Woodmont Gym in Tamarac has become my absolute favorite place to work out! The energy there is amazing, and I can tell the staff genuinely cares about creating a motivating environment for everyone. The equipment is top-notch, well-maintained, and they have just about everything you’d need, whether you’re into cardio, weightlifting, or functional training. It’s also super clean, which really adds to the overall experience. I’m always motivated to push myself harder here because the atmosphere is so supportive and energizing. Woodmont Gym has truly raised the bar for what a gym should be, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone serious about their fitness journey!

A very nice neighborhood Gym with a great family atmosphere. Lots of options to get and stay healthy and now offering Dancing program for kids all ages . Plus they now have Physical Therapy on site .
