Vybe is a great gym and Carly is an amazing trainer. She is knowledgeable, tailors workouts to my goals, and keeps me accountable. Jesse is a fabulous coach. He really listened to what I was looking for and developed a perfect plan for me. He's taught me so much already and I continue to learn more in each session. He knows when to push me and when to dial it back. He's super accommodating with my schedule and keeps me accountable. I met Addie at a Winter Park Chamber of Commerce meeting. I was looking for a trainer to help my 81 year old mom get back into the gym and to train me too! Immediately I knew this would be the perfect place AND Addie would be the perfect trainer for us. It is a love affair! Not only is Addie bubbly, enthusiastic, energetic, creative, fun and funny, she is very talented and is able to adapt and change gears on the fly! We work out twice a week and it is the absolute highlight of our week! We love the energy of the gym. All the staff are just lovely and kind and encouraging! Love it there! And we are exceeding our fitness goals!

Joining Vibe Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made—and that’s 100% because of Kirah. As someone who is overweight, I was honestly nervous to start personal training. I didn’t know what to expect and was worried I wouldn’t be accepted or understood. But from the moment I met Kirah, all those fears melted away.
She made me feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for—not just as a client, but as a whole person. One of the most incredible parts of working with her has been how thoughtfully she has supported me through a long-standing knee injury. My knee has been prone to dislocation, and for over 15 years, I’ve avoided using it properly out of fear and pain.
Kirah took the time to understand my limitations and built our workouts around healing and strengthening my knee safely. She’s been so careful, compassionate, and intentional—and because of her, I’m finally starting to move in ways I never thought I’d be able to again. I’m using my knee the way it’s meant to be used, without fear—and that’s something I truly never thought was possible.
On top of that, Kirah checks in with me every single day. Her dedication is unmatched—she’s not just showing up during sessions, she’s cheering me on, holding me accountable, and reminding me that I’m worth the work and the care. Her support has been nothing short of transformative.

Joining Vybe is one of the best things I have done in taking care of myself. I was struggling to get back in the gym, and since joining, I have been the most consistent in the last few months than I have in the last few years. I came in looking for personalized training and have been receiving exactly that. My trainer, Jesse, really takes time to understand what works and doesn’t work and really tailors the workouts and nutrition education to my goals. I love going to vybe fitness. Vybe fitness is so welcoming. Everytime I walk in everyone greets me with a hello and warm smile. It’s a very clean environment to work out, everyone is super inspiring. My trainer Jesse took his time to listen to my concerns. I worked out with him regularly every week. I love the energy and the vibe of Vybe Training Studio! When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by the warm and friendly staff. It’s a clean and organized boutique gym where you work with your trainer/coach one on one to achieve your health and fitness goals. At any given time, there might be a powerlifter training for a competition, someone working to lose weight, a senior citizen working to recover from an injury, someone working to stay fit and build muscle, or an athlete working to improve performance. Even so, there is always enough room for everyone and it’s never crowded.
My coach Jesse Hash has helped me achieve success in building muscle and putting on weight, and increasing performance in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. He puts in the time to put together workouts that work for my specific activities and needs. He has a wealth of knowledge and continually studies to improve his craft. We both like to delve deep into the biochemistry of exercise and recovery, and I like to ask him questions about particular aspects of exercise science. I learn something new in every session! Not only that, he shows up to my competitions to give me moral and mental support. He’s the type of trainer/coach every athlete should have in their corner.

I have been training with Addie for a little over a year and she is AMAZING! Addie and the rest of the trainers at Vybe Training Studio are on it! They diligently watch your moves, correct your form, and put you on the right track to challenge your body in safe and effective ways that produce noticeable results. I am most appreciative of their ability to connect with their clients in truly specialized ways. Let’s be honest, you’re looking for a gym. But what you are really looking for is accountability, an inviting and motivating environment to take whatever current goals you have, and actually achieve them. Going to the gym is an investment (mentally & physically) and ever since switching from literally every commercial gym in Orlando to Vybe Fitness, I’ve completely transformed my idea on training including my body. Kaetlyn has been training me for 3 years now, she actually listens to my goals, is super kind, and professional. I wouldn’t be where I am, with the outlook I now have on strength training if it wasn’t through her guidance and knowledge. I could not recommend the whole team and location enough!

I absolutely love coming here !! I started at the place a little over a year ago and it feels like I’ve been here longer. The atmosphere is great and it’s definitely a Vybe. I’ve known some of the trainers here for a few years now, from a previous gym, and I have to say it’s always great to catch up when I get to see them .
One trainer in particular is my girl Carly , I’ve been with Carly for 3.5 coming up on 4 years this summer.. whoop whoop SHOUT OUT !
If you are looking for a place that’s small, welcoming and most of all judgment free . This place is full of encouragement, laughter, joy, and so much more than words can express !! The coaching staff is Phenomenal and so knowledgeable, they really know how to answer your questions, get you hyped for a workout, build community, and truly give you -your moneys worth ten fold !!
I love this place and it’s not far from downtown, once a week I get a quick workout in the AM and head off to work in 16 sweet minutes with minimal traffic. It’s a perfect Spot !! ♥️♥️♥️
