While visiting Gainesville in October-November 2025, I was introduced to Wildflowers by a friend who lives in the neighborhood. I dropped in for about ten classes so I was able to practice with many of the studio teachers. All props are provided and the instructors make great use of them. I really appreciated the diverse range of class options, including advanced chair yoga. Everyone I met at the studio was kind and welcoming. The space is homey. Most importantly, I felt the instructors try to offer students something beyond the practice by discussing their thoughts on the that month’s them of mantra. I wish I could have stayed in town longer just to continue practicing here.

I started this yoga studio after my husband died from suicide. It has been a healing space. The atmosphere is caring and inviting. The classes are thoughtful, provide insight into the meaning of yoga beyond the postures.
The practice is challenging but worth it. I hope you find this place as a spiritual home - as I have. Thank you Wildflower.

Finding Wildflowers has been one of the greatest things that I have experienced in a long time. From the first time I entered the space, I felt wanted and welcomed. Brandi and Jenna have been amazing and truly embodied the mentality that they teach. I am so grateful to have found this beautiful place to practice yoga with such wonderful people.

Blossoming experience! I was well guarded and had some serious walls in place. Both of the facilitators, Brandi and Leila were monumental in chipping away those walls and providing me the tools to continue the work.
Anytime Wildflowers posts another Tending Heart Ceremony, I will be getting my spot!
A beautiful space with a gorgeous family. Highly recommend!

I took my first yoga class today. Michael was a great instructor. As someone who is not very flexible Michael gave alternative positions if I was unable to do the full stretch. I will definitely be back.

Wildflowers has been a source of connection to Self and slowing down along my yoga journey. I appreciate the variety of offerings that feel accessible to all levels. I have attended workshops, breathwork ceremonies, and numerous classes and felt welcomed and supported by their teachers and staff. This studio has the small-town Gainesville vibe, where you see people you know and, at the same time, meet new friends along the way. I am grateful for this healing space.

I’ve been going to Wildflowers almost daily for the past two weeks, and it’s truly been one of the most grounding and healing experiences I’ve had in a long time. With ongoing health issues and a dermoid cyst that’s made high-impact movement difficult, yoga at Wildflowers has given me a way to connect with my body again — gently, intentionally, and without pain.
Every instructor brings their own kind of magic, holding space with compassion, presence, and real authenticity. The environment is warm and inclusive, and I never feel like I have to “perform” or push myself past my limits. I always leave class feeling more centered, physically lighter, and emotionally clearer.
If you’re looking for a studio that truly honors where you’re at — whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just trying to find your way back to movement — Wildflowers is it. It’s been a vital piece of my healing, and I’m so grateful to have found this space. 🖤

I’m not a review kind of person but tonight I experienced a class that really deserves more than the thanks I gave the teacher, Ashley Ward. Her intuitive yoga class was inviting, instructive and through her obvious devotion and dedication to yoga infused the room. I’ve practiced many different styles over 35+ years and this was a top ten of all time and without doubt the best class I’ve taken at Wildflowers ( after almost 200). All thumbs up for this studio with many teacher always bringing their best. A very accessible place suitable for beginners or experienced yogis. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Michael's Yoga Foundations is a wonderful class--taught from the heart and good for the heart, body, and soul of those of us in the class. It's great for beginners--and also for non-beginners who try to cultivate a beginner's mind.

Wildflowers is my favorite yoga studio in Gainesville and I’ve tried as many as I could. It’s relaxed, clean and friendly with a variety of classes at various times. I look forward to returning again and again.
Brandi is an excellent teacher. Attendees, such as myself, are free to modify and simplify poses to suit our own capabilities.
Life is good with excellent yoga instruction in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

I’ve been exploring yoga spots in Gainesville, FL, and Wildflowers Yoga at 205 NW 10th Avenue has this serene charm that pulls me in. It’s a peaceful haven, all about flowing with ease and connection.
They offer classes like Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Gentle Yoga, alongside Meditation and Sound Healing that just melt the day away. I slip into mornings or evenings there, guided by teachers who weave this beautiful 8-Limbs of Yoga thread through every move. The free yoga at Tom Petty Park feels like a Gainesville treasure—pure bliss under the open sky.
Their $30 for 30 days intro offer caught my eye—unlimited classes to start that dance with my busy rhythm (they’re open daily). The online option’s a graceful lifeline when I’m homebound, and their workshops bring a fresh spark.
Wildflowers Yoga Gainesville is my retreat to breathe deep and soften. It holds this gentle, inviting energy—everyone’s simply there to unfold and be. For me, it’s the loveliest spot in town to find your quiet flow.

Like so many women, I have chronic tension in my shoulders that sometimes radiates to my neck, causing a good deal of discomfort. The combination of releases, pressure points and traction with strap positions was truly amazing. Energy released and flowed. It was brilliant teaching and guidance by Betsy. Thank you.

Wildflowers holds a special place in my Yogi heart and journey. It’s the first studio I got to and get to call my yoga home since it first opened up 5 years ago. I have loved seeing it grow from the early days of 5am Ashtanga with Brandi & sometimes Dante, to their donation Yin class with Franny & many other beautiful classes & workshops with many beautiful people in the community. I love seeing growing and expanding Karmi Yogi program & meeting all the staff throughout the years like Ashley, Narina, Keri, Alexandra, Alaina, Genevieve and many more. Wildflowers has truly turned into a collective that I’m proud to be a part of and bring loved ones from near and far. I travel a lot for a living & it brings me a lot of joy in coming back home to my Yogi space to release the ebb and flow of life & rejuvenate my body from my travels, Jiu Jitsu and being a full time Licensed Massage Therapist at Touch del Sol, LLC. I love being able to come as myself and feel safe with however I come to my mat for said class. I’ve also really enjoyed learning more and more from them as they fully embrace teaching from the place of incorporating the 8 limbs of yoga in their studio.
P.S. Picture is a little flashback to ‘22 ❤️

There are not enough positive words to describe Wildflowers!! I joined under their $30 for 30 days into package to "try it out" as I have never gone to a yoga studio before. 2.5 weeks in and I am hooked! From the welcome text the day my first class was scheduled, to this evenings SURROUND Sound Bath, it has been an amazingly wonderful welcoming experience. You literally feel the love the moment you step in the door. Everyone that I have encountered has been super sweet, helpful and encouraging.
If you need a yoga home in Gainesville, Wildflowers is your place!

This place is magical! I have been here for just about a month practicing 4 times a week. I notice that my body has increased range of motion, increased strength, balance, and I have greater mental clarity than before I walked through these doors. I haven’t practiced regularly in 5 years. I tried getting back into yoga at the beginning of the year at another studio in town, but that was a failed experiment as it now feels like gym yoga instead of traditional yoga. I knew from the moment I took my first class at Wildflowers that this is my tribe, and that this is my studio.

My most treasured Gainesville yoga studio, star business and a caring community.
By far my favorite yoga studio in town, they create a more aware yoga experience and aim to build community throughout the studio. Unlike many yoga studios, they do more than just use Sanskrit for the poses. They try to bring in knowledge of yoga from outside the US-centrist ethos.
It is a warm and approachable physically environment that doesn’t “just feel like a gym”. They also provide mats unlike other studios.
The owner, management team and instructors all bring a different gift to the space and I love Franny beyond words! She treats people with dignity and kindness.
Their additional experiences are also talented and well-done such as the feminine embodiment movement workshop and breathwork.
I just moved away from Gainesville and my last week I chose to go to a class with them… that is how much I value them!
