Great karate school. My son does after school karate and the jiujitsu program.
He's learning legit Brazilian jiujitsu and authentic karate all in one place and has his homework done by the time I pick him up. Awesome place for your kids. There's also adult jiujitsu too.

How can I start to describe a place that has helped me to reach my fitness goals and has made it possible for me to make so many new ones! This place is incredible! I am in the best shape of my life because of Sheyla's amazing classes. She does not give up on you and make you "dig deeper." It's a small place, but that's what I love about it, it's so great when instructors can take their time with you and correct your form. She also does personal training, I recommend WKF Fitness 100%! This is the best place to learn kickboxing well! It’s quaint yet they really take their time to teach you everything. You can’t beat the price and the quality of training you get. Everyone is so nice and willing to help. Trust me, you will really enjoy yourself training here. I’ve been doing it for 6 months. I moved away and still have not found the quality of training elsewhere!

I have been training at WKF for about 2 yrs now and i love it. I tried the gym and other fitness class but nothing really catched my attention till i started with WKF. I was weighing almost 160 lbs and now i am at 130lbs, i have been able to maintain my weight for a 1yr 1/2 now. I strongly recommend WKF everyday is something different kickboxing, cardio, weight training.
