This was the first pole studio I was introduced to that started my love and passion for pole dancing almost 3 years ago. The instructors and studio owner have a special place in my heart. They don’t know it but they’ve made me the person I am today. It’s more than pole dancing its community too. There’s no other studio locally that has this type of community. There’s also classes for all levels and even if you’re not comfortable yet they will make a variation or alteration to your level of comfort whether is making it beginner or advance. Everyone including the students are encouraging and supportive. We all want to see you be your greatest self during your pole journey <3 :)

Also free parking. They give out 🆓water if you forget which should be the standard!! some places charge water... They provide cleaning materials for the pole. If you need pole grip they sell some.

This is an amazing studio. The atmosphere is relaxed, supportive, and full of good energy. The ladies here are amazing — they make you feel at ease no matter your skill level and always encourage you to try new things when you’re ready. They really know how to push you just enough to help you grow while still keeping it fun and empowering. I’ve gained so much confidence and strength since joining, and I always leave class feeling proud and inspired. Highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about giving pole a try!

As a total beginner with no pole dancing experience at all and trying to get out of a lazy phase I can honestly say I love Jackisha at Vertical Addicts. OMG by the end of my first class I could feel my body was waking up. Sure I felt a little silly at first but by the end I felt so energize and sexy. The most intense workouts and also the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. It’s something about being in a class where everyone is just cheering everyone else on and being supportive 🥰

I have been to a few classes here at this studio and I ah e always had a great time. I almost gave up because I couldn’t get the hang of climbing but Jackisha stayed on me and I finally got it! I love the atmosphere and everyone is down to earth. Can’t wait to go back

January 2026 will mark my 3 year anniversary since I’ve been at this studio and started pole! I love this place so much. This studio feels like home. The love, support, encouragement and family-like environment that I’ve experienced here from the students and instructors is unmatched. The instructors are thorough with their explanations and know what they are talking about! Shout out to all of the instructors! Brenda, Sasja, Jessica, Venus, Jakeisha & Vegas. I’ve taken a class with each and every one of them and I love them all. Each instructor brings something different to the studio. Vertical Addicts has become a home away from home. I joined for a more creative way to lose the last of the stubborn weight during my weight loss journey, but I gained so much more. I’ve found a place that helps me tap into my feminine strength, allows me to forget about any stress, and introduced me to some amazing women. The instructors each have their specialty, but they all teach with patience and will take the time to make sure each student feels comfortable. I went from 1 class a week to sometimes 7 or 8. I’m truly happy I found this studio.

There are some things that you need to experience. Pole dancing at Vertical Addicts is definitely one of them.

For years, I wanted to go pole dancing for my birthday. I happen to find this place online. They welcome me in immediately. I told them about the various body's of my party and they provided us an instructor that is the epitome of body positivity.

My party was led by Dipped in Chocolate. She was amazing. She showed us a fun sexy routine and how to adjust based on our comfortably. And everything she did was sexy.

This was one of my most memorable birthday and I happy they brought this bucklist item to existence.

And icing on a cake this is a black own business led by some phenomenal women.

Venus was an amazing instructor over the course of the 4 week intro course. She was kind, patient, and truly took the time to help everyone in the class. She was constantly motivating us, and finding ways to explain the moves further when we had trouble. It was obvious Venus cares about the craft of pole dancing and did everything possible to ensure her students accomplished the course goals and pushed themselves to keep trying. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Vertical Addicts.

The owner, Venus, is great with communication. Including on IG and via phone. Very professional and nice.

I have attended 2 classes so far (out of 4 classes from my initial purchase). I enjoyed both instructors, Gabby and Alexis. Their intro to pole classes were structured differently but I was very pleased with both.

I love that purchasing, booking, and scheduling is all done online.

I look forward to using the rest of my purchase and plan on continuing to attend this location.

I absolutely LOVED my first class with Vertical Addicts! I've just started pole dancing, so I took their beginners class. Venus was my instructor, and she was SO knowledgeable and helpful with the techniques! She's such a great teacher and she really breaks down the moves step by step.

This is the 3rd place I've tried (I went to one place for bachelorette party in Nashville and the other place was a nearby competitor), and this was by far my favorite place. This will be my go-to studio from now on. Thanks so much for an incredible class!
