This fitness center knows how to get results! I have been training at Wallace Fitness for just over a year now. The results have been incredible, the staff is knowledgeable and encouraging, and I always leave the gym looking forward to my next session.
Being fit, strong, and flexible were and still are my primary fitness goals. However, I was shocked when the results from my latest checkup revealed a cholesterol level improvement of over 100 points. Seeing the test results made me appreciate the nutrition plans and fitness guidance that I receive from Wallace Fitness even more.

We were preparing for a trip to Great Britain, after our physical therapist said that we both needed functional strength training.
This was our first time with a personal trainer. During our time we had Ellie, Antonio and Maggy, so not just ONE trainer. We also had 4 or more with us doing strength training. It felt "good", but there was no really warm up, stretching or cool down; and with so many in our group, we did not feel like we got individual attention.
Many times I felt like I was compromised on the correct way of doing things because Antonio was laughing and not really paying attention to technique to each individual. OUCH!! Why? Because there were too many of us for him to do that correctly.
We "played" too much, throwing a ball to each other, rather than working on form or strength. Several times I told another in the group that I felt like I was in an elementary school gym class.
Our sessions seemed more like 30-40 minutes, if that.
We loved our trip to Great Britain and we both were able to climb so many spiraled castle stairs. So , we are both very grateful for that. Thank you Wallace Fitness.
Since we got back, however, unfortunately, we won't be back to Wallace Fitness.
We found a fantastic personal trainer who totally understands slow strength training with elders. We have gotten more strength and individualized direction from him in the past 2 weeks than we ever had at Wallace, so sorry to say.
We together are now getting more than an hour with our new personal trainer. We arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for what he has told us to do for our warm-up beforehand which is tread-mill, stretches, and more.
He is so fantastic to direct just the two of us at a time and setting up our "stations", showing us both how to do it perfectly and how NOT to. He is always watching and right there and redirects us immediately. WOW! He is just so great and we are so grateful for having found him.
Thank you Wallace Fitness for starting us our wellness journey.

I LOVE it here! Due to work injury, I have had to take some time off of working out. I miss it so much and, to be truthful, I hate working out! But the trainers at Wallace make it fun! I looked forward to every day that I worked out! I can't wait to get back there and feel (and look) great again! I highly recommend the six week program. Worth. Every. Penny.
When I go back, I will be doing the program again.
When I first started, my arms could barely lift 5 lbs and had zero balance. They got me to 20 plus lbs and even though its been several months of me being there, I can still walk stairs without shaking legs!
They will give you your freedom back.

I did The 6-week transformation challenge with Wallace Fitness and lost 16 pounds. The entire team, Sine, Antonio, Meggie, and Elysabeth were amazing. They did a great job of tailoring the program for me. During training sessions they made sure I was doing all of the exercises correctly. They kept the workouts interesting, changing it up every time. They are all very knowledgeable and answered questions I had about food and exercise. They were incredibly encouraging and cheered me on at every stage of the process. Worth every penny.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Wallace fitness. I have never been a gym person. In June 2024 (At 61 years old) I started going to a gym in Ohio. I went 3 times a week and never missed. I went because I needed to go. Never because I wanted to go or because I liked it there. In Feb 2025 i was in florida for the winter. I needed a gym to go to. I ran into wallace fitness on social media. They were offering a 6 week challenge. Perfect- I was going to be in florida for 6 more weeks. I had a consultation, I signed up, and started the next week. Then the surprise of my life - I love Wallace Fitness!!! I love the coaches, i love the other clients, I love the days I come to Wallace fitness to work out! Everyone is so supportive of one another. It is truly your gym family. They helped me set and reach my goals. The most important thing they taught me is that I can appreciate and love working out. Now my biggest new challenge - I have to find a new gym in Ohio that I can Love as much as Wallace Fitness. This is life changing!! I invite you to let Wallace fitness change your life too! All the staff are so caring and knowledgeable, and they make the workouts fun. They also provide great nutritional advice. In 10 weeks I have lost 12 pounds and I’m feeling stronger. I am 62 and have severe knee arthritis. My ortho, Physical Therapist and pain management doctor have all told me I need to lift weights to build muscle. Every time I hear “lift weights”, I cringe. One thing I HATE to do on my own is lift weights. LEFT TO MY OWN DEVICES, I will come up with any reason not to pick up a dumbbell or use a piece of weight equipment.
I joined Wallace Fitness 2 months ago because they focus health and have not looked back! Three weight training sessions a week, on-line support with my fitness when not in the studio/area, nutrition advise if struggling, and frankly, the inviting, uplifting smiles I receive when I walk through the door. Every member is equally as pleasant and positive.
Sine, Elysbeth, Antonio and Meggie are the best personal trainers around!! I cannot say enough about their fitness training method! In addition, to the fitness training, the nutrition advice and overall health knowledge is unmatched! The old saying “ you get what you pay for” is definitely spot on! I am fairly new at Wallace Fitness but I would like to share that I have never stuck with any kind of wellness program and I am sticking to this program with the help of Sine and these awesome trainers. Also, I have not had one single migraine headache, nor taken any of my prescription headache meds, since joining and changing my lifestyle. My wife (59) and I (61) decided a couple months ago to make a serious commitment and investment in our health, fitness and well being. We knew a membership at a typical health club left to our own devices wasn’t for us. We wanted something specific and guided by professionals. We found that at Wallace Fitness in Mount Dora.
Our experience started with an in depth interview with the owner Sine Wallace who took great time and care to get to know us, learn about our fitness history and current condition levels and understand our goals. She then explained their program and advised us on how they would tailor a training program to help us achieve them. All we needed to do was trust the process and be committed. We’ve done exactly that and our results are the proof.
I’ve lost 18 lbs over the past two months, gained muscle, reduced fat, increased strength and flexibility, I’m sleeping better and have recaptured a vitality that I thought I had lost forever.
The sessions are challenging but safely guided by our amazing trainer Antonio. His expertise, professionalism and sincere care for helping all of his students find their best is inspiring.

Wallace Fitness is a game changer! Barry and I decided to take on the 6-week challenge and it was the best decision we ever made. The results we achieved were beyond our expectations and we were hooked from day one.
The team at Wallace Fitness is simply amazing. Sine, is the owner, she is the epitome of kindness and made us feel right at home. Antonio, our trainer, is like a shot of espresso for our mornings. Even at 5:45 am, when most of us are still half-asleep, his infectious energy wakes us up and gets us moving. His workouts are no joke, but his enthusiasm and encouragement make them enjoyable. He's not just good at what he does; he's amazing. Antonio's positivity is contagious, and his professionalism is top-notch. Whether it's helping us with our form or motivating us to push through those last few reps, he's always there, giving it his all. We're big fans of Eli too! Not only is she a great coach, but she's also fantastic at explaining our results during weigh-ins. Her focus on proper form is spot-on and super important for us. We can't wait for more classes with her in the future.
But its not just the team that makes Wallace Fitness so amazing, its the community. The 5:45am crew that we workout with is so supportive and encouraging. We made lifelong friends in this group and that something truly special.
We cant wait to see where we are in a year from now, but one thing is for sure - Wallace Fitness has changed our lives for the better. We feel amazing and look forward to EVERY workout. Much of my life, I was one of those people who wondered about people who went to the gym. But I just celebrated my first anniversary with Wallace, and I love it! The whole team there is amazing! When I started, I was just finishing physical therapy, where I’d worked up to one-pound weights. I’ve had two major surgeries and one long stint in wound care, so I’ve got literally 2 missing muscles and more than my share of scar tissue. Wallace took the exercises I’d been doing in PT and built a plan around it and built from it. When days are tough and things are harder, they modify and adjust, unceasingly encouraging and supportive. And they push me when I need it too, in fun ways that motivate me. They have a ton of knowledge, coupled with genuine care. And I’m doing things I’d never thought I’d do again, and some things I never thought I’d do in the first place. And I feel fantastic! Seriously, I need 6 or 7 stars, at least!

Have had both of knees replaced so I let the trainers here know and they have worked with me to get a lot of bend back in them. I can now squat down to pick something off floor instead of bending and using my back, and in turn my back doesn't hurt anymore as well. Great atmosphere and you can tell they like their job. Also lady at desk is very friendly and helpful.

Wallace Fitness is the best! All of the trainers hold advanced degrees in some area of physio-metric science. Every session they are constantly assessing your movements, your strengths, and your weaknesses which allows them to build a plan customized to your needs. I came to them with weak shoulders, each with a different underlying problem. They took it slow, analyzing how I had adapted my movements to accommodate my injuries. Although it never seemed as if I was working all that hard, here I am after six months and there is a noticeable difference in my overall muscle tone and most importantly, my shoulder strength. It has been time and money very well spent!

I have been part of the Wallace Fitness family for three years. I say family because the team of personal trainers have a special camaraderie that is infectious to their clients. They make you feel comfortable but continue to push you to meet your goals. Just celebrated my 1year anniversary here :) I have MS and in December 2019 I was hospitalized with a relapse. It affected my mobility and I was in a lot of pain. It was scary but I knew I had to improve my health. I was so nervous to start, I don’t know anything about working out, but everyone here is incredibly friendly and professional I never felt judged and always welcomed. I’ve also had two surgeries on my left shoulder but they take that and my MS always into consideration. One year later I’ve never felt better. I initially went to Wallace Fitness for a body scan to see if my fitness plan was working and achieving the results I wanted. The body scan was a true eye opener! Sine Wallace explained the scan very throughly and made recommendations for a customized fitness plan that would fit my desired outcomes, schedule, and budget. I decided to try their workout app and was assigned Elysabeth as my personal trainer. The app is very organized and very easy to follow. It even has short videos of the staff showing each exercise. In addition the messenger feature in the app allows you to reach out to your trainer/s any time. Elysabeth and Sine always answered very promptly and with enthusiasm! So it's about 8 weeks later since first walking into Wallace Fitness and I completed the assigned fitness plan and received another body scan and my stats improved! Sine and Elysabeth were just as or if more excited than me! This place is great and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with them!

In January I decided to take the necessary steps to join a personal trainer. I toured a trainer in Eustis, another one in Mt. Dora and also Wallace Fitness. After sitting with Sine for about 15 minutes and reviewing my goals, answering her questions and reviewing the packages that best fit my goals I decided to sign it. So glad I made this choice. My journey has been made to be fun instead of dreadful. I enjoy and look forward to my workouts with Ely and Victor. Worth it! This summer, my husband and I signed up for the Wallace Fitness special rate for couples. If you’re like me, exercising is about as exciting as washing dishes. You loath doing it, but it must be done. Wallace Fitness custom 30 minute sessions are a perfect fit!
Upon meeting with Sena, I told her that my body had turned into a pathetic marshmallow! Being thin has nothing to do with being fit. A decade long health issue finally abated, my body is ready to get its strength and energy back. Only 8 sessions in, my lethargy had become something of the past.

I am an avid cyclist and I came to Clermont for a cycling race. My cousin recommended that I get stretched before the race and he recommended Wallace fitness to get a special technique. I was very impressed with the service that I received. This stretch was exactly what I needed before a 100 mile cycling race. I’ve never felt this loose before a race and I stretch on my own every day. They use a special trademarked technique that was developed by one of the owners and it works amazingly. I wish I had them in my hometown in Pennsylvania, they would get a lot of business from me and my other cycling buddies.

I attended one of the seminars Wallace Fitness gave at Advent Health Hospital. I was impressed by their expertise. I am 58 years old cancer survivor. I found out that they are specialized in helping people like me and they support the annual Pinkout cancer event. I used to have High Blood Pressure and take blood pressure medicine.

I have been coming to Wallace Fitness for two years. I don’t like working out but I like the results Wallace Fitness delivered. Before, I was having difficulty getting out of a sofa without a fight and I was getting tired easily, getting out of breath. I noticed the other day I was at Daytona Speedway for Jeep Beach event. One of the vendors I work with was at one end and the other one was at the other end. I had to go back-and-forth many times in the middle of the day under the sun for about 7 miles. I've been going to Wallace for a few months with my boyfriend and we have had SUCH an awesome experience here. We work in the same office building as Wallace, so we see the trainers pretty much every day, even outside of workouts, and they're always so friendly and always say hello! I’m a male in my mid 30s and decided it was time to get in better shape. I didn’t want to go a big box gym with impersonal service, so after reading the reviews I went in for a consultation with Sine. 8 months later I couldn’t be more pleased with results. I have trained with all the trainers, and they are all great. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are training correctly and on the right path to achieving your goals. While my main goal was strength training, I am happy that I have lost 20 pounds of fat since I started, and packed on tons of muscle. We found this gym by chance. I walked in and asked if they would be able to work with my husband, a senior citizen who suffers from Parkinson's disease. The staff could not have been more welcoming and supportive. The fitness program is individually tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. The workouts are rigorous and the sense of accomplishment is a source of great pride to both trainers and clients. Our trainers were Chris and Sine and both were excellent. I actually do not like gyms and started at Wallace with pressure from a friend. You can pay monthly so I figured I would give it a few months. Well four months later I am hooked! I have been coming to Wallace Fitness for over a year and I can truly say that it has changed my life. I had a trip to Ukraine in October. My fear was that I would fall down the hills or collapse on the streets of Kiev. I didn't. It was all because of my personal trainers at Wallace Fitness. I purchased a groupon and met with Sina. The place was wonderful and all the trainers were nice and eager to help me. IThey require a release form for beginning the training with Wallace Fitness. The first one I got was signed by the DR tech assistant. So I went to get an official once. I keep in contact the entire time and was told each time that they were there for me once I got the clearance. I got the clearance told Sina and no other communication until I reached out. Sina told me 'their' schedule didn't allow them to accept me as a client. Now I am out the money I spent with groupon AND extremely upset. I'm sure this would have been an excellent place and it w.as exactly what I wanted. Disppointed....

Big gyms are not for me. I joined since the summer of 2013 and I have had absolutely no regrets! My goal was to get fit and I am seeing the results. I injured my hand (not at the gym I promise) and Lincoln and Sine were great with accommodating me throughout the year I was off. I am back and they have slowly but steadily helped me get back in shape and they have paid attention to my recovery. I love the one on one sessions but have since roped my sister in who loves it too so we do it as a group. Sine is also quite knowledgeable in nutrition which helps. I've been going to Wallace for six months and am thrilled with the results I've seen. My arms have definition and I am firmer and more fit all over. I am not going for weight loss but they have a dietary weight loss program as well. This is not a personal trainer who will push you beyond your limits and cause injury! The Wallaces are highly qualified personal trainers who will work you hard but not beyond your limits. They seem to truly care about your health and fitness. My 92-year-old mother-in-law is going for strength and balance and she no longer needs her cane. I highly recommend Wallace to anyone looking for a personal trainer!
