I’ve been to many gyms from high school, handful’s of an old employer’s gyms around the country when traveling for work, anytime, planet fitness, snap and workout 24/7 in Louisville and Okeechobee.
I like this gym. Very friendly and accommodating staff, mostly everyone working hard and keeping to their tasks. Very few, if any people camping out on their phones on equipment, the place is clean and has a very comprehensive selection of equipment. This is a good spot with a good vibe and an overall good setup. Check it out for yourself

Trying to cancel your membership here is pretty much a nightmare. Been trying to cancel since February, talked to in person and called several times and get told only what I want to hear and still get charged. Gym is very nice.The people that work there are very nice.
But, they have a cancelation policy where you can not just cancel and not get charged again. You have to give a 3 month notice of cancelation where you will be charged for that 3 months THEN your membership is canceled. Jocelyn helped me cancel my membership and she was very sweet and understanding.

Nice equipment but dont try to use the locker room . Its next to impossible. There locks on just about every locker. Management don’t enforce policy about locks

I called the staff 4 different times and they did nothing. My workout partner is changing gyms This Friday About to follow him .
They are lying to you . The notice was put up , 48 hrs later it was taken down and guess what ? the locks stayed on ever locker ! This management team running this place is a joke ! Look at how many people want to leave .

I take back my statement. The gym is small, and often crowded. Probably a quarter of the size of a normal planet fitness, with no areas to stretch or warm up. The employees are nice, but they don’t answer the phones. The facility is also not staffed during all business hours, and you lose half the amenities when they’re not there. Kind of defeats the purpose of a 24/7 gym if you ask me, since I work and come after my shifts when they’re not staffed. It’s also gotten VERY rowdy when it’s not staffed, to the point of discomfort. Showers are warm SOMETIMES, I have a feeling they turn off the water heaters during nonstaffed hours as well and sometimes forget to turn them back on because I’ve had cold showers during the daytime too. The shower curtains aren’t even installed into the walls, you can’t hang anything on them without them falling. Overall, a good gym for a small town, but doesn’t live up to its name as a “24/7 gym” in most aspects. For reference I’ve been a member of UFC Gym, YMCA, YouFit, Planet Fitness, and LA Fitness, and this one ranks at the bottom for the reasons I listed.

Without a doubt the nicest gym in Okeechobee. The equipment is new and in great shape. Lately though the music is too loud again and there are no towels to wipe the equipment down. It would also be nice to have a keyboard where you could hook your keys on and not have to try and find a place to stash them. As I've said before about most gyms if everybody is wearing earbuds and listening to their own music why do we need blasting music in the gym itself?

SENT ME TO BILL COLLECTIONS FOR $2000
After signing up for a year membership they tried a to sell me a personal trainer program which I initially refused they replied saying try two sessions on us and if you don't like it no harm....
After the two sessions I realized it just wouldn't work for my schedule and told them I wouldn't be continuing with the personal trainer. Fast forward several months I'm being harassed by bill collectors from two different companies saying I owe Workout Anytime Okeechobee more than $1000 for unpaid personal trainer bills. My first attempt to resolve this in person at the gym I was told the manager wasn't in but id be getting a call from Isaac (the supposed manager). I never received a call from the gym but the bill collectors got back to me this time saying I owed $2000 now. The day staff did nothing to help on the bill collector side they also continued to allow my account to be charged for personal training sessions I didn't participate in or want propitiating the problem. Once again I showed up in person looking for answers and all I got was "Isaac will call you some time this week" this was a Tuesday morning. Moral of the story be weary if these guys mess up your billing the day staff wont be properly trained to fix it and their manager may be impossible to reach. Other than that its a pretty small gym that gets pretty dirty if you plan to be there after business hours.

Cancelled my membership months ago. Woke up this morning to a new charge. Why are they saving banking information in their system after members are cancelling their membership? Spoke to the girl at the front desk who said she would get with a manager later today to figure it out. I'm guessing their cancelling policy is written in legal terms that auto renew after 90 days without the consumer consent. Before getting a membership here I would look at other gyms that have better policies.

Update: They called me yesterday and took care of the refund. I just don't understand why it took so long or so many trips there to get this taken care of. Giving 4 stars because the service wasn't bad, just took to long. But overall they made it right.
