep me motivated. Super friendly environment. Classes are small and it really is like having one to one PT session. The only gym I have ever been that I have lasted longer than 2 months and looked forward to going every day. Covid era has been tough but the gym has really saved my sanity and am very grateful for the health benefits both physically and mentally ❤️

I am really happy with this gym, they helped my loose those extra pounds that are so difficult to get rid off after my pregnancy. Schedule is flexible and super convenient If you have kids. The best part is that Mike, Mafe and Ralph are nice & charismatic coaches and really encourage me to push harder and get to the next level. The gym is has a more familiar feel rather than a big chain gym with no personality. And most important, very millennial, which I love it.

This is a nice studio-a hidden gem. There were two different classes occurring at the same time, but they were totally separate. The class I participated in is called Ultimate Power-it focuses on strength building using kettlebells, weights and full body strength, etc. The other class is Ultimate Cut-you box, cycle, row, use the SkiErg,TRX straps. I observed this equipment when I entered the studio and also observed some of its use, very quickly, when I took my water breaks.

The Ultimate Power class was small, which I loved since this was only my sixth time in any gym type setting since March of 2020; COVID-19 shut me down from going to the gym.

In this class I received exactly what I needed-observation and correction from the trainer, Mike, who instructed the class. He made sure the right muscle was being trained. Mike also explain the dynamics of an exercise where my form was incorrect; he corrected it. He then explained the difference and the muscle the exercise is suppose to target.

I believe V3P keep their classes small to ensure members and non-members get exactly what they came for and much more. I was definitely challenged, which in the past was sometimes short-lived. Even though I may struggle through a class I always have high expectations for myself and definitely for the instructor-its their profession. Great job Mike!

This normally beast-mode lady was pleasantly tamed.

By the way Mike, I thought I'd let you young chaps know, I'm 59 years young. 😉

I moved from Brickell to Normandy Isle a few months ago and struggled to find a gym that offers exactly what I was looking for in their classes. I looked up, called or visited every gym within 30 minutes of my home and finally found the perfect match with v3. The Power classes are my favorite. The trainers are all encouraging (while challenging you) and clearly love what they do. The classes are small enough that they can pay attention to detail and customize weights and exercises to your needs. In the couple of months I’ve been going I already feel stronger and am lifting heavier weights than ever before. They have created a very welcoming, fun environment. I would recommend this gym to a wide variety of fitness levels as I have found their goal is to bring out your personal best. Definitely check them out!

Ultimate Power class was fantastic! Great blend of strength, and cardio and mostly compound movements that work core while doing upper or lower body.
Coach was amazing, high energy and constantly correcting our form which is critical with these complex movements.

I've been coming to this gym since the start of the new year and can say it has been one of the better gym experiences that I've had. The trainers are incredibly personable and push you to do your best. They've recently changed things up a bit after the pandemic closure and it is frankly gotten even better. Mike's Power class is challenging but inspiring...his knowledge of the science behind the method is phenomenal. Mafe's Cut class is a butt-kicker hahaha...but what I really appreciate is her focus on technique...I really admire people who love their craft, and it shows here. See you on Monday! LOL

I have been working out at Cyklejab for almost a year and I can say without any doubts that i am in the best shape of my life! The studio is very personable and all of the trainers are amazing. High energy and a lot of fun. When I started I told Ralph what my goals were as well as areas (my lower back) that were really problematic. He brought the team together and they came up with a game plan to get me stronger and feeling great. Whether it is Ralph, Gloria, Aaron or Mafe - they all just bring it each and every session. The best part is that it is only 50 minutes out of my very busy day! In that 50 minutes I burn anywhere from 600 - 800 calories! I would recommend to cyklejab to any one!

This was the most amazing and fun spinning experience. Cyklejabs new bikes put a spin to the class because these bikes lean on an angle as if you were on a curve each time you turn the handle left or right, forcing you to push your whole body sideways and really use muscles from your core that you can't on a regular stationary spinning bike. No joke, a whole new experience on spinning.
Music and laser lights combined with the intensity of Cyklejab bikes are THE HIT!

The follow up session of boxing with special water boxing bags hits the spot. What better way to get frustration out, have fun and get fit in the process.

I strongly recommend to try one of trainer Ralph Jacob's sessions, he is super cool, knowledgable of his training and will push your limits always with a huge smile! Try him out if you can, but every coach from Cyklejab and their staff will explain every detail and will make you feel confident to "conquer Mount Everest." They also have package deals where you can adapt to your schedule. I can't wait to go back!

I went to CykleJab to try its new fitness concept - cycling and boxing. I didn't know what to expect however I did enjoy the novel experience. It's a great workout and probably great for losing weight and getting whipped into shape because of its intensity. The reason I did not give it a 5 star is because the bikes will take some getting used to and I also think it is strange that a gym does not have a water fountain.... I should not have to buy fancy water.
